Martin from New Gen Builders was very responsive and professional. His company relocated a swingset for me in very short notice and made room in his schedule to make sure it would get done. In fact it was completed earlier than expected. The whole process which was initially very stressful for me before hiring him, went very smoothly and he was very communicative during the whole time. He also provided great instruction and advice to the project. I would recommend his company for any contracting needs!

I explained my daughter's situation reguarding her cancer diagnosis of leukemia. They immediately contacted me back, and offered to come and build the entire thing FREE of charge! I was completely surprised and greatful for thier selflessness. They came as promised, and on time. The playground was completely built and professionally done. I would hire them again anytime, they knew what they were doing, brought all the supplies needed, and finished the entire playset within a few hours. I am eternally greatful for thier service. New Gen Builders did a wonderful job installing a Kid Kraft playset for our family. They were prompt and professional In their response to our inquiry for service. They were very accommodating with our schedule and needs. They arrived on time, were friendly, agreeable, and most helpful. Kid Kraft did not sent some parts that were needed for assembly and New Gen Builders were able to problem solve to complete the job with supplies they had on hand. We are thrilled with the quality of workmanship/skill and will be calling them again with future needs.
