Scheduling with ModForce Home Solutions was unbelievably easy everything from the first phone call to setting up the inspection felt smooth and stress-free. When the roofers came out to do the initial inspection and estimate, they were not only professional, but incredibly knowledgeable. They took time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand, which made me feel confident throughout the process.

I couldn’t have chosen a better company. Not only did I learn a lot about my roof and what it needed, but I also ended up saving money. It always feels good spending money on something that actually adds value to your home and working with ModForce felt exactly like that.

From the sales team to the scheduling and the crew very professional. Followed up made sure I was 100% satisfied. My home is an old Victorian with a very steep roof other companies didn’t want to quote. Their quote was fair and they knocked out the job in a day!

I like how the inspector sat down with me and took his time explaining and showing the different types of material. He made me feel more comfortable with them doing my roof.

ModForce was the second of three quotes we had for replacing our roof. Bryce came out and was a consummate professional - one of the reasons we ended up going with them was he refused to speak poorly of other companies and contractors, even as we shared our negative experience with a previous one who quoted our roofing project.

Bryce was very knowledgeable and always responded to even minor questions quickly and thoroughly. The crews that came out to do the work itself were on time and left no mess or reason to complain.

I would not hesitate to use ModForce again in the future.

In March 2025 I got an estimate for a new roof on my house. Matt Schermbeck showed up on time. We talked over what I wanted to have done. Matt came well prepared and went over the details of my options. He had samples of the materials they would use.
Matt was friendly, a good listener, professional and most of all not pushy. After a lot of discussion he went out of his way to earn my business !
I also talked with Bryce Bookmiller who was also knowledgeable and professional.
Between the two of them we worked together to come up with a good price and confirmed all the details of what I could expect.

ModForce Home Solutions was just great! The owner of the company showed up per our agreed upon time and promptly went to work. No fooling around, just down to business. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the process and materials required for a sound roofing install. Being a certified inspector, he inspected the areas of our home which we were experiencing issues and offered plausible solutions and advice. I would definitely recommend them.

Bryce and his team were top notch!! They completed a small project, full replacement shed roof that was in dire repair and added a door that it never had! They were clean and professional! They came out to quote right when they said they would and got the project start to finish as promised! I had an issue with my gutters and Bryce took me around the house explaining that we only had a few simple corrections and didn’t need new gutters. He took the time to call my dad and explain to him what we need to do and left without making us feel bad. We even invited him to dinner. What a great experience.

Bryce was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to home improvement. Having a certified home inspector go through our home was very beneficial and we didn’t even have to pay for the additional inspection. If you are looking for a trustworthy company this is definitely one of the best we have had to any of our homes in the past.

We had an issue with some of our shingles falling off the side of our house and we didn't know what to do. We called Modforce Home Solutions to come take a look and inspect our roo. They talked us out of a full roof replacement and recommended just a simple repair because the condition of our roof was still in good condition. Every other roofing company who came out to inspect tried to talk us into replacing the entire roof. Bryce was very thorough in his inspection and explained to us why we didn't need a full roof replacement at this time. They are a very trustworthy company two of our friends have also called them for an inspection.

Simply the best company we have had an experience with in a long time. Bryce was professional and kind to us the whole time. He never made us feel any pressure unlike the other company we had out. I highly recommend him and even talked to our neighbor about the experience.

Finding a roofer for our home wasn’t easy. We had estimates as low as $3700 and as high as $42,000. Crazy. Modforce turned out not to be the cheapest, but Isaac and Bryce were thorough in their inspection and patient in their explanations. Bottom line: I found them to be straight shooters and hardworking, and have learned from experience that the absolute cheapest isn’t always the best quote over the long haul. I would strongly consider Modforce for any roof work you need done.

Bryce is a true professional. He worked in repairing my deck which had collapsed under the weight of a Catalina spa. He came out and explained what was going on and what we could do to fix it. He provided multiple options and quotes to work with my budget. He and his crew tackled the project in the hot sun and got the deck level, providing photos and a detailed report of each phase. What an amazing service - when I saw the pricing, I figured it'd be a basic "sanity check" report - but what I got was a down-to-earth, comprehensive, detailed, clearly photographed assessment of every aspect of the house that gave me the confidence to buy an investment property sight unseen. Looking forward to using them again for another one! UPDATE/EDIT – I've now used C2C for two additional assessments, and the results have been stellar. They catch things I'd never think to ask about, and provide very down-to-earth comments on how serious, what's recommended, and what the implications are. I wish I knew more people in the area who I could recommend them to - hopefully this will help! I wish there were more folks like them who you could work with completely remotely and have 100% in.
