We have used Mathers for a few projects inside and outside. All projects turned out great. Installers were fantastic. They were efficient and precise. Cost of projects were reasonable and competitive. We will definitely use Mathers again

The team did a great job on our vinyl siding repair project. Kyle, Cassie, and Beth were a pleasure to work with. Would recommend and will use again for future projects.

I had them replace an awning that was 10 yrs. old. The new one is a much better quality than my first one was. And the installation was smooth and easy and put the old installers to shame. I was highly impressed and I would highly recommend Mather's for a beautiful and quality awning.

Upon my family’s referral, I contracted with Mathers for a new roof in October, 2024. Competitive price, quality work and superior customer service. Also installed new windows in January, 2025. Provide customer satisfaction by responding to any concern with no intimidation. You know the job is done right. From sales ,office , hands on workers and owners, this company works to please.

My story begins in July, 2023 when a horrible storm hit us and the neighbors huge hickory tree came down on our garage/house. After some research, I reached out to Mather's who were so kind & accommodating. Appointments were made & kept. Their wonderful salesman/project consultant, Kyle Woods, arrived, took photos, measurements. etc.,etc. and got the ball rolling. An estimate was written up with options, which was greatly appreciated. We had around the table meetings & discussions. Of course, our Ins. Co. tried to shaft us, so wonderful Ben stepped up to the plate and went above & beyond dealing with them to show & prove how much damage was really done. We finally settled with the Ins. Co. at the end of November, 2023. Well, now it's a little late to repair/replace all damages with winter biting us. Mather's place us on top of the list for Spring of 2024. Communication was fabulous. In May 2024, they did a complete roof tear off, installed a complete new roof, including a new skylight. Neat, courteous, respectable - Amazing clean-up. Then came the siding replacement, soffits, the new gutter guards. Their crews worked without complaining in blustery 90 deg. weather for a beautiful finish to our home.
Thank you Ben, Kyle, Sweet Beth, the entire staff & hard working crews. Their communication with us was & is so admirable.

We are very happy with the huge face lift Mathers gave our house including siding, gutters, facia and soffit, as well a new front door! Quality work was done throughout the entire project. Ben and Matt as well as their entire crew were very professional and easy to work with. Working with Mather's for getting new windows installed was a super great experience! They were professional, transparent with costs and timing of the project, and were wonderful when I had to rescheduled our original installation date due to a family emergency. The work is superior-Matt did the best job and was so super kind - willing to work around our crazy cat household, and the cost was more than fair. Love them and will work with their team again!

I am very satisfied and couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and professional experience with Mather Improvement Services. I worked with Ben, Billy, and a few others and they listened to me and provided an excellent experience. They wrapped the wood on my house and garage, installed new eaves troughs and gutters. And sealed leaking places in the garage. The cost was much lower than I anticipated. I will return to Mathers for future projects and will recommend them to friends and family.

If you want a reliable, professional and competent team to work on your house, then you need to contact Mather's Improvement Service. They replaced my roof on time as planned. They also wrapped the columns on my front porch to prevent woodpecker damage. I did not have to guess when the job would start or end. And they cleaned up the entire outside of the house at the end of each day while on the job. I trust Mathers to do the job right!

Mathers just finished a complete exterior redo of our home, soffit, fascia and seamless steel siding. The guys were polite, professional and oh so knowledgeable. They completed the job down to the most minute detail. Even if I wanted to complain about something, I just couldn't find the smallest thing wrong with the finished product. We had new screen and main doors replaced on our home and they did an excellent and professional job. We love our new doors!

Their customer service is terrible!! I tried having some roof repair done. I started the process in May, was told several times they'd get back to me about shingles, finally in June I gave up on them. Now here we are August 14th and I get a voicemail telling me to leave my shingles out because they're coming tomorrow. WHAT?! The shingles no one ever got back to me about buying, or not buying. Ridiculous. I used to use them every year for gutter clean out. I wont be using them again. I don't know if the company changed ownership or management but it was definitely a change in the wrong direction.

We hired Mather's Home Improvement to make repairs to our roof almost 2 years ago. We paid a premium price because they offered a "lifetime warranty." 6-9 months after their work was complete, the issues that we were having previously persisted (leaking, etc.) We had to call them at least 6 times over 2 months before someone would come back out to look at it. By then it was November, and we were told that we would have to wait until Spring before anything could be done. I called again in March and was told that someone would be out to give us an estimate - it is now a month later and nothing from them. Very unprofessional and I feel like we paid for nothing.

The employees do a careful and fantastic job and the owners are extremely knowledgeable in all products that they service. Seamless siding looks absolutely beautiful and they make absolutely zero compromises when it comes to the execution on the job. Best part is that they always leave a home cleaner than when they arrived.

Their customer service is as bad as you get, not responsive, pretty much not existent.
Unfinished job. (What they do end up doing is done right though).
Their quotes are sketchy, they’ll tell you how a job will be done and in the end you only get half of what was promised/quoted.
Job took a ridiculous amount of time to get started and another couple months to finish the job. Job was quoted as a 2 day job.

Then you check the gutters and no leaf guards as promised, after that they refuse to finish the job and they send you the bill. They give you a time frame to pay it or they’ll charge an extra late fee. The irony...

I have used Mather's many times and have always been happy. Very knowledgeable, quick to get the work done and I always feel I get a fair price. Ben has always been a pleasure to work with.

I want to thank Mather's for taking care of our roof leak so quickly and also for finding and fixing the insulation issues that we were left with from the original builder. You were prompt and so clean that I had to look to see that you had actually been here.

Had our roof done in July - 2017. Would definitely recommend Mather's Improvement for your roof. Matt and his crew we're very experienced doing their job. Matt was a pleasure to work with. We had some major issues with our roof line and it was addressed. Tear off of shingles, we only had one layer. New deck boards. Flat roof constructed to blend in with existing hip roof. Looks Great. Very satisfied with clean up. Mather's makes sure your property is picked up after each work day. Just waiting for seemless gutters on Wednesday. Thanks again Matt & Crew A Job Well Done. As usual the promptness and service from Mather's continues to exceed expectations. We are a condo association of 74 units in which Mather's re roofs and maintains are roofing and building needs. They go far beyond the call of service that is truly impressive.

Ben came over for an estimate on a roof repair job due to the 2 days of howling winds we've just had. Ben was prompt, courteous, efficient and easy to talk to...he scaled our peaked roof quickly and with expertise looking at damage and overall condition. We agreed to a price for repairs of shingles, flashing, and window casements. The crew was out the next day and repairs were completed as we discussed. Ben & Tom re-shingled my front porch. Not only did they do an exceptional job, they didn't damage any of my plants, shrubs or porch. When they were done, everything was perfectly clean & the new roof looks fabulous! I highly recommend Mather's Improvement Service Ltd!!

An employee named Jason came to give my mother an estimate for a roof repair on her mobile home as a side job and tried to over charge her. They told her that they might have to rip up the wooden decking and repair some of the wooden trusses. Also, they missed the real cause of the leaks. ( There was a gaping hole where the two roofs came together and the bathroom vent cover was missing.) It was completely obvious! Anyone that walked up there can see that the roof was all metal with no wood at all. Also, I have over 25 years experience in the construction trade and when I tried to explain what needs to be done he constantly talked over me and tried to belittle to my mother. If you see this person on your property make sure he is well supervised. With all that being said, I believe Mather's Improvement it self is a good company.
