If you call and ask for a quote make sure you get it in writing and that it’s the complete quote. I made the mistake of accepting a verbal quote and wound up paying almost double! They did get the job complete in a timely manner which is why I’m giving 3 stars but the misunderstanding of how they quote their work left a bad taste in my mouth. *Edit* they reached out to me and informed me that they had some sort of clerical error and reimbursed me the difference of cost.

Took my car in to get the suspension fixed cause it was making a horrible noise and they took care of the problem right away was there for about 2 hrs so not long at all loved talking to everyone will be taking my car back there again if needed

I highly recommend and trust Artesia Ford Motors for all your vehicle services. I travel approximately 40 miles to get my vehicles serviced at this agency. I have a closer Ford agency in hometown however I just don't feel the same trust that I have for the Artesia Ford Agency in Artesia, New Mexico.

I went in looking for a new truck and was impressed that a small town dealership would have the selection that they do. The sales staff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products they sale. Even the small specs, both salesmen that were present knew the answers. When it came to the negotiations they were the absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. There were no games or gimmicks, just an extremely professional negotiation. It took me less than an hour from walking onto the lot to signing paperwork and getting my keys. I did have to wait a little bit for the detail and fuel, but it wasn’t much longer after I was given the keys.
Hands down, I’ll recommend anybody comes here to buy their next vehicle. They just made me a customer for life.

One star is an exaggeration! The Ford Service Department at this location has displayed a lack in efficiency in operations and I am not one for devious businesses. It's very aggerating to take a vehicle in for a simple recall (ISSUED BY FORD) get it back partially worked on due to repugnant tinkerer's. An honorable Ford technician would not of let me even think about taking it knowing it was still defective.

Traveling from out of town, actuator went out on my 2023 back passenger window, it was stuck down without being able to roll up. It was raining and Gabe got us into service even at closing time. The part was in stock and was switched out very quickly. Big thanks to Sloane!!

Artesia Ford fixed a programming problem in my transmission that Carlsbad Ford neglected to do when my van was in for warranty work. They could've sent me to Carlsbad to fix the error, but did the work instead, at no charge. Integrity and customer service matters! Thank you Artesia Ford!

Honest sales team. Good Christian employees who stand by their word. They will not sell you a vehicle you can’t afford. They work hard to find the best finance options. We have been doing business with the same salesperson for over 30 years. Must be a good place to work— because they have a very low turnover rate unlike the other local dealerships. When you buy a vehicle you don’t have to worry that your salesperson will be gone when you have questions or problems.

first time here. I got a letter from Ford regarding the need to have the airbags checked/replaced
They had to order part. He have me a time frame. They called me as expected when thr part arrived. We set a day/time to bring my Ranger on. On the scheduled day we dropped it of , telling them it was our only vehicle so we had to wait. The truck was ready as expected. Great service and friendly folks.

Steven C, the Service Manager was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about oil change intervals and proper tire rotation and tire inflation rate while towing a travel trailer.

He also explained the recall notifications that may or may not be required for my truck and the procedure for getting the recalls done.

Steven was very pleasant to work with and I was happy with the service professional who worked on my truck.

Unbelievable Service! I took my Truck in on Friday of a Holiday weekend and they had it fixed Tuesday! It had Multiple Issues that were not easy fixes! Great Job Guys! Great customer service! The shop manager helped me Identify what service I needed and saved me some money by letting me know what wasn't necessary at this time. Everyone is always professional every time I am there.

Went in for a service appointment for my a/c and was treated very well. I was from out of town for work and they gave me a loaner truck (their shop truck) to get to work while my truck was being fixed. Nice people and good service.

The staff here were really great specially in the service dept always attentive and whenever dropped off company truck they always had a smile specially Lisa always happy to great customers and really up beat.
