Performance just did my mom‘s roof, I just wanted to post on here how much I appreciate the care that they gave her project. Her sales rep Eric was very helpful throughout the entire process. The crew that came out to our house did everything in a day, including cleaning up. They use this really cool tarp to cover the house and protect everything and they even built something to divert the debris away from my mom’s flowers they really did go above and beyond and we’re so grateful that we found them

Performance Roofing did a great job in our time of need. After the tree came crashing into our house they helped button things up until they replaced the damaged roof, siding and gutters. All of their crews did a great job. They were professional, tidy and protective of our landscape. Joel was very helpful by providing the required information needed by our insurance company.

This company is the BEST at Roofing Systems hands down. They replaced a large roofing project on over a 5,000 sq ft home and had it done in 2 days. Don't hesitate to hire Joel and Performance Roof Systems! We had a complicated house and roof- old farmhouse and several roof lines. We were completely re-doing the roof and siding and replacing 2 skylights. We also wanted to have a contractor who was certified to install James Hardie siding. The work was of the highest quality and we've had compliments on how great the updated siding/ roof looks.

Great job replacing our old wood trim with aluminum clad trim and new siding. The contractors did a nice job and paid attention to the design details we wanted at the front of the house. We had a lot of nice complements from the neighbors after it was all finished.

Starting with Eric that did my initial consultation, he had all of the samples which made the choices easy. We went with James Hardie siding it is expensive but seems worth the price. Joel the owner did the computer modeling that made it easy to see what it would look like when it was done. Sean and Andrew were our project managers they made sure everything got done right. Walter's construction crew is fantastic they took only 2 1/2 weeks to completely strip and rebuild the outside of our house and they replaced 6 windows. We had a leak in my daughters bedroom window. It was coming from above her window. Many people came out including the past "new" roofing company. Everyone were not able to figure out where the leak was coming from and were just guessing. Seth came out and told me exactly what was causing the leak. The crew worked on my siding along with some of the roof. They worked in really harsh weather conditions. After work was completed we got A LOT of snow and rain in the forecast... and not even one drop leaked. They did an awesome job and will be using them with my future projects.

We hired Performance Roof Systems + to clean our existing gutters and downspouts and install gutter/leaf filters so we won't have to deal the fall leaves and black walnuts. The crew worked hard to complete the job before dark and did a very nice job of cleaning up after completion. The charge was quite reasonable and I would certainly recommend them for the work they do.

We had an old wooden shed that was already in rough shape when we purchased our home 8 years ago, which needed a new roof and to be refaced. Additionally, the roof of our house had a leak from some work done by Foundation Systems of Michigan that we just could not get that company to take care of.

Performance Roof Systems set an excellent tone immediatly, as the rep that came to inspect our situation was courteous and easy to understand. He answered any questions as they arose, and would text updates as to what the workers would be doing, and when they would begin.

They were able to match the existing shingles on our roof for the leak repair and the shed. They also matched the Hardie Board and trim of the shed to our house, beautifully.

When a tree comes crashing through your roof during a storm, it makes your stomach sink. But Joel and his team jumped in right away and made the process as easy as possible. They worked and negotiated with my insurance team when the damage was bigger than first visible. I hope to never have this happen again, but if it does they will be my very first call!

Joel and his company are excellent! They walked us through the whole process, asked questions to get a better idea of what we wanted, and took the time to answer our questions. We went with the James Hardey siding, and everything turned out wonderfully. If there were any problems, they were addressed as quickly as possible. At the end of the installation, Joel walked with me around the house to make sure nothing was missed.

The guy who came out was knowledgeable and gave me a quote that was very competitive with the other companies I looked into. After pulling the trigger on their quote, they rolled out my install pretty quickly. Everything looks great and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves once they were finished. Would definitely do business again should I ever have a need for their services.
