The last few times placing online orders has been inconsistent . I’m better just shopping myself to guarantee quality assurance. Tired of orders not being what I purchased. Other than my prescriptions I’ll stop shopping online at this location. I’m even suppose to get a digital receipt and they can’t scan it correctly.

Don't go here or the 601 location, either. Just don't. It's nothing but one problem after another. The most recent being, paying for prescriptions online and scheduling them for delivery, only to be told that they were never paid for. The fact that the payments had been taken out of the bank and having confirmation texts that said the payment went through and delivery was scheduled, didn't matter. They wanted to try to run it through again, but I declined to pay twice. There have been other times I got texts saying that prescriptions were ready to be picked up, but when I got there, nothing had been filled. I worked in a pharmacy for 15 years, so I know that things don't always work perfectly , but after working for both chains and independent, locally owned pharmacies, I definitely recommend independent. They care more about their customers than the almighty dollar. I can't say for certain that it's the Walgreens employees at fault. It could very well be the company itself. But whatever the reason, it's not a place I trust.

Good place to get prescriptions, over the counter meds, vitamins, cosmetics, and lots of other things. Has a drive thru for prescriptions.

Love Walgreens. But while waiting in the drive through this morning, I noticed a couple things. It could use a little TLC. Pressure washing and a roof repair.

Always friendly staff at the counters and throughout the store. Love the variety of items for purchase and the prices are reasonable. Only good things to say about my shopping experience here! ❤

One can only speculate as to why their drive thru goes at a pace so slow that it boggles the mind. Getting 4 cars through the line sometimes takes over 30 minutes. And to add insult to injury, you get up to the window and the employees treat you like you’re somehow inconveniencing them by being there to pick up your prescription. And this isn’t just a one time thing. It’s like that every time I go.

If I could give 0 stars I so would this place is a absolute joke. Not only do you have to wait in line FOREVER weather it’s inside or outside your waiting time is going to be at least 45 minutes or longer but every other week when I go pick my medication up they tell me they are having issues with my insurance then after calling a million places trying to get things figured out Walgreens calls me the next day to tell me my medication was ready… Really Walgreens get it together oh and the people are hella rude if they hate their jobs that bad they need to find something else seriously

I went to the store on Wed Dec 22nd with a very long list. The store was packed, as I tackled my list, I passed a lady stocking shelves, she politely ask if she could help me. I ask the location of my next item, she ended up helping me with my entire list. I commented that the checkout would think I was trouble. As I approached, I realized she was now @ checkout, this Angel helped me w/o a hitch. I so wish I had gotten her named. She was a breath of fresh air. Great experience, great customer service. Delightful.

I was crushed when Rite Aid Closed, then Northern Family Pharmacy closed, therefore all went to Walgreens
This place is a joke!!!
Doctor called my meds in around 8:45 am, after waiting an hour I finally went back to see if my meds where ready to pick up, I was told Saturday was catch up day, it would be at least another hour, ok when your sick, you are over it, went home, Walgreens called at 12:30 and said my meds were ready to pick up finally, so I went back to town to pick up, I said where is my Inhaler, she said nothing for an inhaler, so I was like ok I will call my doc back to see what is going on but thought let me call Walgreens 1st, called Walgreens and they said it was still processing, it would be ready after 3 pm, OMG!!!! Rant over, finding a new pharmacy!!!

I was called by a technician and told there was an issue with my sons insurance so I call the insurance company only for them to say everything was fine. I call back to the pharmacy for the technician to say it must've been a glitch in the system. I go up there to get his meds after sitting in line for 30 minutes only for her to say it's not ready yet. So I go home pick up my kids and go back at 5 o'clock. I sit in line for AN HOUR only to be told it's not done yet. At this point it's been 4.5 hours since it was sent in. I told her I wasn't leaving the line until I got my sons medication. By now it's 5 after 6 and she snottily says "well you'll be sitting here for a while bc we're closed". Meanwhile there's a line all the way to 89 behind me. This is completely unprofessional and pathetic. I'm switching to Gates pharmacy tomorrow for me and my children bc nobody wants to work all day then sit in line all evening just to get some meds. It needs to be open 24/7!

I scheduled an appointment for a covid booster shot for myself and two more people. I answered all questions and selected a time slot.
When we arrived this morning, the clerk said our names was not on her list. We promptly left and went to another drugstore and only waited a short time and then received our shot. I was very disappointed in Walgreens. We waited for 20-30 minutes before they told us we were not on the list. Very unprepared. We lost a lot of confidence in Walgreens today.

I went to pick up a curbside order today and when the employee came out to bring it to me she practically threw it at me and rolled her eyes when I tried to say thank you. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I filled out a survey on the Walgreens website as well. Ridiculous.

Great pharmacy just extremely slow drive-thru. Waiting a little over a half an hour now to be helped. Something needs to be done about this. Very irritating.

The service was great and professional. We had questions about a particular item. We couldnt find it any where else in town. We wanted to get the most count of the item we could find, so we ask. She came over and even check in here device if they had or another store would have it. She discussed several brands and recommend some of the other brands and sizes that were in sale. We did have to weight at check out for a while there was a lot of customers there. They did have covid precautions in place.

Walgreens is my favorite home town pharmacy. Most of the time the staff is very helpful. Your prescriptions are ready on time and accurate. They have good communication skills with with customers as well as healthcare staff. They also have a great selection of beauty products, vitamins, baby products, snacks and drinks as well as random items such as electronics and toys. They also have a drive-thru staff that is very helpful!

Saturday I called and made arrangements for my son's medicine to be delivered today. I live 9.2 miles and was told "no problem". I called 3 times to make sure medicine would be delivered because he ran out of 2 today. Here at 6:30pm i call back all i could be told they don't know why driver brought back to pharmacy. Been here all day waiting and told was with driver for delivery. I'll be finding a more responsible pharmacy for our needs.
