Bala was the 1?st general contact me on my house painting and deck. After discussing and gathering all the info about new deck and painting and the colors I thought I wanted. OK, Bala explained why my choice of colors would not be good together because even though they were in the same gray is gray, but not all gray the same you know and he showed me why without knowing more than what I did which was nothing he explained to me on my level how using the combination of colors would be better for my house and deck was he was correct and I am so thrilled and satisfied with the work that his company has done my Neighbors have all passed by and commented on how good the house look we’ve had people asking about him doing there decks and painting so I am so satisfied he was my first contractor to come and inquire and now he will only the contractor all of my further projects

I needed to rebuild my deck in the house I recently purchased. I contacted several deck builders and home improvement companies for quote request. Bala from Sia Seyon Homes was a clear winner in this process with his quick responses and competitive quote. After checking references he provided I selected Bala and his company for the project. Bala communicated with me about progress on the project and was very flexible to adjust his design when deck layout needed to be changed due to my septic location. When other company needed months to start project and where estimating 2 weeks to complete it, it took Sia Seyon Homes less the week to finish it after only less than 3 weeks waiting on permit and materials. I am very happy with final result and highly recommend this company for any type of home renovations. Because he did such a great job on this project I used him on additional two other projects already and he is currently working on the project for my friend.

Bala of Seya Seyon Homes did a wonderful job pressure washing our deck and driveway and finishing with a sealant for both.
Bala is honest, conscientious shows up on time, and attentive to detail. He has access to a great carpenter who neatly removed a cabinet above the refrigerator for us.

We’re the owners of 5 rental properties and we had been searching for a new contractor for months. We recently found Bala and we’re impressed with the quality of work of his work. My kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. I just love it. It completely changed the looks of this house and I also had my deck done by Bala and we had not used the stay in 10 years because it was so bad we thought it was gonna fall down and he came in and redone my deck and it is gorgeous. I’ve had people in my house, so that was their very favorite part of this was my deck because they’re they all have nice kitchen, so They appreciate as much as I did but it’s beautiful. just love it.
