I recently worked with Vertical Roofing and Solutions for my roof replacement and the process went really smoothly. Noah, the project manager, was easy to work with—he kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was on track.

On the day of the build, Kyle did a great job supervising. He and the crew were efficient, respectful of my property, and made sure things were cleaned up when the work was done. The roof looks great, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress-free.

I use Vertical Solution Roofing & Construction company to install my roof. I was highly satisfied with the job. Noah was a great sales guy to deal with and he was very proactive, and thanks to his approach, he may me aware of hidden issues dealing with my roof the whole team worked hard and I was highly impressed with their work. Horrible experience with this company that lasted five months and no work done. After one roofer was fired from the company, he called multiple times to get my business with his new company. While I tried to respect the company I originally had an agreement with, I should have definitely found another roofer at that time. The next couple of months were filled with delays and resulted in me learning the subsequent roofers had been getting on the wrong roof so my roof was not as damaged as they thought. To make it worse, I was told that the work on my roof may not be big enough for them and the manager let me know he would call me back to let me if they would do it. I called to leave a message letting them know I have a leak so I definitely need the work done urgently. Still nothing. I am very disappointed in this experience with this business. It has been very unprofessional.

I had several roofing companies inspect my roof and made multiple claims with my insurance company with no success over a one year period. I was ready to get a lawyer and go to court. Brad was awesome he communicated clear and concise through the whole process and made sure his team addressed every issue that arose. The best part was his assistance with communicating with insurance.

The crew finished in one day and the roof looks clean and very nice. We ran out of daylight for me to get a good look and some pictures but I am sure if I find any issues Brad will make sure things get taken care of.

I live in Temple and was caught up in the tornado damage from May 22nd. In-between the storm and repairs my husband passed away. Nick invested his tine to help me understand the progress he and my husband made before his death. Nick and Vertical Solutiins were extraordinary in providing information and understanding. Imagine this: a massive hailstorm hits, and suddenly you're bombarded by over 18 roofers! Working from home became impossible as my dog went ballistic every time someone knocked. To regain some sanity, I posted a clear sign stating I already had a roofer. Most companies respected this, but THIS company completely ignored it, knocking anyway and leaving a placard. If they can't even respect a simple request and my property, how can I trust them with my roof, one of my most valuable assets? Absolutely not!

This has been the worst experience ever .. it’s been almost 2months since we signed the contract to have our roof done and never got an answer from them again .. i called and they just told me that they can’t do the work anymore and that they are trying to see how they can give me my money back and now i call and call but nobody answer they just take messages but nobody has the courage to give us an explanation… very disappointing and on top of everything i feel we are robbed because if the work is not done we should have our money given back.. never again dealing with this unethical and unprofessional company

Left some trash and parts of cut gutters and nails from the roof. Told me they would pick up and leave yard the way it was when they got here so they had me fill out the paperwork and ask for good rating so I did because of what they said they would do. Well that won't happen again. I'll fill whatever after the jobs for now on. Never received an invoice after asking multiple times for one. Very unprofessional. Not sure how the have 4.8 stars on Google which is why we used them.

Adam did a thorough inspection... explained the process... once approved he and Justin went over the next steps... on build day Larry and his crew did a great job and insured everything was done to our satisfaction. Hope I never need a new roof but if I do Vertical Solutions will be the company for me.

I do not appreciate the company coming to my neighborhood, meeting with 12 new recruits as Josh Coffia their consultant said he was training. Then they are turning them loose to sell door to door in the Edgewater Neighborhood in OKC. It is not professional and not appreciated at all. They had 10 cars parked in front of my house and meeting in the middle of the street. I asked them to leave and they parked further down in the neighborhood. The people they have going door to door are not experts and simply drumming up leads.
My concern is for the older neighbors we have and having them taken advantage of by door to door sales.

Was at my house very next day. Inspected my roof and called insurance to help me file my claim. They redecked and replaced shingles in one day. Gene and the owner Austin was great to work with. Would definitely use again.

I love this company, they tell you the truth no run around.

Overall, good experience. They did a good job putting my new roof on in one day. However, lots of miscommunication, and confusion over final pricing and costs.

I originally called just for a roof inspection. The guy showed up right on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know that I did have some small roof damage and explained that it wasn’t something I needed to get on right away but it’s a simple fix whenever I am ready. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed onto the service which I really appreciate being a single mother with a lot going on. I believe his name was Questin. Wonderful guy. Will be calling soon for that repair.
