I hoped my soffit repair would be small and easy but had been quoted by someone else for a full replacement of soffit and fascia they said was necessary. Nick quoted me for just the repair I wanted at less than 10% of the full replacement quote, and he assured me it would be secured well and as desired and didn’t need replacement.
We had some miscommunication, and he was juggling bigger more urgent work. I was stressed about other unrelated stuff and overreacted to the miscommunication via text. That could’ve escalated and ended badly, but he responded calmly, politely and professionally and got the work done.
In my job, I have to prioritize projects for different clients, and also know miscommunication happens all the time; it’s impossible to meet everyone’s expectations 100% of the time. Honesty, maturity and professionalism are far more important to me than everything going 100% perfectly (stuff happens, after all), so this is a 4.5* (rounded up to 5*) company to me. Many companies can provide 5* for an easy job but handling an imperfect situation, and an angry customer, with professionalism and maturity is a lot less common.

Excellent workmanship on our gutters, and very responsive. Good communication throughout the process. When snow melt the next year knocked a section loose, they were able to get out the same day to reattach it before high winds hit. Very happy with the quality of work and the entire process of quoting, work, and follow up.

Dynasty roofing is perfect, they showed up on time did great work and had great prices. How can you beat that.
