Omega Construction is by far the best experience I've had with contractors. Al and his team did fantastic work and a great job keeping the area clean. Al and his team are also great with communicating with you during the entire process of the project. Their knowledge and expertise superb. I hands down would recommend them so if you are needing work done don't hesitate to call them

Can’t thank Omega enough for giving me the bathroom of my dreams. The Poisson brothers were super professional and treated the space with respect. They gave me peace of mind after finding MAJOR water damage under the original bathtub from the 1950s. Thanks Omega!!!

I had the loveliest experience working with their company. Not only are their chimney sweeps great at what they do, they were very knowledgeable and explained the process before hand. Their office staff handling the billing was very kind and easy to work with.

Al and the guys fixed the water leaks, and I beam support in my basement. After all the work was done in the basement, it was left as clean as the day before the work was started. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them.

First time trying them out for a Chimmney Liner. Due to Water Heater leaking and not up to code. Bad experience from getting on the schedule to Al not quoting correct price. We must start over and find a different company. They kept our deposit after increasing initial bid. Will not recommend based on past experience. Shop around!

I am incredibly grateful to Al Poisson and the entire team at Omega Construction for helping us with our basement leak. Our project required a fairly quick response, and Al, a super friendly and professional guy, was on the spot, assessed our problem and offered a good, timely, cost effective solution. He kept us posted on the project as we went along, giving me updates on any potential issues. He provided up-front cost estimates, which helped with our planning. These folks are interior craftsmen and carpenters too - so we didn’t have to find someone else to repair the wall and carpet after they were done. As for the finished product, I couldn’t tell they were even here - quality workmanship, wall up, and repainted. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Would never use this company. Charged us $400 just to give us an estimate. Just based on that alone I would never work with them. This contractor wants like twice as much as a lawyer for his time. Couldn’t have spent more than half an hour on this. Resulted in a 90k-175k estimate. I asked about other options and he basically said you’d need to check with the city on if it’s allowed… I thought I was paying him $400 for expertise and he just danced around different questions saying you could do things without giving any solid answers. Way more than any even general estimates if you look it up online. Basically feel like I got ripped off for $400.

The folks at Omega are top-notch. They are friendly, responsive, respectful, helpful, and they deliver quality work! Every call I placed got a call back. They fit in an urgent part of our project early before they were scheduled to do the rest, which is more than I can say for all the other groups in town being booked out for months! These were the ONLY folks who called us back about siding work and chimney flashing. Now the squirrels can't get in anymore, our rotten siding is gone and replaced, and they primed the new siding for free! Highly recommend Omega for your construction needs. (Also, they started off as a chimney/mortar company, so call them up for your chimney needs!!)

We called Omega on two separate occasions for water in the basement. In both situations, Al was at our home promptly. He is courteous, friendly , and extremely knowledgeable . In both situations, he explained the problem in great detail and further explained that no costly repairs were needed. This is a high quality company . Highly recommended.

Didn't back warranty necessarily , was told "work was sufficient" at the time of repair, but needed major work. Well, why wasn't that major work done instead of doing a shabby job. Came out 3 years in a row for the same issue every winter when the snow melts it leaks into the house. Was made to pay a transfer warranty fee too, since it wasn't directly in my name. This company is just bad news bears, ended up biting the bullet and using a new company. Got a whole new roof for the same cost I was quoted to do the "major repair". Al seems like a nice guy too, but the workmanship is terrible, and they should have just did the job properly the first time, instead of putting a bandaid on it, so it seemed. Wont be using their services.

Omega has been great to work with. We had a very stubborn leak in our roof which they have been able to fix. We particularly appreciate the warranty and their promise to stand by their work. Great to work with Omega!

I hired this group to complete a chimney inspection and sweep. They were very responsive and returned my call for a quote quickly. They called before arriving to complete work, showed up on time, and did a quick review of the quote again on site before beginning work. Additionally, they practiced social distancing and wore a face covering throughout the entire project. Overall good experience!

Ron/Marquis and their crew built a 112 foot long retaining wall of cement and cement block along the side of my property. They were very professional. We thought it would be straight forward but they ran into ground water at 4 feet below grade because the wall needed a 4 foot footing. I was beside myself but Ron/Marquis and crew took the situation in stride. They not only knew how to over come this problem with construction techniques but also engineering knowhow. It turned out to take twice as long to complete. However, the wall turned out to be better than I expected. I am very satisfied with the work. I would have them work for me again.

I called Omega to check out smoke transfer between flues. Al quoted flue top dampers at $900 each and cleanings at $300 each. He said he would need to schedule a day to do the work. Thinking this must be an extensive project, I bought it. Ten days later I finally was called to say they would come that afternoon to do it. After the cleaning they glued dampers to the tops of the flues and were done in about 45 minutes. Al defended his $750/hour labor rate and double cleaning rate, saying it was due to his "high overhead" costs that I didn't understand. Omega Construction is aptly named, they are the last one you should think of calling. They apparently only maintain their good BBB rating because the BBB doesn't consider "pricing issues" or "buyer's remorse" in their calculations. BBB is basically another way to advertise.

Now I see "Mr. Integrity" has posted a public offer of a discount AFTER being privately told he would never be doing work for me again!

Al and his crew are top notch. I've had Omega out several times to do work for me, and each time they did a great job. They rebuilt my chimney, and inserted two liners into it. When the collar around the chimney started cracking and was still under warranty, they immediately came out and put on a new one, no questions asked. Al is great at keeping the lines of communication open, and he is easy to work with. Their workmanship is top notch--I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend Omega!! Ron Delph

Had a great experience with Omega. We had a few spots where an old addition was leaking water, and Al came out and gave a thorough inspection. We had a flat garage roof replaced, but they also fixed a "laundry list" of various odd jobs to seal up the house and prevent water damage at another spot where the wood was getting soaked. Very happy with the quick work they did and our house is definitely better off. Glad they were so thorough and did not just address one aspect of the problem.

Meticulous masonry and carpentry work to address drainage issues on one side of the house. Before Omega, we had anxiety every time it rained. No more! Thank you, Al - will be calling again, and sharing with friends.

This was a small job (1/2 a day) but they gave it as much attention and effort as a major project. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the materials, workmanship and clean-up. I would definitely recommend Omega.

Al was great, super nice and easy to work with. We had a non emergency roof repair and he was able to fit us in their busy schedule. They completed the job while I was at work and they did such a great job cleaning up after themselves that I couldn't tell they came. We were looking to find a company to work with on other home projects in the near future and we found them!

What a pleasure working with Al, Marquis and Paul. They replaced my leaking chimney chase cover. Al took the time to sketch out how the cover is supposed to work and how the existing cover failed. Took him an hour and a half to measure an exact fit. Marquis and Paul were great on the install. Cleaned up all the debris , even measured exactly the dimensions for the screw attaching points.
