Jeremy and Jacob were very professional and helpful. they took videis to show us what was happening in places we had no acces to and explained what was going on. this enabled us to make the best decision for our roof. I was very impressed with their depth of knowledge of all things regarding the roof. they answered all my questions of which I had many! thank you!

The salesman was at our home for over 2.5 hours and gave us a quote that is over 3 times the quote of a local, trusted roofer. At the end of his sales pitch, he asked me to leave a 5 star rating on Google for the company. This is without doing any work for us, only an estimate.

Good customer service interaction we enjoyed with Jeremy. He spent all the day explaining to me and my family all our options. Wow. This guy can talk… but he made a lot of sense though. Roofing not fixed yet but Jeremy already fixed the roof in our minds

Jeremy Wright came to our home and do a thorough inspection of our roof & attic then professionally explained the roofing systems available, to include detailed explanation of the underlayment, ventilation, & shingle options with the various installation methods. No high pressure sales. We were given a quote and room to think on it. Jeremy knows he is selling a quality system and took questions I had back to get answers. It was a good meeting.

The project manager and installers did a great job on installing our roof. They were out on the heat and worked hard. They did a great job. We are very happy with our new job.

Brock Coffey is a very knowledgeable and detailed associate with Victors Home Solutions. He was able to provide 1st hand the materials used for the project but moreover provide details related to what "the other guys use". Vector Home Solutions is providing a top notch service in both labor and materials. Brock himself was a delight to talk to and was awesome with our family!! Thank you!

Brock Coffee was very educational and informative. He spent the time needed, and whet out of his way to make sure we understood the benefits of their products, and how the new roof would be installed. He was polite and friendly. Had a very good installation experience for my roof from Victor and Dillon the team leader was very good I'm happy with the job they have a little bit to do but I'm happy with the job very much so at least I don't have to worry about rain coming in my house is that good enough. Brock Coffey did a roof inspection and explained in detail exactly what I needed and why. He went over pricing with me . He was very thorough and I was very pleased with the inspection.

Please Lawd give Trevor a raise! He is spectacular! Came in as a stranger but left as a friend! I would 100% go with whatever he recommends. Very knowledgeable on anything and everything dealing with roofing. Quality over quantity , very down to earth, and such an over all great guy!

Presentation was pretty good. They seem to have a solid set up where everyone is working and triple checking everything. Unfortunately it is a lot more expensive but it seems as if you’re paying for a through job.

Landen Wisel was thorough in his presentation of his company and the installation of the product. He really explained the pros of how the system works. Answered all of our questions with real knowledge d.Nice guy.
