Had a wonderful experience with Chris Ross. Very friendly and down to earth. Helped us get a bigger more spacious vehicle for the kids and any trips we wanted to go on in the future. Overall he was an excellent sales representative and highly recommend!

Chris helped us with picking out a bigger vehicle for the family and he did WONDERFUL! Absolutely love the space, ontop of it he was super nice and knew everything to do when we had questions. Thank you Chris!

Nice car dealership place, Chris was very nice and patient and got me a cool new car, the car is delivered to me a few hours away and it was really nice and they care a lot for their customers which is pretty cool (and I got a rubber ducky like a literal rubber ducky)

Wow! What a dealership! My wife was at Raven Knob scout camp for the week and the water pump died during her seven hour drive to the camp. She called into the dealership and they were able to fit her right in. I did most of the speaking with the dealership over the phone and I found they were super friendly, very professional and understood the urgency of having the work done before my wife and her scouts had to make the seven hour drive home. Everything went as planned, the work was done correctly and they came in under their estimate! They took great care to ensure the vehicle was good for the trip home. I REALLY wish we lived closer as we’d be buying our next Jeep from Mount Airy! Thank you for everything you did to get everyone home safely and for making it much less stressful than it could have been! Kudos to the service team for all that you do for your customers, even if they live so far away!

Came down to get a key fob and talked to Chris Ross/salesman and ended purchasing a new Dodge Ram 2023 Classic truck . It has black pearl paint. He was very helpful, polite, and was not pushy. 7/12/25: Update: no fault of the dealership the financing fell through. The 2 options present after the fall through required me to return the vehicle. Unfortunately due to the loan company I won't be returning back and just doing cash buys from now on.

7/3/25: Love this place. Bought a 2018 ram 1500 back in 18. The folks were awesome back them. So returned to do another purchase and received the exact same service and consideration as before. Love this dodge family and special thanks to Spencer. He was on top of everything from start to finish.

I like Mt Airy Jeep. Friendly people who listen and suggest options (Isaiah this time, super guy), quality service, and easy appt scheduling. I greatly prefer the laid back atmosphere here compared to busier, more corporate dealerships.

Me and my fiancé have had an excellent experience dealing with Chryslers, Jeep, and Dodge dealership. We was in a wreck and we were dealing things and they got us a car that fit exactly what we wanted and needed. Randle our sales guy listened to our story and performed and got us a car that was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a vehicle I would recommend coming here, the atmosphere is great, and everyone we’ve contact with were super nice and you could tell they love to help people. Peyton the sales manager did what he could to try to help us out as well, said he was going to call us back and they called within less than an hour and now we’re leaving with our vehicle. Well, I really really tried to make things work but these guys are just impossible.
I won't share every detail but basically I left a bad (but honest) review about my first experience. They contacted me and we agreed if I removed the comment, they'll make things right. I bought my vehicle in February and they still haven't been able to resolve a simple issue.
A common issue is they don't service vehicles before selling them, issues pop up and it's not their fault anymore. I love my vehicle but at this point I'd rather pay for the service myself and completely disassociate with them. Very unprofessional and a hint of corruption.
Trust me, I'm NOT the only one.
Highly recommend looking elsewhere as a first and second option.

I just bought a vehicle from Mount Airy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and it was an amazing experience. Spencer walked me through everything! Definitely recommend them!

Dropped off for a recall. Told service that check engine light was on and to fix. Called 3 days later and was told vehicle was ready. Asked what was wrong with check engine light and was told they did not check it out. Service took 3 weeks with no calls or follow up from Service department. Every time I called to see if done was told she would find out the problem and call back. Never called. Finally when done, I had to call to find out it was done and she had the paperwork but never called.
Parts cost $300 but labor cost $1100.

I am very impressed with Mount Airy Jeep. I bought a 2024 Compass back in November that had issues. Peyton and Jessica really stepped up. They picked the car up at another dealer and made everything right, even though they were not obligated. I will always work with this dealership when buying a new vehicle going forward.

The whole staff was super helpful after my car broke down on my trip. Isaiah specifically was amazing, communicates well, and has been super helpful!

I enjoyed working with Randell Ball. He's an outstanding guy and salesman. He did an excellent job assisting me with my vehicle search.

Had the best experience! Everyone was kind and greeted us when we arrived. Spencer was great! He answered all of our questions and did not try to push us into anything we didn't want. He was patient with my kids and entertained them while we were with Richard (from finance-also great) filling out paperwork. We will definitely return when it is time for our next purchase!

Highly recommend Spencer in sales. He and his team Payton and Dean (sales managers) along with Dale (finance manager) will do their best to get you the best deal. I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience with Mount Airy Chrysler-Jeep and Dodge was! I had inquired about a Jeep I had found on their website and upon arriving, I was greeted immediately! Spencer Easter was very friendly, took the time to answer ALL my questions, and made the process as seamless as possible! I bought my Jeep two weeks ago today - 5.2.2025, and he has followed up with me a couple times so far to see how I’m liking my Jeep. I drove an hour and a half for this experience and I will do it again when I’m in need of another vehicle.
Lastly, I can’t forget to I mention Mr. Pack! He was great handling the finance process!

Purchased a truck from this dealer via the internet and what a piece of junk. Was rusted, had large holes in the bed of the truck, trailer brake controller was hanging by the wires, undercarriage severely rusted, 100's of mileage more than what they advertised, check engine light coming on and this was just a sample of what they sold me. My recommendation is FIND ANOTHER DEALER TO BUY A CAR FROM DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER They are truly used car people. And yes we did buy a truck from you and advising others not to... Sure they wanted to make another deal to "make it right" but once you get burnt you do not go back for more.
