Their service is so wonderful. I drive from Watertown to Milbank because I’m not satisfied with our local Ford dealership. I always get excellent service in Milbank. I would recommend them to everyone in Watertown. Well worth the drive to get such excellent service. Gene in service is a wonderful man and very knowledgeable. They also give you a loaner vehicle til yours is fixed.

These guys were amazing. They got our truck in right away, when no other Ford shop for miles could get us in to work on our AC for three weeks. They even got the part in on an emergency order. I can't thank them enough of get us up and going during this 100 degree weather.

If I could give more stars, I would. Engine problems on I-29 on 8-14-23. Contacted Ford dealer in a larger town who stated they could look at my vehicle in TWO WEEKS. Contacted Milbank Ford and Ryan stated they could work us in if we got it there (even though they were also very busy.) Ryan let us know that they would look at it that day if at all possible (was around 4PM when we arrived at the dealer) and loaned us a vehicle to use while we waited and gave directions to a motel. The Milbank Ford technicians were able to diagnose by the next morning. Worked with Darren at Milbank Ford to arrange to get my vehicle transported home (200 miles) for a very reasonable amount.
Diagnosing vehicle even though very busy, 2 days of loaner, helping to arrange vehicle transport home - bill was VERY reasonable for the very friendly and professional treatment we received. WELL DONE!

Just purchased my first vehicle from Milbank Ford, and Paul couldn't have made the process any less informal (which I very much appreciate), fast, and efficient. 0 pressure buying/sales and was able to handle 99% of my business through text messaging. Tara was as quick and efficient with the title work and I doubt I had a total of 1 hour invested through the process, which is just not what people generally think can occur when it comes to vehicle purchasing. While I hope I won't need another vehicle again anytime soon, I will give Paul and Milbank Ford a shot at my future business, first.

My Ford was purchased and serviced here, my Mom's Ford was purchased and serviced here, I see the same familiar faces when I walk in and I be never been dissappointed. Repairs and service have always been explained so I have to ask very few questions. Importantly the vehicles were had at a good price and the repairs didn't require more repairs.
