Rear windshield replacement. They get my info first thing Monday morning, and called me to schedule by 8:05! Got me in right away, and made it really easy.
They were considerate to let me know I might still find broken glass pieces since they couldn't get into the back of my vehicle to vacuum it all up. Very thoughtful and professional. Great job!

On my way to Sioux Falls on Black Friday and got a chip. Gave them a call and they got me in as soon as I could get there. Took less than 15 minutes and on my way. Very nice people and I would highly recommend!

Scheduled an appointment for a rock chip repair but it turned out the chip wasn’t bad enough to need it. I appreciated their honesty and kindness especially since I didn’t end up needing service.

Mike and the team were amazing. My first time having to replace my windshield and obviously didn’t know where to go or what to ask for- so glad I stumbled upon SF Auto Glass. Mike replaced my windshield quickly, offered to replace my broken wiper blades I forgot about, and even sealed off a scraped that had started to rust. Talk about going ABOVE AND BEYOND. Took a rock to the windshield while on vacation. They scheduled us for early the next morning. Super nice, took less than 20 minutes and certainly a lot less expensive than when I had to have windshield repair in another place! The owner was helpful & gave us some ideas on things to do and see while in SD too! Highly recommend.

Highly recommend coming here for any windshield repair/replacement. I had to have a chip repaired under very short notice and was able to get an appointment scheduled and the chip repaired within half an hour. Although the actual repair only took 10 minutes, I was able to drop off the car and pick it back up at a later time.

I came in about 30 minutes before closing asked for a repair. The gentleman at the desk without hesitating said he would gladly do it. About 15 minutes later I was out the door. Excellent service and and prices.

I don’t live in Sioux Falls, so it was SUPER convenient to have SF auto glass come right to my vehicle in the parking lot to replace my windshield while I was at work. So slick! This place is great. They've fixed a few rock chips in my company vehicle. Each time their service was exemplary. They fixed the chips and I was back on the road in no time.

Have always gotten good service hear in the past. They work with Insurance companies which is a bonus. Was slightly disappointed that the last time I tried calling I got no answer. Call was placed at 4:30 and maybe it was bc I have a Puerto Rico number but am a dual resident. Unfortunately scams have made everyone leery.

A too sharp turn caused our 5th wheel to take out our back truck window. Completely shattered. We were in Nebraska and traveling to South Dakota to visit family. We called Dave at about 4PM on Thursday from Nebraska. He ordered the glass on the spot, had us in and out in under an hour on Friday morning and even cleaned up the shattered glass in the pick up bed. Shelly at the front desk was kind and personable. And a holiday weekend to boot! Exceptional!

Was traveling through SD for a wedding, but ended up with a cracked windshield. The folks at Souix Falls Auto Glass went out of their way to squeeze me in for a replacement and got me on my way in less than 2 hours. Workmanship is excellent and very courteous!

Shelly and Dave not only scheduled me in the same week I called, they got it done 1.5 hours after I dropped it off. Friendly to talk to , Friendly to your wallet, and prompt. Sioux Falls need more business owners like this, period.

The positive is that it was quick getting in for an appointment and the windshield was installed properly. The negatives, the staff was incredibly rude, argumentative, and liked to mansplain. The woman the front desk threw my keys on the desk when I came I to pick up my car. She then kept trying to get me to sign paperwork before I had a chance to read it. I told her I was going to read the paperwork before signing and she huffed at me and rolled her eyes. They also didn't check when closing my hood and kinked my washer fluid tubing so that it was no longer working. I would not recommend this shop, find somewhere else to go.

Although I didn’t make a purchase they went out of their way to help me find the glass I needed.

What a great experience! SFAG had the best pricing of all the places I called and got my vehicle in right away! Vehicle was done and drivable in 2 hours! Very friendly and efficient staff! Will recommend to everyone! Thank you for the prompt and last minute service! Hopefully another semi doesn’t throw a rock at my windshield but I know where I will go if I ever need another one! I went to the most popular name in town and did a very poor job on my wife’s sports car. The guy was heavy set and sloppy, thus the repair was awful. Once the chip repair has set, they can’t redo it, or so he said.
The last 6 windshield chips have been repaired by Sioux Falls Auto Glass and they do a great job every time.

A+ service! I got a chip in my windshield this morning and called them right after. They were able to fit me in within and hour and advised me on what I needed to to to have my insurance cover the repair. I arrived about 5 minutes early and they had me out the door by the time my appointment was suppose to start and saved me $50! Thank you!

Got a giant crack on my windshield during the snow storm a few days ago, I emailed them and got a fast response, and decently priced!! They were also able to get me in today and did such an amazing job

Filed glass claim with insurance and chose SF Auto Glass for the repair. They contacted me right away to have the appointment scheduled. They fixed two rock chips in my windshield in about 15 minutes. Would go with them again.

Sioux Falls Auto Glass scheduled my Subaru's windshield replacement 4 days after I called when everyone else was I contacted had a much longer wait. Had the job done very quickly, and with zero problems at the best price out of half a dozen places I got quotes from. No nonsense or unnecessary or extra charges. Highly recommend using them!

They fixed my glass faster than I could fill out my insurance claim. I was in and out in literally a few minutes.

Called them up about fixing a small Crack in windshield and they told me to bring it right in. I no sooner arrived and they had a nice & polite technician get right on it and I was out of there about 15 minutes later. 5☆'s!!! The lady at the front desk was really nice and customer oriented.

They are busy but FRIENDLY...I walked in and I got the first available appointment which was 2 weeks out. It was perfectly fine me given the situation, ie everyone has gotten damage to their glass in these last 2 storms so they are very BUSY.

A full windshield replacement is a 2 hr job.

I woke up at 7A. I dropped my car off at 740A. (As a reminder make an appointment for early morning, then drop off early, and plan accordingly.) I went to Taco Bell for a breakfast burrito and took a Lyft home. As my Lyft turned the corner my car was in shop being worked on!! I got home, started laundry and got a call around 900A. My car was done and available for pickup after 10A. So I got a.Lyft back and showed.up at 1035A, paid my invoice and was out and about getting coffee.

The parts, kit, and labor was beyond reasonable and competitively priced. I definitely recommend these guys 100% They are friendly, professional, and great to work with. There results are impressive.

*** I was told to take the blue tape off late afternoon, and no car washes for 3 days. Will do!! Thanks guys!!

My back window blew out of my car in the May derecho that passed through town. Lots of people needing glass replacement all at once. They had the soonest appointment out of everywhere I called and I was able to get in super fast. There was a scheduling mess up that was resolved right away. They went above and beyond.

Had the glass installed in under an hour and it looks amazing. Highly recommend to use them for your auto glass needs.

I called at 8 am on a Saturday and had my chip fixed and out the door by 8:30 am!

I took my car in at 8 o’clock and they said it would be two hours. It ended up being three hours but other than that everything at this place was rocksolid I’m really glad that they got me in and this should be more of a 4.5 star rather than four but I would strongly suggest this location to anyone and I will likely come here again should I need the service

My wife and I have used Sioux Falls Auto Glass numerous times for fixing/filling rock chips in the front windshield of our car. They do an amazing job each time, have incredible customer service, and are very fast! Thankful for them and their services when we need it! Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience getting my windshield replaced here. I see why there are so many positive reviews. I had a huge crack in my windshield and needed it replaced. At first I scheduled with Safelite but they were rescheduling and after looking at their online reviews I canceled and scheduled here. I’m so glad I did!

Very easy to work with, friendly staff with great communication. I was able to use my insurance and pay the deductible at their facility. I waited at the location to have my windshield replaced. There is a sitting area with a TV and wireless internet. Replacement was quick and the longest part was waiting for the glass to seal. If I have any other issues, I’ll definitely return here.
