We love our new siding! Brian and his team did a great job installing our new siding. They got the job done quickly and with great workmanship. Would definitely use O'Neill Construction Group in the future.

There was so much lack of communication between Brian and myself, the communication i did have with him, I felt it was unprofessional. He made me feel like my roof didn't matter by saying stuff like, "we didn't redo your roof, if it was ponding before it will still pond". There was no explanation of anything and questions left unanswered. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Brian and his team were great with knowing what we wanted and got right too it. Simple, right to the point workmanship.

After we had heavy rains, our vent was leaking. Brian responded quickly. He found the problem and fixed it. Very professional. Highly recommend

After three years of dealing with an “Innovative” company based in Crystal Lake, IL, who refused to stand behind their work, it was Brian O’Neill to the rescue! We contacted Brian, explained our problem, and he scheduled a site visit immediately. Brian and his crew identified the faults, provided a fair estimate for the repairs, and we were on the schedule within a week. We were very pleased with the communications during the repair and subsequent follow-ups. We will definitely contact O’Neill Construction for any future work!

Our family first used O'Neill Construction in 2022 for the replacement of our roof. Brian was responsive, kept his commitments, was reasonably priced, cleaned up well, and did quality work. We were so happy with their work that we recently had them replace our gutters. We definitely recommend them and will utilize them for future projects.

O'Neill Contruction Group is absolutely amazing! We called miday due to a leaking vent pipe. We were told that he'd stop by on the way home, it was on the way.
He went up on the roof, resealed the leaking pipe then checked all the rest.
He came down, explained what he did. We had a nice conversation when I asked what the cost was.
O'Neill said, " Ah, that's what neighbors do ". He left without charging us anything! You can tell he is a Veteran!

O'Neill reroofed, resided, and replaced soffits and gutters on a house we are renovating. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the work. Brian is so responsive and communicates really well along the process. He also wants to make sure you are happy with the work. There was a trim area that I really didn't like, so Brian immediately had them redo it with different materials. I got multiple quotes for this project and O'Neill was the best value as well. I will be using O'Neill Construction on my next project!

Brian came out a couple years ago to do some patching on my roof. He told me if i had any issues to call him and he would come out again. We were replacing the ceiling in the bedroom and noticed everything was wet. I called Brian and he came out. He found a couple new holes and new cracks. He fixed the new cracks and new holes. He took pictures to show me the damage and what he fixed. Didn't charge me much to do the work. He will check with you to make sure there are no issues. Great guy and does great work. He is very reliable. Shows up when he says he will be there.

Brian was great to work with. He was responsive, on time and professional. We had him come out to look into a leaking plumbing vent on the roof. He knew what the issue was right away and fixed the problem within a few minutes of arriving. Would call them again for future roof issues or other home improvement projects.

Brian came out when he said he would, on time. The workers came out on time, were very courteous, did their work and cleaned up. This was the only company that I contacted that was willing to do a 'small' job. I will use them in the future...local, Veteran owned, and honest.

I found out about O’Neill Construction because of a commercial roofing job they were doing in my neighborhood. I wanted to use a local contractor for my job, and they fit the bill. Brian came out right away and inspected the property and sent an estimate that evening. The bid was very competitive and they took the job and completed it quickly and efficiently while we were out of town. They had to replace the roof decking and flashing around the chimney, and other issues I was unaware of. I hope I don’t need a roof anytime soon, but I would certainly use O’Neill again if the need arises.

Their work is exemplary. Brian leads a group of tradesman that are skilled & dedicated to quality workmanship. The level of care they place in their vocation is admirable causing clients to feel secure the job is being done accurately.

Schedule was on time.
It's been a few months since it was done, and have had a few good wind storms and everything is great.
Will be having him do my house when it's time for a new roof.

We had an unusually heavy rain which resulted in a small river in our new bakery location. Brian was quick to stop over and see what was going on. He made the necessary repairs and checked on our business after each rainfall.

We did have another incident with water coming in 3 weeks later and again Brian was quick to come out an assess the situation. Some repairs were made to the mortor outside the business hoping to resolve the issue.

O'Neill was responsive to my request to inspect a residential flat TPO roof and provide an estimate for applying the proper coating to change it from white to gray for aesthetic purposes. They identified and repaired numerous punctures left by the previous roofer, without charging extra, and did a very thorough and professional job. They took the time to answer my questions about other areas of our roof that might need attention, and I would definitely work with them again for any future needs.

Best roofer in the area! No BS, and no unnecessary work. Brian did not feed me a line of BS just to make a few extra bucks like other companies that shall remain nameless. Needed my roof done, gutter installed, and some other repairs. Got a great quote, half the price of the other quotes I got. They came out and got it all done in one day within budget (I have a fairly large roof, I fully expected it to take 3 days). Everything was done properly, and Brian is great to work with. 100% recommend, I doubt you will find a better company in the area.

Brian provided an estimate and worked to get materials. The team did the work efficiently and provided before/after pictures so I could see what was done and the issues I had before. High winds damaged a few shingles on roof Brian came with in a hour told me what job would cost picked up all supplies and completed job he then took the time to explain what caused the shingles to fail and did an inspection of roof and sent me pictures of roof since I explained to him I was not comfortable going on roof we will be using this company for any other work we need done thank you Brian

I can't say enough about Brian. Showed up when he said he would, was honest about what I needed, gave me a quote and did the job! (not a lot do these days). Oh, and then followed up with me a few weeks later to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend. Very professional!
