Walmart Supercenter - Price, UT

The worst customer service. We came to Price, Ut for racing at Desert Thunder June 20th - 21st and while we were traveling there we blew two trailer tires. We went to Walmart on June 21st to get 2 trailer tires. They had what we needed and told us they would also mount them to the rims. They said there were a couple of cars ahead of us and then they could do ours shortly. 3 hours later with excuses about how they have to do everyone with an appointment 1st which is understandable, but they never said that in the beging or we would have made the appointment for later that day or the next morning. The next excuse was they were waiting for us so they could balance them and mount them on the trailer ourselves. Trailer tires don't need balanced and we were going to put them on the trailer. I eneded up making a call to Big O in Price 40 minutes before they were closing, explaining our situation. They told us to get the tires to them and they would take care of us. We were in and out of Big O in 20 min begining to end and they were busy as well. This Walmarts service was awful and when we come back to race we will NOT be using them for ANYTHING! Big O will always have our business and so will all other stores for any supplies we may need. I would give zero stars if I could.

Came in to match some paint I bought a few days back. Paint counter employee wasn't avaliable but Kenzy from electronics came over and even though she had to figure it out with some mild trial and error she got a perfect match on my paint. I appreciated the positive can do drive.

I definitely enjoy how polite and nice the customer service workers are and the other staff is very nice and friendly as well they have a bunch of stuff to choose from and everything is so easy to find and the isles are always straightened and clean it's also like all the isles and the entire store has plenty of room it's very spacious and they even have a subway inside the store as well as vision care center and auto care

I went to make a return patty in customer service was very quick to attempt to deny my return. After i read the return policy thats on the sign above customer service desk she reluctantly began to do my return. She droped my id on the desk angrily along with my refund. If shes a suposed lead in that department she needs to treat people better and follow the policy the employer has laid out. No reason for her to act that way when her job is to serve customers

Would be better if they had more than one person working at customer service desk. I have had to over an 1 before. Other than that, it's a decent Walmart.

Pharmacy is always friendly. Shoppers walk insanely slow then block the entire aisle with their cart and act put out when you ask them to move so you can get by. I've thought about bringing a cattle prod with me to get them moving or out of the way. Then the workers that shop for others do the same thing with blocking the aisle.

The employees at the Price Walmart are very helpful and courteous. It is a pleasure to shop in this store.

A well managed store. I usually find everything in looking for, but if I can't, there's always an associate near by

The automotive center is constantly giving us the run around. Recently they told my husband that he’d have to come back for another appointment to do a tire rotation after my husband had already set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They need to stop over booking and supplying a service that they’re unable to provide.

Im pretty much there everyday. I call it my mall. I know just about everyone. I can visit them too. I hit every section. I love the clearances

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!! They always act like it’s so hard for them to do anything and definitely don’t go in and deal with customer service In person… Ignorant rude older ladies that need to go will get their names next time I’m in to better address them!!!!! Even when you get the boss to correct them…. then they are really rude when should be apologizing for being wrong come on Walmart!!!!!!!!

Lo he visitado muchas veces y con todo el personal que he podido interactuar, me han tratado muy profesionalmente, con mucha educación y cariño, yo le doy una calificación de 5 estrellas por qué para mí, se las merece...

This is "ABSOLUTELY" the worst place to take your car to get serviced.

I pulled up, 2 cars in the bay. One next to me. The original guy says, "about 2 hours" The service writer comes up and says, "2 other cars are in front of you, I just wrote the guy next to you up, and then the one on the tow truck." There is ALSO a little blue car that pulled up "after" I did, he's going to write up first. He says, "They were here before you." They were NOT!

I was willing to wait 2 hours but, when he said the blue car was there and I knew it wasn't. They will not get my business again.... This is the second time they've done badly. First time, 1 car ahead of me, took 2 hours. (I'm assuming it's because they put other cars before me then too).

DON'T GO HERE!! You will be waiting forever and get REALLY BAD service!!
