Trinity reroofed my house in one day! The crew worked into the night to finish and clean up my yard. The roof looks fantastic and I am so happy with the result. Sam, the Quality Control Manager, was great, making sure I was happy with the results.

My solar experience didn't start off good. One company who was going through my neighborhood stopped at my house. I made an appointment with them for later that week. They showed up 2 hours late, qbd at that time I couldn't do it, so we rescheduled, as we all know life happens and at the next appointment, I was deadly sick with bronchitis and ammonia, so when I said I had to reschedule he told me 75 year old father, nope 2 strikes your done and just left. Needless to say Elijah from Tinity Solar came by the next day. He has been the most impressive sales man I have met in years. When I say AMAZING, that under sells this man. He not only had to deal with myself (and my 3 personallities) but my mother and son as well. He was so knowledgable, and informative about every little thing he was going over. He was patient, understanding, friendly, and honest. After 4 hours in 90 degree heat, his charm didn't fade. We ended up signing a contract with him that day. He has been so consistent about checking in and updating us weekly about how its going. So if your in the market for solar. CALL ELIJAH @ TRINITY SOLAR. You will not regret it.

We had solar panels installed by Trinity Solar this past week. For such a big project it was surprisingly uncomplicated. They were done by 3 in the afternoon and no mess left behind. Very professional group! Can’t wait for the next step, the electrician!

I worked with Shawn Jones from Trinity Solar and had a great experience. He was clear, helpful, and very detail-oriented. Although I didn’t move forward with a contract, I truly appreciated his professionalism and support.

I am in the power industry and resisted putting in solar. I decided to take another look at putting it in. In collaboration with Grayson five years ago, I have been thoroughly satisfied with the product. Despite a change in his position, he continues to provide responsive phone support. There have been no installation issues or any other problems since the purchase. I am highly content with my decision.

I have been going back and forth now for over 6 weeks over my boss used me as a referral. The company claims nothing is in the file for a referral. My boss told me she watched the sales person write it down on the paperwork. After 6 weeks of going back and forth still at square one. The company claims they need the referral authorization. I asked from who the response was accountant team will answer that for you. It's a simple question. No one reached out to my boss after 6 weeks to confirm that she used me as a referral. This is the second time now the sales team hasn't filled out the referral paperwork correctly. I am know filing a complaint with BBB and Mass Attorney generals office.

Alex Alives , my Trinity Solar rep was the consummate professional. She answered all my questions..... we had a few hurdles to navigate through ... but in the end the results were there , solar panels up and running. The complete process to date, dealing with Trinity Solar has been an excellent customer experience. Grayson Colarusso visited the residence several times to address all of our questions before we signed any agreements. Has been in constant contact through texts, emails, and phone calls. with excellent response times. Trinity coordinated with my metal roofing company to ensure that I maintained my metal roof warranty and the roofing company was present during the install. Install occurred occurred on April 15, 2025 with final inspection occurring on May 5, 2025. Everyone who contacted me from the Trinity crew have been excellent. The installation crew did a fantastic job and I really appreciated the fact that no conduit can be seen on the outside of the house. Still waiting for the solar system to be turned on (no delays per the plan at this time) which will be the ultimate test to determine if the system performs as designed. But as of now, Trinity has met all expectations.

Trinity Solar is an excellent company who have a great team that represents them. From Alexandra Aviles our rep to the clean and efficient install team our experience has been nothing but positives. To top it off we enjoy the savings and benefits of going solar

The process was awful. Communication is lacking. The salesman are equivalent to a used car salesman. They will say anything to get you to sign the contract. We have siding on the house completely ruined from this company. We put a brand new roof on we have shingles missing. Anyone looking to do business with this company should honestly get other solar companies to talk with you. It’s so bad we have now retained a lawyer

We purchased solar panels from Trinity 2 years ago, and are still enjoying the savings roll in. To my calculations (and factoring in our solar payments), we have already saved over $2000, not to mention we believe we are doing right by the environment.

We were first-time home buyers for about 6 months, and we weren't really looking for any big purchases at the time, but Trinity offered to replace our roof (which we needed) with a 50 yr roof that the solar panels would protect, and they would charge us significantly less than the current estimate we had in hand. Between those factors, the government incentives, and 2% interest, it was an offer we couldn't refuse. And we're so glad we did it! Once the panels were connected to the grid we saw an instant impact on our electricity bills (we only have a couple of payments per year). I even thoroughly enjoy watching our daily solar production with the solar edge app.

Before purchasing, we also compared solar companies and saw that Trinity is highly rated for customer service, which we highly value. Our experience was even better than our high expectations. Any hiccups that happened during the installation were more than rectified by our incredible customer service rep, Grayson Colarusso, Assistant District Manager. He is the kindest, most empathetic, and attentive rep we have ever encountered! He was incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions before the install. He even made sure to bring us an incredibly generous welcome gift on our install day, filled with gift cards, and top tier treats for us and our dog! It was a true pleasure getting to work with Grayson and getting to know him as a person.

From start to finish, working with Trinity was easy. From the first consult, to activation, everything was very well documented, and our team communicated with us throughout the process. For us, the only way Solar made sense was to use the Power Purchase agreement, and it worked out for both parties.

I’m getting really tired of some teenager from Trinity solar coming to my house after dark shining a flashlight through my front door trying to sell me solar panels. Completely unacceptable. Pedal your business some other way. I have asked them multiple times not to come on my property, and this is about the 5th time since summer ended. Leave me and my neighbors alone.

We worked with Grayson and had a terrific experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and was communicative and low pressure. Our panels did not cost anything to put up and we now pay less each month. Ask Grayson how this is done.

Grayson was easy to work with and explained everything very well. Answered any and all questions we had before during and after installation. After the install was completed service people in my area doing work at one of my neighbors home stopped by to see if I was happy with the system and if I had any questions or issues they could address. Pretty good service.

In a hot summer day, a Trinity “pre-sales” woman knocked on my door. She caught me at the right time! I was preparing to have significant renovations on my house, including adding a new HVAC system. Adding solar panels should cut down on my electric bills. Grayson Colarusso was the second Trinity salesman that came to my home. He was well versed on the product, its cost savings, purchasing vs. leasing the system, explained the pro’s and cons of purchasing a battery for a possible future purchase of an electric car, and was generally a pleasant man. I am thrilled with the panels! Naturally I have a small electric bill in the winter, but nothing like past bills! Whenever I have questions Grayson responds quickly and with genuine care. Grayson you are a gem!

Grayson was our rep who was awesome to work with. For me, learning about how the electricity company works, and how they squeeze you with their billing was eye opening. We were also informed of all the time we had to walk away, how much we would pay, how to take advantage of the guarantee, and why Trinity is the option. We’ve been happy, and managed to earn enough credits in the first 3 months that we haven’t had an electric bill since July 2024, and it’s end January 2025! My experience with Trinity Solar and especially my energy consultant, Diane Carleton, was exceptional. Diane always made herself available to answer any and all questions we had throughout the process and even after the panels were installed. If she could not answer a question she would ask others to follow up with me and they always did. I highly recommend this company and Diane Carleton.

I was referred to Grayson by my neighbor and I'm glad she gave me his name. My solar was planned and installed with no problems installation took a day and a half. I love not having to pay Eversource every month. I have 26 panels and last year I didn't have to pay Eversource once. A couple months after the panels were installed I had a couple leaks due to a bad storm. The solar crew was out here quickly to fix them. They have answered all my questions and taking care of every issue that came up not that there were many. These guys are great.

Trinity installed a PPA solar panels at my house. Grayson Colarusso and his team assisted us from beginning to install in a seamless way. The team was great. I've had so many solar company come by with high pressure sales tactics but the Trinity team was different. They were respectful and always ensure we were informed. The install required at most three phone calls. I would use Trinity again and are highly recommended.

Got quotes from 2 company's who said i could reduce my electric bill 90-96% with the removal of 3 trees. Trinity came out, explained everything to me and booked another appointment for in a few days with the plans. They call me 1.5 hrs before the appointment and tell me my house is not suitable for solar. Looks like I'll take my business elsewhere.

Diane Carleton, my Trinity 'energy consultant,' was a delight to work with; I wish I had another house that needed solar panels. She was professional, competent, kind, and thorough. The office kept me up to date as the permits went through, which was great, and the installation crew were fast and competent and got their work done ahead of schedule. I like my solar panels very much.

We have met with numerous solar companies over the years but not until Trinity Solar approached us did we think it was the right fit for our home. From their outstanding sales Rep. Marc Ferrante to their solar panel and electrical panel installers we were delivered the promised product professionally, timely, and as advertised in all respects. With every step, staff showed up, (often earlier than scheduled), introduced themselves and got right to work. I never saw one employee standing still, they are serious workers here.
Every day they cleaned up after themselves and were sure to check in before they left. We simply could not believe how efficient and professional the whole process went. To top it off, the install was completed weeks ahead of schedule. A huge thank you to Marc, as without his knowledge, patience, expertise and friendly manner this installation would never have take place. I had a wonderful experience with Trinity Solar so far. Our Sales Rep Alex Aviles was super helpful and great with knowledge and understanding of the process. The installers were quick and efficient, putting the panels up in 5 hrs.

Ongoing communication from the beginning has been spot on. Trinity obtained all required permits. Crew arrived right on time and was professional and respectful of my property and plants. Salesman, Marc Ferrante was very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process and kept in touch throughout.

Told these guys not to come to my house but apparently they don’t have the organizations skills or care to respect our request because they just keep coming back and harassing us even though we have told them multiple times we are not interested. My wife works graveyard shift at the hospital and we have a new born baby so we don’t need anyone knocking on our door.

At first they were great to work with. Everyone is very nice. Then when it came to the install, postponed then another date and then postponed again. I am not sure where the breakdown was, electric company gave approval. They said they were waiting for permits but did not answer when I asked which permits.

Just completed our installation. They're a Professional Company from beginning to end and Rich Korfel stepped me through the process to completion. I'm in the Electrical Trade and the installation was clean and precise. A lot of careful planning goes into the install. Don't hesitate to consider Trinity. I did my research and they're Tops in the Home Solar Industry!

After spending an hour at my home with me, extolling the benefits to myself of installing solar panels on our roof, I was subsequently told there were too many trees to our South to be worth it, something they apparently decided based on aerial imagery. Why couldn't they have done this before taking up my time and interrupting my schedule that day?

Trinity Solar just knocked on the door.She said she worked for the city. And would like to talk to me about my energy payment. All lies ! My city would not knock door to door to talk about my energy payments. Why would I invest in a company that lies to me to my face at my door

On Monday, we had a second array of solar panels installed by Trinity Solar, and Wednesday they came by to replace our main electric panel. Rich Korfel met with us and oversaw the planning, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The whole process has been so easy, and extremely quick. We're thrilled to be completely generating our electric need from the sun! Great company.

Have been with Trinity Solar since 2015. Have been more than satisfied with the product and service. Any questions or issues have been answered and remedied quickly. Have added to my system since 2015 making my bill zero. My brother in law has the matching system put in the same year. Very pleased with system and Trinity. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Our overall experience has been excellent. Our salesperson Marc Ferrante was excellent. Given this is a huge investment and commitment, we had a lot of questions and concerns. That being said, Marc was with us each step of the way and what we were sold is what we got! No hidden fees, no unknown costs and the system is working as planned! The only negative would be the time it took to get us on the installers calendar since it was a ground install however Marc stayed in touch which eased our mind during the delay. So far so good! We are saving money as planned.

This company uses hyper-aggressive door to door canvassing. Their sales people have been on my property -against my wishes- three times in the last week. I politely explained to the sales rep the first time that I wasn’t interested. A few days later, she returned and I told her the same thing. Later that same day a guy from Trinity showed up (?) I told him to get off my property and I called the police to inform them of this harassment. Any company that employs this kind of “marketing” in the hope of selling their product is obviously dangerously desperate for sales and should be avoided at all costs.

Marc has been a pleasure to work with. Always responsive and helpful. Trinity provides thorough updates throughout the process, making it simple and convenient.

Gotta tell you we were skeptical about going solar. Diane Carleton took all the time we needed to ask questions talk to other Trinity customers even a couple of friends. One of the best decisions we have made. Everything is working exactly as explained and expected. Workman were incredible as well. Highly recommend.

Both Alecc and Rich came out to reassess our system after it'd been on for almost a year, and we had starting paying more than expected for our electric. Both were knowledgeable, kind, and they worked well together. They were able to make good recommendations and came up with a reasonable plan that worked best for our needs and budget.
