Amber was great. She was super knowledgeable. She was able to communicate clearly what was happening and what the possible plans of attack were.

Grant came out and helped us with our central air. He was fast, honest, and respectful with our needs tonight.

Had Randy come out and give me a diag on my ac, found out my ac is an 04 model running on r-22. Randy gave me really good advice on how to get some more service out of the ac i have without leaving me a ridiculously priced bill. Seemed like a really knowledgable and respectful person and right for the job.

Amber did a great job reporting what she found during the a/c inspection, and comprehensively presented the info and options to repair/correct the situation. She was earnest, kind and a great communicator. Thank you for hiring quality technicians who care, Aire-Serv!

I usually do not leave bad reviews, but after the service I received, I thought I would share my experience. Seem like the company was more interested in selling me new furnace and air conditioner, and it was to fix it. All my system needed was a pound and a half of some Freon.
I was told about $900 a pound so that would be 2 pounds I needed. I was able to buy 3 pounds on Amazon for $59 now my system is working perfect. The service man and sales gentleman was both very nice but again seemed like they wanted to sell me a new system for my house more than mine. Basically take $1800 for service and put it towards a new system. That’s a nice down payment so I had to think about this for a little while. Meanwhile, I actually was able to get the Freon. For again $59 so in reality I paid $129 for a service to pretty much tell me to get a new one or sell me overpriced Freon.
The system may priced me out to replace mine was very highly priced too after checking around

We had all new furnace and AC installed the installers were very polite and clean up after them selves. The sales and stuff were awesome to work with. Keep up the great work.

I recently had a new furnace and heat pump system installed with Aire Serv. The experience was great! I have used Aire Serv now for over a year as they are very responsive and helpful! Ian did a great job at explaining the different options available to me, as well as financing. He made it very easy to understand and make a decision. The rest of the team did a great job with installation as well, it's working very well! It's great to have the peace of mind once again!

Aire Serv of Sioux Empire did a great job from start to finish. Randy quickly found and repaired a leaking coolant line and got our unit running again. When the coil began to fail, Grant made adjustments to keep the air on for my family while we explored replacement or repair options.

Brad was extremely helpful in walking me through the process of selecting a new AC unit, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the details. The install team—Sam and Jacob—were on time, efficient, and very professional.

Technician arrived on sceduled time to check noisy a/c.
He found the unit is overcharged than give me an estimate on price which we accepted. After repair was completed technician told us about a service plan witch we liked $10.00/ mos Hvac system getting serviced twice a year. Because we signed up for the service plan we got 15% off the price and waved the service call $125.00
All and all we're happy with our choice to use Aireserv.

Our vents hadn’t been cleaned since we moved in 20 years ago, we did a renovation 2 years ago plus we have dogs. Lucas worked all day on our vents, installed the UV light to make our air stay clean, Called someone to look at some weird wires that should have never been in the vents in the first place, and Cleaned out our dryer vent! The air is so much better! We should have done it sooner! We will be cleaning vents more frequently! Thanks!

I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit and reached out to Aire Serve for assistance. From the moment I contacted them, the experience was outstanding. I was placed on their cancellation list, and to my surprise, I received a call from Tyle, a courteous and professional representative, informing me of a same-day appointment. Tyle clearly communicated the details and let me know who would be arriving to diagnose the issue.
When Grant, the technician, arrived, he was equally impressive. He introduced himself properly, explained every step of the diagnostic process, and worked efficiently to address the problem. Both Tyle and Grant demonstrated top-notch professionalism and made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

It started with our routine maintenance and told there was "a leak" somewhere in the unit and was suggested we have a visit from a service technician (?). This was Brad Plaga. He explained the problem and gave us advice as to what is the best solution. So, we set up a date for installation of a new AC system. A few days later our " installer" came and he worked all day on the installation. His name was Jacob Grimm. Brad P was here, also, for a while. Both were very pleasant, explained things so we knew what we were getting. There was a (semi)minor bump, tho. Two days (Sunday )later we discovered we had no hot water. When I texted the service center I was told they don't do water heaters. When I told them that when the new system was installed our water was turned off. They then sent out a technician. We were lucky enough to get Jacob Grimm! It didn't take him long to figure out what happened and fixed the problem. He felt pretty bad and was very (sincerely) apologetic. The system has been working great since. In the paperwork left explaining responsibilities, ours states #1, that we operate equipment according to instructions given in the JCI Owners literature. Since I don't have a copy of the JCI Owners literature, I would like to receive one, on paper, a printed copy.

I was unhappy with not only the service tech, but also the person that came for the measurements. My unit had been cooling just fine before the fan seized up, upon inspection from my normal HVAC it was found my fittings were loosed releasing refrigerant. Very unhappy with Aire Serv for that and their pricing. I encourage others to do their research and look at other companies.

Called in because of a noise in our AC, non emergency as it was still working, tech scheduled for two days out. Tech was able to get here about 4 hours ahead of schedule, and had our AC fixed before the scheduled start time.

Great service, they did an excellent job and were so polite and easy to work with. Big thanks to Jacob Grimm he did a nice job explaining at explaining things. The election Andrew did a good job and was very cautious about how he rearranged the breakers. Thanks to them all for an easy install!

Sam Hallstrom, Mike Curry, and Lucas Schroeder were excellent, explained everything to us and were very good on answering our questions so therefore we are happy to be going with you!!

Randy was a total pro and super nice, an excellent choice for commercial and residential. Easily found a way to get up to our rooftop AC unit which involved multiple ladders and is NOT an easy thing to do. Thorough explanation of all work done. Got it up and running quickly. I’d hire again in a heartbeat.

Grant was great; hottest day of the year and he worked hard late in the day to get our AC back online .

Randy was the service tech who came out. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived on time and fixed our problem. Couldn’t be happier.

Oh the things that can be said about Amber Schutte! This young woman showed up with a stellar attitude! She told and taught me things about my HVAC system I could never have known. She talked with me as if we’d known each other for years and were great friends! Everything was easy to understand and straight forward. We even chatted about dogs a bit while waiting! She told me about past experiences on the job and some of the dangers that are ever present, she even showed me some battle scars! Tough girl she is, and far more skilled and knowledgeable than I! It was a pleasure and an honor to have Amber as my HVAC servicer person, and should I need anything else I’ll be sure to request her (I don’t even know if it works like that, but I’ll try)! Super cool person, very smart, incredibly well put together, and hilarious! Sick job dude, much appreciated for your time, hard work, and dedication! 1000/10, haven’t figured out how to give some one 10/5 stars yet…Working on that.

TJ - thank you for hopefully extending the life of my very old, very tired HVAC system. I was going in to the check up today expecting to be told she was DOA but I think you’ve squeezed a few more good years out of her. The goal is 2. I’m sure all the stairs were fun lugging everything up and down. I appreciate the work you guys do.

Brad Plaga (Hcd) is also great guy. He was very friendly and professional when helping me pick out my new furnace. I felt very confident that he was doing what was in my best interest. We met on a Wednesday and that following Monday my furnace was replaced. Also a shout out to Sam Hallstrom (installer) and Tyler Snoozy (Mr Electric) for replacing my furnace while I was at work. I came home to a working furnace that night. I couldn’t even tell they were here. Great job.

Avoid these work-on-commission scam artists. I regret the day I ever called them. They offer these $39.95 “Platinum Memberships” that get you free inspections twice a year. Just an excuse for one of their techs (salesman in disguise) to come over and try to sell you stuff you don’t need. They are NOT a local business, they a part of a huge corporation called “Neighborly” which also owns Mr. Electric, Mr. Rooter, and a bunch of other similar businesses. You have been warned. You will be sorry.

Amber was wonderful! She got everything installed and transferred over to my new address! She was great with my kid and very personable. Friendly and helpful staff member! I don't agree with the company using AI to answer calls but again worked with Tyler with dispatch today on the phone and he got everything fleshed out because I didn't know where my last sensor was for my system so it was a bit confusing. Amber called met me at my old house and picked up the last sensor and drove over to my new address. Had some issues transferring over, all technical software issues but she figured it out and fixed it!

Lucas and Mike installed my new air conditioner. They answered questions I had and double checked everything to make sure my new unit was running smoothly. Ian stopped by and moved a slab of cement to a new location for me. He went avice and beyond on that. Everybody was very conscientious, friendly and professional. Good job!

Kyle did great in explaining the best type of ac for the house and install was very next day for brand new unit! Highly recommend. When our compressor went down Randy was quick to diagnose and when it came to scheduling, Tyler was pleasant and attentive!
