David's pricing was great. By the time they were finished with the roof it looked amazing! David as well as the crew were very professional. had them out to put in a downspout in last year and found out they only used 2 screws to secure a 25 piece of downspout it fell off the side of the house .i called to see if they would come and put it back up right and was told it would be 100 for something they did not do right

David and his crew were terrific. Reasonable pricing, fast and efficient, and cleaned up so well we didn’t even know they had been there except for the beautiful new roof. We had some tricky things going on including leaky skylights, removal of an old stovepipe and a chronic leaky spot over the porch. David knew just what to do and after 2 bad roofers in 20 years Under 1 Roof was a godsend. We can’t recommend them enough.

I was referred by a friend so I called David and explained what was going on. He sent his foreman over that day to check it out who found an area of flashing that needed to be re-caulked. Case solved! Thanks David!

Excellent work all around. We had to submit a quote to our insurance company and Dave called us back the same day to set something up. He was right on time to quote and was very reasonable with price. He was up front about the time frame he had available and the sooner we chose a color the better. He kept in contact with my husband via text and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. He texted us a couple days ahead of time to let us know when they were coming. They arrived at 8 a.m. on the dot and began tear off. There was a crew of about 4-5 guys doing tear-off, cleanup and putting on new shingles simultaneously. They had the whole top of the roof done by 6 p.m. and came back to do the garage and porch overhang the next day. They did a great job of keeping the yard clean with tarps and picking up any fallen nails and debris, knowing we have kids. The crew were easy to talk to and gave us updates and even took the time to talk to my curious 4 year old. They even came back to fix our mailbox (not certain if the dumpster guy hit it or the wind took it but we asked the question to Dave if one of the guys maybe bumped it). He promptly responded that he'd send someone out to fix it and the very next day it was fixed, no questions asked and no additional cost. Very reputable company and I would recommend them to anybody!

David's team did a complete year off of our roof and had the whole project completed within a couple of days. What I thought was amazing was there wasn't a single piece of debris on our pool that is right next to the back of the house!

In August we bought a foreclosure that need a LOT of work and I wish we had met David and his crews back then! It would have saved us a HUGE amount of stress! Before you can truly realize how much we appreciated Under 1 Roof you have to understand the awful experience we had with a contractor just six months earlier.

Our original contractor was HORRIBLE and gave us nothing but lies about his ability to get things done, crews that didn't show up but smoked in our home when they did show, and terrible work that we're going to have to re-do eventually. His crew was sloppy, left debris and screws all over our yard, demanded to get paid for work they didn't even do, etc. He even refused to replace a brand new window HIS CREW broke!

When we found out we needed our roof replaced this spring after a large storm I was in a panic - I didn't want to deal with any more contractors! My friend, knowing my recent experience, suggested David and Under 1 Roof. He had replaced her parents' roof down the street from us in the fall and they used him after he replaced her sister's roof not too long ago. I swallowed my apprehension and called him. He not only gave us a great quote, he was willing to work with the timing of our insurance payout - a HUGE financial relief to us!

David, his foreman Brett and his crew restored my faith that there ARE wonderful contractors out there who will do EXACTLY what they promise and do it well and be reasonably priced! Our roof is GORGEOUS now and knowing they fixed many issues underneath we finally have peace of mind that it won't give us any problems! They even fixed the flashing issues around our chimney so the water routed to the new gutters they installed instead of going down the chimney itself. The crew was respectful of our property as well as our neighbors, working with the utmost professionalism. They "swept" our yard with a large magnet and actually picked up MANY of the screws our OLD contractor's crew left behind! When I thanked them and apologized they were picking up someone else's mess they simply said it was what they do and were glad they were finding so much so that our children's bare feet didn't!

Even our neighbors were impressed with their professionalism, speed and quality of their work! My neighbor across the street wished he had known of them a few years ago when he had his roof done and my other neighbor got a quote from Under 1 Roof to replace her gutters!

In a few years we're hoping to replace our old cedar siding and replace it with vinyl siding - I know who we'll be calling!

We had a really pesky roof leak that a handful of other roofers couldn't figure out. I got a hold of David and he was over the next day. He was able to troubleshoot the leak within an hour and resolved the issue!

David is very easy to work with, a good communicator, and clearly great at what he does. He will be my go to from here on out for all things roofing.
