We were doing a little remodeling project on our home and came across some mold. I called restore rite and they helped us out super quick and with great service. Treyton Palmer is a top-notch fellow!

They were considerate, always texting or calling before they came. If I had any questions, they answered them. If I had concerns, I was happy with the end result. I would use them again without any hesitation.

I can’t say enough, after walking into a flooded house, insurance contacts did not cover our area. Restore rite was there within 30 min. and started stripping out carpet & setting up fans. They even took our photo albums & took all the pictures out & dried them at their shop! Our house was a mess, mildew growing up the walls. Tricia got her people on it and told us to go check in at a hotel & they would handle it. I honestly cannot say enough about her and the whole crew. Thank you so very much!! I feel as though we have made friends for life!

I originally had good experiences with them but recently that has changed. They did a bid for me but it was vague and I wanted more info about the specifics of what was wrong and what they needed to do before I paid for the repairs. When I call the regular phone number they answer and are super nice but aren’t the ones to answer my questions. They have transferred me to the project manager Tricia but she either wouldn’t answer or I had to leave a message. It’s been over a week and I’ve called multiple times and can’t get in touch with her and she won’t call me back. It’s very frustrating because it seems like I’m just not a priority.

I know Kinyon well and I know him to be a business man with integrity. He will do everything he can to serve you properly and with integrity. He has hired excellent people who are easy and fun to work with. I had just a tiny problem, one that could have easily been ignored but Tricia came out that very day, took care of it and educated me on what to do in the future.

Restore Rite gave us our home back. It probably would have been easier to knock down the house and rebuild it. They came at a time when our home had a Furnice malfunction and ruined everything in our home, from the walls to the carpet and even the furniture. The electrical , you name it it was damaged. It was a huge project. They came in and pretty much restored our entire home. The employees became like family members. The nicest young people ever. they were here every day working, painting , cleaning just about everything. Plumbing, painting, you name it they did it. Our home was completely restored. From carpet to lighting, plumbing, electric etc. we have a new beautiful home. It’s like we just moved into a brand new home. It’s beautiful, it’ smells like a new home, it looks like a new home, it’s perfect. We are so thankful and grateful for Restore Rite, they gave us a beautiful new start in our beautiful home that we never even imagined was possible, with the damage that our home sustained from the diesel oil Furnice that spewed black smoke from the inside out for a month before we even knew there was a problem. I could go on and on. We will miss seeing them.

We had our window well flood as I was out of town. I called kinyon and his team was on site immediately. They had fans, pumps and anything I was needing. Top notch service and professionalism. They made several follow up phone calls and a home inspection to ensure we were all taken care of.

I could not be happier nor more impressed with the service we received after our basement flooded due to a rainstorm. Nolan was very knowledgeable, polite and quick to help correct our problem. Thanks to his expertise we were able to avoid a bigger disaster. I personally hope to never have a reason to call upon them again but if another emergency happens; then I certainly won’t hesitate to give Nolan a call.

Unfortunately, I have had to work with Restore Rite on multiple occasions. I have an older cabin in Island Park that, to put it mildly, was a pig with lipstick. My initial problem came in my second winter of ownership. We had a huge snowstorm that piled up on the roof. An Ice dam formed, and we discovered that there was no OSB underneath the metal sheeting. Needless to say, we had an absolute mess on our hands. We discovered it when we came up to stay one night and we arrived at 9pm. Restore Rite had guys there doing mitigation by 1am. I gave them a date for our first renters arrival and they spent multiple hours of overtime to meet my deadline. When it came to working with insurance Cooper did an awesome job of going to bat for us to get us all that we deserved. We had a second issue occur this year. It’s still too fresh if a wound to talk about, but needless to say, I called Restore Rite again and have received the same quality response. If there was a 10 stars option, I’d choose that.

In March of this year, a random warm day while we were out of town left us with a flooded bedroom in our basement. We were fortunate to only have a small amount of damage, but it was significant enough to require a large amount of work.

Because of the suddenness and the fact that our entire block was effected, we had a different company do the remediation work. When they came back with a second, larger quote for the restoration work we chose to seek a second opinion.

Fortunately for us, we were directed to Cooper at Restore Rite and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The turn around time was quick and everything was done on a reasonable budget. The team was great to work with and our home is back to full functionality.

It's definitely a number I'll have at the top of my contacts list just in case we ever find ourselves in a similar situation in the future.

When the first person to call in a time of need are the people at Restore Rite, that's saying something. We had a surprise of water waiting for us one evening in our basement, and I immediately called their team. They walked us through what to do and look for while they were on their way.

We recently had torrential rains which overwhelmed the citys storm drains. Cooper and his team responded quickly to my call and were on the job the same day. Their quick response prevented long term effects and will allow the tenants to return to a safe home. Thank you.

We were flooded with spring snow melt which caused saturated ground and broken plumbing. This resulted in flooding and backed up sewer in our basement. We called Restore Rite based on their community reputation and were NOT disappointed!

Not only were they immediately responsive, they worked diligently EVERY day with excellent attention to detail until the everything was moved, dried, disinfected, dried some more, disinfected some more and then necessary demo was done to remove any affected building and finish material. They also moved all of the fixtures, personal belongings and furniture for us.

They stayed in touch EVERY DAY during this process and promptly responded to messages. Treyton was the supervisor on the job and came to our house to meet the insurance adjuster when he came. They also acted as a general contractor and with Nolan worked directly with the home insurance adjuster during this complicated process for weeks on getting both mitigation and repair estimates submitted. They then followed up with the insurance company repeatedly until both were paid. Without their knowledge of insurance company workings and wording and their ability to get estimates for all of the repairs (plumbing, drywall, painting, finish work, storage and fixtures...etc.) it would have taken me months to compile the necessary information and then I'm certain it would not have been as accurate.

I am so grateful for their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, attention to detail and customer service. The entire staff was also friendly and fun to deal with. It eased the burden of what could have been a much bigger nightmare. We would not hesitate to call them again if ever necessary...but I hope it won't be!

Cannot recommend Restore Rite enough!! We had some water damage in our basement from a leaky water spigot outside; I called Restore Rite and Cooper came out the very next day! Drywall and insulation had to be removed (along with mold) and the carpet pulled up. Cooper was quick, efficient, professional, and did an amazing job! I could tell he really knew what he was doing. So helpful and informative! He made an unfortunate and stressful situation so much easier for me. Highly recommend! 10/10

We had water damage from the storm, and Cooper was very prompt in coming to our rescue and bringing fans for the cleanup for alot less then we thought it would be.

I might be a little biased because I currently work for Restore Rite but I did have a chimney fire 3 weeks before my daughter's wedding. There was a layer of soot on everything. The cleaning techs came in and meticulously cleaned my entire house. I haven't seen any residual soot anywhere. Even if i didn't work here, I'd still call Restore Rite if I had another issue.

Cooper and Tricia are amazing to work with! They represent all that is good in the world. Nothing about our flood was ideal but we were able to work together through all the challenges expected and unexpected. They understand the process very well and informed us as to what we could expect as we worked through this process. We were on budget and completed our rebuild in less time than expected. RestoreRite is the best out there. Even on a holiday we woke up to a hot water line crack and they were here in about 20 minutes after we called and got the fans going to dry out our water damage.

They were here on New Year's Eve within a half hour. No charge for the consult. Professional and polite. Good work. Will call them again when I need help.

We came home from Christmas to find out a raccoon had turned on an outside faucet. Water ran for a day flooding outside which then soaked down into our crawl space. Which then flooded a storage room. Restore Rite came promptly out when we called them and took care of our needs . The workers were amazing and knowledgeable and cleaned up everything when they were done. We would highly suggest them. We got a property that had horrible cigarette smoke damage. Restore rite called me back promptly and was happy to help with whatever they could. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Restore Rite gave us a realistic bid on the damaged house. It was determined the house couldn't be saved. They were wonderful to work with. They saved the pictures of the house which came in handy later on a court case that we won.

Did not go with this business. I called to see if we could have someone come out for an inspection/quote to replace some old water damage in our sub-floor. The business wanted to charge $280 to come out and give us a quote! The man I talked to on the phone called the owner of the business to see if we could get the fee waived, since this wasnt an emergent situation, it was old water damage, and we already had an understanding of what was going on, but the owner refused. I understand that this is a business that usually deals with emergent situations, but this was a simple housecall for a known, understood, and expected situation. The plus side is that the fee is waived if you decided to use their services, but it still leaves a bad first taste. I went with another business who came out for a quote for free! I guess they wanted my business more.

Company took 2 months to figure anything out. Would call almost daily to see where we stand on work and what needs to be done would never get a call back. And when we did the answer was ( we don't know that's why we don't call you back). Work was not done right was promised many things but never delivered.

Our basement flooded recently. There was a slow leak that went undiscovered for an extended period of time & when we finally knew we had a problem, our entire family room carpet was soaked. Of course, the discovery was made on a Friday evening. We spent that night trying to figure out how to stop the continuous flow of water & save everything else. Saturday morning we made the call to Restore Rite & help came immediately. Cooper & his team helped us remove the remainder of our carpet & pad, assisted in moving everything out of the affected rooms, vacuumed out the standing water & contacted Bott Plumbing to come make the repairs needed. Fans & a dehumidifier were put in place, mold damage was mitigated, & then a 7-foot deep hole was dug by hand to repair the leaking component to our sprinkler system which turned out to be the source of the water. We were impressed with the prompt response to our call, & the professional care & expertise of the Restore Rite crew that day & throughout the week as they checked back to make sure everything was ok. We would highly recommend Restore Rite to family & friends.

Anything Restore Rite did was done quickly, the subcontractors especially the dry Sheetrock people made me wait for 5 weeks. The job is still not complete waiting for carpet shampooed. Also had to clean paint from bathroom flooring.

Restore Rite’s rebuild team came to my home and built a very nice handle rail down my stairs in the garage. I greatly appreciate the work they did and the quality they put into it. If I need any improvements or restoration to my home in the future I will be calling them first.

I had a hidden leak. Sadly I call Restore Rite last. The other companies couldn't find the water leak. So they left my carpets to soak up all that water. Restore Rite came scratched their head a bit because it was not easy to find. Yet they did not leave until they found and fixed the leak.
