Just had an oil change. They got my truck in right away when scheduled and it was done in about 20 minutes.

Had my F-350 serviced at this location. The service department was great, they communicated with me and kept me up to date on progress of vehicle. The rates are fair and I’ll definitely take my truck here next time I’m in town. Special Thanks to Carson and the whole service department.

I was heading home from Yellowstone to Omaha today and my thermostat went out on my car. I called a Ford dealer, even though I have a GMC and they got it in quickly fixed it and I was back on the road within about an hour. What a great experience!

My husband and I drove from Clark to Mitchell to buy a vehicle.
We had been looking and researching for 3 months. My husband has family in the Mitchell area and has had good luck with vehicles purchased in Mitchell.

We had a great experience with Haley, Austin, and Jon! They were so friendly and great to work with. My husband and I are not good at negotiating, but when we went in and told them what we were looking for, they were able to find it for us within our budget, model year, and mileage. They didn't criticize us for the price we were looking for (which happened at Iverson). When we sat down with the financing department, Jon was informative and not pushy about the choices we had for warranty, etc. We will DEFINITELY be back. My daughter needs a new car soon and we will make the trip back to Mitchell to buy a car.

Purchased a new F150 recently from Vern Eide in Mitchell. We drove from Kansas to pick it up. Got to an out the door price quickly. Sales and purchase process was so much quicker, easier and pleasant than big city dealers. Reviewed and Signed paperwork in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I got the truck home and discovered some factory paint defects a week later, the sales mgr listened to my concerns, did his best to develop solutions to consider, worked with Ford Motor Company reps for assistance, and at end of the day resolved the unfortunate situation to my satisfaction. They care about their customers.

The service department is dishonest and rude. I'd never buy a car from here because they'll lie to you about your car. I had my break pads changed and then my brakes squealed and then stopped working and they want to charge me thousands to fix it. Do not go here!!!

Technician was polite, professional and thorough. He not only took care of my truck but also checked and corrected two recalls on my wifes car. Very much appreciated his efforts.

Husband worked with them for two days over the phone. They told him they ran his credit and he was approved the deal was done. Drove from Sioux Falls to Mitchell to pick up new truck and found out they had lied. Never submitted anything and nothing was approved. It was all a lie! Of course the sales manager was “out” that day.

Nice vehicles. Didn't buy anything. Typical car dealership, not willing to give you even half of the vehicle resale value but again that's pretty normal for car dealers.

We had a great experience buying a car from Vern Eide Ford. We've been hesitant about purchasing from a car dealership because we've often found dealers to be pushy/aggressive or not to listen to what we really want. Happy to say, that was not the case here (we worked with Gavin). We had an excellent experience all the way around. We also talked to other customers waiting for their vehicles to be serviced and they were all very happy with Vern Eide Ford and were repeat customers. We were very happy with the vehicle test driving process, the purchasing process, and the detailing and servicing process. All around, we feel confident that we purchased a car we can trust from people we could trust!

I had a great experience at Vern Eide! Haley was so helpful, was able to answer all my questions and truly made me feel like family. I bought a 2024 Ford Escape ST-Line Elite (the twin to her car) and I absolutely love it!! Great price as well! Even with the dealership being an hour away, it was definitely worth the drive! Grade A dealership! I worked with Dave on getting my vehicle, great communication and worked quickly with me. I bought from out of state, and was really concerned I would get to the dealership to finalize the deal and get ambushed with fees. I payed exactly what they told me I would over the phone and not a cent more! Strongly would recommend doing business with the fine folks at Vern Eide Ford.

Never buy a used car with these guys. Got my car 5 years ago and let me tell you, they don't care how much they screw you over. I was a 19 year old who had no idea what I was doing so they took advantage of that. Gave me an outrageous interest rate. Didn't tell me about any of the recalls that were on it. (They were dangerous recalls) and i understand they don't need to show you any of that, but if they were good sales people, they would. This just shows how greedy this location is. I have gone to many dealerships in Sioux falls and everyone of them showed me the car faxs and how much the vehicle is worth. That's what a good business does! They don't try to take advantage of their customers. If you're a young person and don't know what you're doing, don't go to this location alone.

I just got back after purchasing my new Ford Bronco - everything went so smooth...Vern Eide beat my internal 'price' right out of the gate; it left me nothing to do but sign the papers and leave happy. A special shout out to Haley and Cody B, who went all out to help me, but honestly, the entire crew over there was super friendly. I wish all dealerships were like this one.

My salesman Cody Renken was very helpful and professional. He didn't pressure me into buying. He asked me what I was looking for and made sure my vehicle was ready for me when I came to pick it up. I'd buy a car from him again, he will treat you right.

Ryan is the person who I thought was helping me. After calling for a week and talking with him everything seemed to be going perfectly fine. I planned to go to Mitchell on a saturday, I called Thursday just to make sure the vehicle I wanted was still there. He told me it was and he said he would pull the keys for me so I was able to come and look at it during the weekend without anyone else having a chance to buy it. Saturday comes around and I called before leaving town and I was notified that the vehicle was sold on Friday, the day after Ryan said he would pull the keys. Absolutely disgusting way to do business, telling customers one thing and then going off and doing another. Ryan also mentioned he would text me throughout the week with videos of the vehicle, he never did. I called and he didn’t answer because he was with another customer, finally texts me for the first time and this was AFTER the vehicle he told me he would pull the keys on was already sold, texts me that he will call me when he’s done with the customer and never reached back out to me. Horrible way to do things i do not care if they had the exact vehicle I wanted again I will never think about shopping at this dealership again.

Aaron Earls and the Mitchel Verne Eide team are excellent. Purchased my second Ford vehicle from them and they were very attentive in meeting our needs and requirements. They go the extra mile to make the customer feel valued.

Salesman Aaron is the man. Showed up at 11 in the morning to look at a Ford F150 and GMC Sierra. We test drove both around a while to get the feel of them. Aaron knew every answer to every question I had without missing a beat. I've worked with a few other dealerships in the SD area and no one was as friendly and easy to talk to as Aaron, he didn't pressure me into a sale and he didn't skip around the facts. He and the dealership were very transparent and easy to work with. I was done with the keys to my. new truck in my hand and out the door by 130pm. Mac in the financial office did a great job walking me through the deal and the finance options, he was also very friendly and also didn't add any pressure to make extra purchases. 10/10 would recommend Verne Eide Ford.

It can sometimes be hard going car shopping and getting someone who will talk to you and treat you like you know stuff but Les was amazing me and my husband have never had a better experience with buying a car would go back in a heart beat. They worked with our budget and helped me get the car of my dreams with the budget I had. Could not recommend more!!

Blown away. I have never been treated like family from a car dealership before, but apparently that is just everyday operations at Vern Eide. I was looking for a fair priced vehicle, so I had to look out of town and in this case out of state. I
found my vehicle 8 hours away at Vern Eide. They did everything in their power to make this long-distance transaction as smooth as possible. They were so friendly, they stayed in constant contact through phone calls, text, and email. They answered all my questions, even sent me video walk throughs of the car. When my own bank wasn't offering me the best interest rate for my loan, their financial department found me a better deal. The moment I realized they were really looking out for me was when they offered to deliver my new purchase to me 8 hours away. They knew I only had a short window and a long drive to come pick up the car. I offered to meet them halfway, but they insisted on delivering it all the way to me. I didn't know businesses like this still exist! No one does this kind of kindness and service anymore. Absolutely buy your car from Vern Eide Ford, you will be treated like family.

Excellent service! Purchased a used vehicle from here. They were great to work with, and delivered the vehicle (once detailed) to my home town!

A couple months after purchase I discovered a safety issue with the vehicle. The sales technician I spoke to guided me through an easy potential fix. When that didn't work he directed to the Vern Eide Location closer to me for diagnosis and repair. I was impressed and pleased when both locations took excellent care of me and my car! Would highly recommend this dealership for a car purchase!
