Went in for a recall issue and simple oil change, both items were assessed quickly and efficiently. I should mention the mechanic doing the service notice bolts missing from my oil pan from the last oil change(different location), the mechanic found bolts to fit the pan free of charge and explained how dangerous this could have been, we will frequent this business from now on.

I just purchased from this lot and I must say, my experience could NOT have been any more pleasant. From sales, to financing, and to service, we received nothing but exceptional service. Dennis is THE BEST car salesman we have dealt with in a long time! He is very courteous, honest and knowledgeable! He answered every question we had....except one. He was unsure of the answer, so, instead of making up something, he said he didn't want to give us a wrong answer so he went and asked someone. Dennis Shopshear at Scenic Ford in Mt.Airy NC was great. Fast responses with questions. Had any vehicle I wanted to test drive ready for me when I arrived. He was not pressuring me into any decisions, but guided me through the process. Five stars.

I worked with Dennis S. who was eager and enthusiastic to help me replace a totaled vehicle. He was extremely responsive and helpful and made the entire process easy.

When we purchased this van the auto start stop light was on. Was told it was the battery (and they said they replaced it) but the next day the light was still on. Two weeks later the check engine light comes on and there is a misfire in the engine. We took the van to get it fixed and was told it possibly needed a new motor. They discovered the warranty was voided so it sat at the dealership for 3-4 weeks due to Scenic Fords mistake. I called and they worked on this to get the warranty taken care of. Instead of starting a new warranty or extending the timeframe due to it sitting and waiting on them to be able to fix it, it was backdated to when we purchased it. I tried calling one day to two different people there and was ignored all day. I left messages trying to get an update. My wife blocked her number and called, they answered the first time. Not answering or calling back was blamed on a new system, but when we took the van back we found out the new system would not have had anything to do with that.

After the phone call trying to get an update and after two weeks of not having a vehicle, they did let us drive one of their vehicles the remainder of the time.

After the service department talked to scenic ford it was no longer needing a new motor, just head gaskets. The check engine light as well as the auto start stop light was off once fixed. We did check to make sure no code was pulling up but still didn’t trust it and let Scenic Ford know this. They offered our money back for the sale price only!! In all honesty, we shouldn’t have lost anything at all because this vehicle was sold by scenic ford knowing that something was wrong with it, but the dealership fee they are going to get again because it’s back on their lot - that should have been reimbursed to us!

Our salesman was Kevin Kemp and he was very nice and great to work with.

If test driving a vehicle from here, I highly recommend going to Advance, Autozone, etc. and having them hook it up to make sure the check engine light has not been reset before purchasing.

I came to the dealership to get a recall fixed & got my car back with the coolant fan running continuously!!!! I bought the car back & they said “ i don't know whats going on , we master reset it and hopefully that worked “ i drove to winston & came back home to my fan running AGAIN!!! Today is Saturday so there is nothing i can do because the dealership is closed but i will be back again on Monday!!! I would hate to have to get my lawyer to look into this but if my car isnt fixed back to how it was i will take legal action!!

I bought a Lincoln Navigator from Scenic and Dennis is really great sales person to deal with. Still young but a pleasure to talk to but also great sales person. I would recommend Dennis to buy your next car. No pressure sales person. He will explain and answer your questions. If by chance he doesn’t know he will find out the answer and get back to you. I’ve been debating this review, since I really love the Ford brand and in the past have had great experiences with them. So please know it does hurt in a way to write this, but I recently drove by the dealership and felt compelled now to share.

In April 2024, I had a routine transmission service performed on my 2018 Ford F-150. After this, on a work trip to GA, the transmission pan failed, resulting in a tow from Winder, GA, back to the dealership. They repaired the work, replaced some other parts, and returned the truck. This time, however, when I got back in the truck, the glove box and console were open, and a pair of Oakley sunglasses were missing from inside. I didn’t mention it, because there’s no real way to prove this, but it was really upsetting. I didn’t feel like management would have taken the complaint seriously, and like I said, it would have been very difficult to prove. I wish I would have, even just to have documented it, but I just felt so defeated. Even after this, the transmission pan has failed TWICE more in 4,000 miles since June 2024. I bought another vehicle because I simply don’t trust the truck anymore. After months, and multiple emails, Vernon finally assisted in a partial reimbursement for the original tow bill (promised after the tow). After the last failure, I worked with Leigh Ann Flynt (sorry if that is spelled wrong), and she provided me with a loaner and ENSURED the work was completed right. The truck is currently running okay, and I attribute this solely to her oversight. I wish I had been fortunate enough to work with her the entire time. I do not recommend working with Kevin or Vernon, and I do not recommend service or purchasing from this dealership. Once again, I had tried to move on from this situation, but it’s unfortunate when a dealership continuously fails to uphold the Ford name in a good light.

The best place to buy a vehicle. We drove 100 miles to purchase a vehicle from this business and will do it again. The staff was very honest and fair. You left feeling like a part of the family. Great Place to go.

The mobile service was really convenient for our family. I received text notifications before they were picking up, once they were at our home, when the vehicle was at the dealership, then again when finished. They then called and processed payment over the phone. Easiest and most convenient process to have our vehicle serviced, and there’s no extra charge over regular service price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a leaking water pump. Many thanks to Neal, Elliott, and Leigh Anne for making this a smooth process. They ordered the parts needed and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. This is a great place to go if you’re ever in need of repairs. They are trustworthy and do their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible.

No one likes to have a transmission failure on the way to a vacation. The service department at Scenic Motors (Kevin and Vernon) helped us navigate through this with Ford Customer Care. We ended up with a rental car for a few weeks while their transmission expert, Paul, repaired the transmission planetary gear based on Ford's Technical Service Bulletin. I drove my Transit Connect through the mountains to my home in Michigan and the transmission shifted very solidly. It was like new! Thank you Paul, Vernon and Kevin.
