Nice and Jose were fantastic. They were very explicit with the process. I can't say enough about them. They were wonderful and did very well selling the project.

Dustin an Vaun were very professional and informative in the home inspection and explanation of products that would be used on my roof. I was thoroughly educated on roofing products. Thank you very much for helping us.

Could not find my original review of 3 stars. Maybe it was deleted by the business. Since then I am up to 137 nails found around the house. 3 vehicles with flats, 1 grandkid with a nail in the foot, and 1 dog with a nail in the paw. With that being said, over charged, for sure. $28,000 for the roof, $6000 for insulation. Cleanup for promised but not delivered. The owner wanted to come back out to clean up, I declined. They had a chance to do a good expensive job. Failed. I had leaf guards on my gutters, they weren't compatible with how they work the fascia boards, so they removed them, no offer to put covers on my gutters. Im still pissed

Extremely Disappointed with Victory Home Solutions

I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by Victory Home Solutions. During their service at my next door neighbor, debris from their work ended up damaging my 2024 F150 -- a brand-new vehicle (I moved my vehicle up in my driveway due to the worker had a van, work truck and a long flatbed truck in front of my house (leaving no where else to even move) -- which was parked on my property. To make matters worse, their team trespassed without permission, violating my personal space and trust; enter my gate and place their ladder and material in my driveway, basically blocking me in my own driveway. The guy in charged went so far as ringing my doorbell at 7:45am in the morning.

Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of their actions, Victory Home Solutions chose to dismiss the issue and offered a mere $50 Amazon gift card as compensation. A gift card? For property damage and trespassing? That's not only inadequate, it's insulting. The bare minimum would've been a full professional detailing of my vehicle and a sincere apology.

Their careless attitude and lack of accountability are the main reasons I cannot recommend this company. If you value your property and expect to be treated with respect, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Vaun was great! Answered all of our questions, was patient and understanding. Made us feel comfortable and secure in making such a big decision on getting our roof replaced.

We had a great experience working with Ryan Reichow. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We appreciated his professionalism and how responsive he was.
The company quote we received was significantly higher than anticipated. While the quality might justify the price for some, it just wasn’t the right fit for our budget. Ryan did an excellent job representing the company and was a pleasure to speak with.

Working with Victors Home Solutions was one of the worst experiences of my life.

They attempted to upsell me from the start, including additional work in the initial estimate. I said I didn't want the additional work done and then received an estimate to replace some fascia board and the gutters on the front of my house. This was around $1500.

They were scheduled to come and replace the fascia on a Monday and the gutters the next day. While the fascia work was done, the gutters weren't replaced and I wasn't contacted with any additional information. I gave them a few days just in case weather or other factors were affecting their ability to do the work. Finally, after six days, I called and asked about the gutter replacement. I was told that they couldn't replace my gutters until the fascia is replaced. I explained that the fascia board was part of the job and had already been done. Eventually, the person who did the initial estimate called me and told me that the gutters couldn't be replaced without replacing all of the gutters on the side of my house - for an additional $888. I took a closer look at the work and saw that Victors had intentionally cut my gutters in a spot that would require additional gutter replacement. If they had cut them closer to the corner of the house, a corner piece could have been used to connect the gutters. Unfortunately, that's not possible now. I will now have to find another company to do the original work PLUS the additional gutter replacements that Victors caused.

The following week was comprised of endless phone calls and transfers as I attempted to cancel the gutter work completely and just pay for the completed work. I was given an "updated" invoice charging me $1187 for 16' of fascia board. I cannot fathom how that could possibly be a reasonable price for the work that was done. Finally a manager contacted me and offered me a resolution to pay (supposedly) the amount the job cost them. I agreed to this because they had worn me down so much with the phone calls and miscommunications. I was again sent the same invoice for $1187 and received a phone call from someone wanting me to settle my balance. I explained again that I was waiting for a new invoice and finally received it the next day.

Additionally, the crew that replaced the fascia board managed to leave a mess in my yard - a big pile of spray foam was left on the ground along with MANY pieces of old wood.

The miscommunications, deceit, and incompetency at Victors were truly unmatched. I would never recommend them for ANY service.

John Bortmas may be the best, most engaging and compassionate, inspector I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting (and eventually doing business with). He helped us find the right price point for our roofing project without applying the usual pressure tactics I’m accustomed to when costly home repairs are needed. I’m greatly relieved to have been helped through this process by a true professional!

Nick and Jose were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all of our questions. Before the guys got here, I thought we needed a second estimate, but once we learned all the info they gave us we signed up right away. Without a second estimate. Thank you, Nick and Jose.

Derek was friendly, very thorough in the roof inspection from the attic area to on the roof. Video was provided with an in depth description of what needed to be repaired. Different options were covered and pricing provided. This is how I would want my employees to interact with my customers. A+

Chase and Marco arrived on time. We're courteous and very well spoken.
They proceeded to do the inspection, in short order.
The presentation of the work needed, was clear and concise.

Over all I am impressed, and happy with the Victors experience.

Arturo was an awesome project manager and walked us through the entire job after it was done. The crew was courteous and cleaned up every piece of debris and left zero trace of even being there, aside from the dumpster and the new roof of course!

I paid $58,000 for a new roof in this past spring, just to have one of the same roof leak areas leak again. I called, and was thankful for a quick response. They sent a kid who didn't even have the right tools and wanted to place his ladder against my new gutters in one spot and then against brand new roof drip edge in another. I literally had to babysit this guy to just have him on the phone the entire time he was on my roof. And, instead of sending someone experienced with troubleshooting roof leaks, they send a guy who looks at a vent pipe penetration lower than the roof itself. His comment is that roof leaks are tricky. I'm not born yesterday. Seriously, gravity says it would look for the lower level to travel, and finding path of least resistance. We just got our first rain since this guy put a single bead of silicone (which he didn't even have a knife to cut it open, so he had to use my scissors). Seriously? I'm going to contact licensing bureau to have them revoke their license for sending untaught people to tell customers that the next step may be to remove and patch the section of brand new roofing that was less than 6 months old to patch in a repair that will be very obvious and a hack job... I will also pursue false advertising lawsuits when they say they guarantee their work... instead, they send someone who doesn't come to the job sight with all their tools. I'm LIVID! I will be pursuing full refund and damage repairs to our drywall and flooring since their hack job didn't solve any issues that caused me to hire them in the first place.

Update-these guys did come out to fix the issue the 2nd time. We've had some steady, yet lighter rain once since the latest repair. So far, so good. And the supervisor i spoke with did follow up with me, although we did not have any rain at that point.
With all this said and done, I've upgraded the 1 star to 4 star since it wasn't perfect. But I appreciate the fact these guys did fix the problem in the end... if we have any further issues I'll update again. In meantime, I am satisfied with the corrections.

Victors Home Solutions provided excellent service and a high quality roof installation. The work was done on schedule and completed in a day. They expedited our roof work due to the extremely poor condition of the existing roof. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly.

Manny, the crew leader performed well above my expectation. He was in constant contact with me throughout the installation. Photos were shared continually throughout the process. It was like I was on the roof with the crew. Manny was friendly, professional, and totally in control of his great crew.

I highly recommend this company.

John Bortmas came by and provided excellent information during the roof inspection that has helped tremendiously understand what issues we need to deal with and the best steps moving forward. He was very articulate and provided us great information!

They charge three times what other contractors charge. And then when they try to compete with that, they go their vehicle and back; now all of a sudden they can do a $50k job for $30k? That’s a rip off. If you can’t justify the value in your price, you’re dishonest. There’s no reason you are all of a sudden able to charge 45% less! That’s extremely dishonest. And I’ve heard this story from a lot of other people. Do your homework people. Google is your friend

mel and his team were terrific, they explained what they were doing throughout the afternoon, kept us up on top of timing, and were very courteous. they worked great as a team with excellent communication and cleaned up ever spec of dust.

i have a floor ac in my room in addition to my central air set at 69. over the weekend my central air was at 72 and my room ac never was on. paid for themselves hands down i'm sure. victor may have been a few more bucks than 3 but less than one installer, but their service, warranty and commercials are well worth it.

I had a great experience working with Michael T. He showed up on time and took his time walking me through everything without rushing. He thoroughly explained the issues with my roof and what needed to be done, including important fixes for my attic. As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated how clear and informative he was. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the process and the services that would best fit my needs. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I definitely learned a lot and feel more confident moving forward. I am looking forward to the installation process.

Greatly appreciate the service provided today by Dylan. He was thorough, honest and direct with information about services we needed. Previously, we had high pressure sales calls. He listened to us about our needs and that we would be selling in the near future and did NOT want a full replacement. He had viable suggestions for key repairs and a “roof tune-up” option that kept our cost estimate in the range we requested. These were not options previously shared with us by others. He also found the animal access point that other reps from the same company did not identify. That’s a big help so we can get the critters out before sealing them in with new roofing materials.

I finally chose Victors Home Solutions to put on a new roof and gutters for my home. I am so happy I hired them, they went above and beyond with the installation of my new roof and new gutters! Looks so beautiful, and best of all, it's now done right!

Amazing experience!! I worked with Zack our rep that came out and Evan our project manager and both were so great to work with! They were very thorough, informative and helpful answering all of our questions and ensuring we were happy before, during and after the project. Sidenote: We said if we don’t call Victor’s, the Tigers would keep losing games. So we called, and guess what?! The tigers ended their 6-game losing skid!

Called to see about a roof repair. They went into the attic and decided I needed to put a new roof on at a high price. Never completed the 21 point inspection.
Had another company out, they focused on the problem and had an easy fix.
They also said my roof was fine.

Big shout out to Owen and Josh who are extremely friendly! They went for a roofing estimate on a weekend and they really did a great job explaining everything and help us in all best way they can to close the deal.

About 10 years ago Victors put on a new roof at my prior home and did an excellent job, therefore I called when researching options to replace windows. Victor’s remained cost competitive, but more importantly, the communication and customer service were just exceptional. Owen came by today and did an excellent job with the inspection. He provided a clear and thorough explanation of the issues, the full process, and the pricing. I really appreciated the time he took to walk me through everything in detail — his professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

We had Quin come out for an inspection of our roof and he was extremely helpful and attentive to our concerns/needs. We ended up contracting Victors to replace our roof and before signing anything Quin went through all of the materials that would be used, the Victors team and installation process, and wasn’t trying to sell us on anything that was unnecessary. He was very helpful and we also got to know him as a person during the inspection/walkthrough and he is a very great man!

Edited: Arturo and his crew came and replaced the roof and they were very quick and efficient, kept us updated the whole time, and cleaned up after themselves - it barely even looks like they were here aside from the beautiful new roof!

Donte was extremely helpful in our visit. We had full confidence in moving forward with our purchase with Victor home solutions. He was very transparent in explaining the roofing process and the value we'd receive. We feel we are going to get very high value and they will complete our job satisfactorily.

Additional Arturo was extremely professional with his team on the day of installation. Very communicative and helpful in walking me through what was done as well as honest suggestions for other things I should consider. They got my house done in a day. Victors has been great to work with!

I recently received several services from Victors but would like to highlight the experience I had with Mel, Anthony, and Thomas. They installed 19 windows in my 1929 Dutch Colonial. Despite multiple setbacks and obstacles they remained professional, approachable, courteous, and respectful of me and my home. Mel patiently addressed all my questions and concerns and I am thrilled with the quality of the beautiful results. John B was exceptionally knowledgeable in the Victors window product as well as the victors company as a whole. Seamless process in getting us what we wanted . His demonstration of the product was definitely an eye opener. They are a MARKETING COMPANY. The quality is garbage. No follow-up. If they say they tried to resolve my issues in a way that a reasonable would would its BS. THEY PARDONED themselves AND IGNORE YOU.

Our roofing was leaking due to ice dams. They caused water leaking into our family room. We spent $5k with Victor's to fix them. But they never did. I complained.

They offered to fix our leaks for $15k. They keep changed their business their name but they never acknowledged or fixed our problem. They even called BACK to see how happy we were.

Victor's is a marketing compony. Radio, online, etc. But not there to fix there mistakes.

We used another reliable realtor referred roofer and have not had any issues.

UPDATE JUNE 20, 2024 I made three attempts to reach the owner to take them up on addressing or changing our situation since they replied to our last post. NO RESPONSES - IT'S ALL OPTICS...

UPDATE July 30, 2025 They still are asking me for repeat business. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

Horrible customer service. At the first sign of an issue they claim they are not at fault and there’s nothing they can do. They clearly caused the damage and refuse to take accountability. Very lazy cleaning up after themselves. I’ve found multiple nails, trash, and pieces of shingles all over my yard.

This is my second project using Victor's Home Solutions. Jason Weaver did an awesome job with my new window project.
