Enjoyable experience although I have not yet visited there in person. Sales experience was straight forward and direct. All paperwork was consistent with our verbal agreement, Delivery was timely and pleasantly completed by experienced and friendly personnel. I called the dealership on a question on how to install the blue tooth connection between the Maverick and my I-Phone and that was very well set up in a few minutes with the help of the person who answered my call. When I consider another vehicle purchase, this is the first call I will make.

I wish I could retract anything positive I ever wrote about this place. They took us for thousands of dollars when we bought a new Limited truck. They tried to charge us nearly $12000 for an extended warranty that should have cost less than $4k. They damaged our 2019 so badly we had to sell it. The owner promised he would make it right and then blew us off. I told him he was unstable and unreliable which is his new excuse for blowing us off. Never again. They kept our truck for a week and never fixed the broken cameras which are still not working right and drove the truck over 130 miles. If they were the only dealer left on the planet, I’d walk. Horrible experience of betrayal and disrespect.

Bought a new 2024 F250 from them. Rides a lot smoother compared to 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. And lot less money, Ford really did their homework and built a great truck! And dealing with awesome sales person and staff making transactions from old to new truck goes smoothly as possible! Highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent service and done in a very reasonable time. Went in for oil change and tire rotation, when I noticed the inspection was due and they did that as well. Great job.

The guys at Lamoille Valley Ford work really hard to make sure you leave in a safe vehicle that you’re excited to drive. While there’s always “pressure” at car dealerships, they manage to be really friendly and helpful. The best part is that after the sale you can count on EXCELLENT customer service (call will any question and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of!). Pat, Troy, Chris, and Chandler took amazing care of me, got me payments that work, and I’m driving a car that I love!

Was sold the 2 yr. maintenance and oil changes for all my points. 9 months in was then time to educate me that the oil changes are tied to milage. Should have told me how much it would cost vs. points actually need instead of stealing all my points, which would have covered the next year and 3 months of deal agreed to.

They took my vehicle right in when I arrived. They were very thorough and the service advisor was very pleasant to deal with.
