Action Rooter Service and Young's Septic Service

Our kitchen sink was not draining and backing up. Young's came out same day and got it fixed right up! Friendly and knowledgeable service, they were great!

Corey and his crew are absolutely wonderful. Very prompt and very knowledgeable. They are great people. Super kind and compassionate about their customers and went above and beyond what they had to do. He definitely cares about his customers. Did not at all feel like I was just another “customer”, felt like I was actually dealing with a person, not just another business owner. We have unfortunately had to have him come out 3 different times to unblock our sewer line due to sewer line breaks, but every time he has been quick to get to us clear out in Aberdeen and has helped us every time. He has been so helpful with tips and tricks to help us when we need it. Very friendly and willing to go the extra mile, or 30 ;) We will definitely use him every time!

We shopped around for services one late afternoon. We called a few folks and were not really impressed with anyone's phone services. We don't do cumulative hidden fees. Then we called them, then sent a text advising them that we really needed their services. They had no extra-baggage fees. They responded almost immediately requesting my address. Promptly the following morning they showed up and took care of our needs. Not only were they prompt, they had the best quote. They really have it together. Our tank was filled to the brim. We are very pleased and happy customers!

Super thankful to Corey and his crew! Ended up having a clogged line that was backing up into the bathtub. I contacted Corey he instantly had his crew come out even though it was a weekend. His team was professional & knowledgeable. After the service I noticed the toilet not flushing all the way so Corey came right back out within minutes of contacting him. Turns out I had hard water clogging up the jet in the toilet. If no one can figure it out he can and won't stop until he gets to the bottom of the real issue. Thank you for being so prompt with your service every time

Amazing, i needed a septic tank pumped and inspected, the guy was very patient with me not knowing anything and explained everything that was going on and got everything fixed. i am pretty sure that the job i called him for had him frustrated at times but he never showed it. i recommend him to anyone great company

Pros: Really cared to help an elderly/disabled man with his septic issue, upfront and honest about pricing, dependable, fit us into schedule quickly, completed the job efficiently, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, provided information for future maintenance, all while being funny and relatable. Job well done in record time.

Cons: Nothing. This is the company to call when you need help with your septic system.

These guys came and inspected, pumped the system at a $1m home and did a great job and as a Realtor I will recommend them again ! You guys rock!!!!

Wouldn't use this guy. Had him do septic location. $175 to do it and he was off by a few feet. Not talking about the lid, he miss located the entire tank by a few feet. Lots of unnecessary digging. Just chalked it up to it's basically a gamble and there's nothing he can do about being wrong. Use someone else

Cory was awesome! Was really knowledgeable and didn't waste time. Jumped right in, fixed the problem within 30 minutes, and then told me how to avoid it in the future. I could tell he cared more about helping me out than just milking me for money. The only plumber I'll call in the future!

I will only call action rooter if I have another drain problem. They were quick to respond, knowledgeable, capable, professional, and friendly with very reasonable prices.

We found this company was truthful and honest. They came out to pump our septic (we just bought the house in August). Apparently it didn't have any issues and didn't need to be fully pumped. They did not charge us the entire amount, only a small fee for coming out to our house. We were very impressed with their service and honesty!

Cannot say enough great things about these guys! Responsive, quick and professional. Cory is an incredible guy. Super friendly and always willing to come when issues arise. Do not look any further for your rootering needs! Highly recommend.

I contacted Action Rooter/Young's Septic Service based on their reviews. I won't go into great detail of my experience with this company, but I know that I will never use them again nor will I recommend this company to anyone for any type of service they provide. I will be sure to let any of my family & friends know to never use this company. Very disappointed by the rudeness & very unprofessional.

I had quite the catastrophe going on in the basement- more than I could handle. Called on a Saturday, and they were at my house in 5 minutes. They were quick and professional and fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to send them to Grandma’s house. Highly recommend.

Service and a show! Cory was amazing at helping us figure out the complex configuration of our homes custom plumbing! At first it wasn't looking good for us, but he didn't give up! He also kept us extremely entertained the whole time with some hilarious stories, thank you!!

Corey did a fantastic job. Not only was he on time but the energy he brought was awesome. He gave off good vibes, funny and very professional at the same time. He gave us a few helpful suggestions as well so we can avoid this problem. Corey was very fast and straight to the point.
He did a great job of unplugging our pipes and made sure we were set before he took off. The price was more than fair and at the time I had a hard time believing the bare minimum amount they were gonna charge me. I bought a foreclosure AS IS house and the plumbing has been a major issue for us. We had 3 other plumbers work on our pipes. As far as price and satisfaction amongst the other companies... this one is by far the best hands down. I cannot thank you guys enough.

Corey of Action Rooter is dedicated to his job. Sometimes septic repair can take a person where they would rather not go, but Corey rolls down his sleeves to protect himself from the slime and does what needs to be done. He and his co-worker were friendly and timely in their response to my call. My thanks for a great job.

This company was absolutely amazing. We live in a small town away from a lot of options for plumbing and had been unable to find someone to help with our main drain clog for a month. These guys drove two hours to our house, and completely fixed the issue in less than an hour. They were very nice and easy to talk to! Great pricing even after the drive to our home. Very thorough and took a camera into our pipes to find out exactly what was wrong. WE CAN USE OUR WATER AGAIN! They were a huge blessing!

We called Young's Action Rooter Service for clogged kitchen sink pipes. We weren't sure what we'd get, but the reviews were 5 star and great, so we knew we couldn't go wrong. Cory came out within an hour of when we first called. He unclogged our pipes and his price was very reasonable. Corey is very cordial and kind. I had Young Septic come pump my septic tank, it had been awhile since it was last done. Randy showed me how the baffle that protects the drain field was worn down and told me Corey from Action Rooter could take a look. I’m glad he came soon after I called He not only fixed what needed to be done but he discovered another issue with the water and waste that was going into the septic tank. With a camera and a special monitor he sent the camera into the pipe leading into the tank. We found a major obstruction. Tree roots from many years had found their way into the septic tank and were causing this major problem. Corey quickly and with some finesse removed this big wad of tree roots and now we are GOOD TO GO if you know what I mean. I couldn’t be happier. I called Action Rooter and they were able to come same day! We have a problem toilet that has plagued us with clogging and draining issues ever since we moved in. The tech immediately spotted the problem and was in and out in less that an hour. Now my toilet works perfectly! Thank you guys!!!

We had a problem with our basement floor drain backing up after the washing machine ran, and Sunday morning it flooded a large part of the basement. Of everyone we called, Action was the cheapest, Cory and Jake showed up almost immediately, they were clean, respectful, and went right to work. They were here about an hour, got the job done, and didn't even charge me 'Sunday rates'. It's a shame more businesses in the service industry can't "serve" their customers like Action. 2 thumbs up!

Was having an issue(s) with our septic system which was suspected to be a possible drain field clog or saturation. Action Rooter was recommended by a neighbor so I called. The service tech (Cory) responded and service was rendered including an inspection and adding a drain field conditioner. Cory was very courteous and responsive to my MANY questions and presented himself and his company in a very professional manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing septic services.

Cory came yesterday and worked for about two hours trying to unclog my kitchen sink. He told me about Roebic soap, grease sand paper digester and suggested that I get a couple containers and pour them down the sink. I did that late yesterday afternoon. He came back this morning and brought a larger drain snake and it did the job. He said he thinks the product helped loosen the build up so he could finally brake through the clog. He didn't charge me for the extra call and was very professional. I have had them come for another clog and they have always done a great job. I would recommend their company.

Corey was a great help. He was out Very quick and was able to get the our floor drain super quick. He also gave us tons of advice.

These guys are your best bet. They cost half of what I paid for same thing through Roto rooster. Very professional and came the day I called even after business hours and dud not charge me additional. I have used their services twice now I I would not go through anyone else.
