I talked with Jocelyn, and she was SUPER nice! She had all kinds of answers for me! She knows her stuff! They are really easy to locate, and super approachable!

1st Response Restoration is amazing!!! They made my kitchen look even better than before. It all started with a broken pipe under my sink. They came right over, dried it out, and communicated with my Adjustor. I was able to pick out all new cabinetry, hardware, countertops, and a sink. I’m so so happy with the results and I would recommend them to any friend or family member! (Photos before, during, & result!)

First Response has been a GODSEND to us. We have had two huge flooding issues in our house (talk about a lemon) and they responded quickly. They were so good at communicating with us on next steps when it came to remediation, communicating with insurance, and helping us repair everything to its best. All the repairs were beautiful and they made sure they consulted with us so well on all finishes and decisions. Grateful for all they've done for us!

Well, I called my insurance company letting them know I MAY have a claim, they sent Bo down to Pocatello…. His daughter had a softball game that afternoon and he came right to the house after the game. GREAT customer service…. He used multiple ways of finding moisture … never did find any. I would recommended them to any friend.

1st Response was a great company to work with. Like many other houses in the area, our basement flooded after a heavy rain storm. They were quick to answer the phone and come give us an assessment and advice in a timely manner even when they had many homes and businesses to get to. Definitely would use this company again.

Very quick response time. The crew was there every time they said they would be. Beau was awesome with explaining everything that they were going to do to explaining how everything would work out with the insurance. You couldn’t tell where they repaired the ceiling. The painter came in and did an awesome job finishing it up. Great crew to work with.

I had the drain pipe break in the kitchen. I had no idea till my foot got wet one day doing the dishes. It had flowed under my cabinet and flooring. I was fighting my insurance coverage . I ended up calling these guys and took over! Beau is awesome and insured me he could handle this. And he did. And I’m totally happy. Incredible work. They are fast , do what they say. And the workmanship is beautiful. They are professionals. My kitchen is more beautiful now then I could of imagined. They are almost done. I highly recommend them! Don’t go no where else. Call them. We had a flood in the basement of our cabin. Beau and Stephen were the only guys willing to make the trip to our remote location. They showed up on time and figured out a way to clean-up, do new trim, paint, re-Install the carpet and get the place put back together in time for 25 members of my family to arrive for our first post-covid party. We had a sump pump in our basement quit working without our knowledge and over filled the basin. We made one call and First Response was there within an hour and diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the issue. The work was done in a professional manner and the pricing was more than fair especially since we were at their mercy and they did not take advantage of us. After checking prices after the fact, they were still the best. I will go with no other company, even if we have to wait. Highly recommend First Reaponse!!!

Fantastic guys, the best in the business. We were finishing our basement last summer and Stephen plumbed the tub, set the toilet, and tiled our tub/shower surround. It turned out better than I could have imagined!!

Beau is amazing. We had called another plumber to come fix our leaking spigot and the other plumber indicated that we needs to create a crawl space in order to fix the leak. We called 1st response restoration and he came out and quickly fixed it within 10 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to with with. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Beau is the best. Flood in our downstairs bathroom and bedroom. They cleaned, painted, replaced the carpet in the bedroom and flooring in the bathroom. They were excellent to work with.

I was in a little bit of a crisis and Beau came out and was very prompt and quickly took care of the situation. I now have a beautiful new shower head and bath faucet that work properly. Thank you guys very much I would definitely recommend this company.

The owners of 1st Response are very professional and expect quality work of their subcontractors. They handled all the negotiations with our homeowners insurance, so we didn’t have to worry about any of the financial part of the damage. They responded quickly any time we needed something done or had a question. I hope we never need their services again, but if we do, we will definitely call them again!!

We had roof damage after a big storm and they answered the phone and got right out to assess the damage, cover things up while we waited for a bid and got a roofer there in great time for how swamped everyone was! They answer calls, emails and show up when they say they will. Each time they were at the house I got a text update. We’ve used another local restoration company recently and it was a nightmare. They had the best customer service I have ever experienced. They came and worked on my grandmas basement and redid the floors and painted and fixed all of the water damage. They worked very efficiently and extremely fast. They weren’t just there to fix everything but we’re extremely kind as well. 10 out 10 would recommend.

1st Response helped us quickly and got us through a tough situation. My dad was trying to sell his house when a water line on the fridge HS a leak. They did everything they could to get things taken care of in a timely manner so that we could close on time.
