Had a fantastic new car buying experience, including trading in our 15-year old vehicle. The staff there, especially David, were so nice and patient and took all the time needed to answer our questions and to explain our options. Highly recommended based on our experi nice today.

Brian was great. He was attentive and friendly. No high pressure sale. Explained everything. Finance managers can often can be a bit pushy, but Vinnie was down to earth and friendly as well. Would recommend. P.S. I love my new Crosstrek!!

I have been up in the air for two years about financing another vehicle. I finally said yes and found the perfect one at Balise Subaru Of Hadley. Very friendly staff, the service team did a phenomenal job detailing the car I was purchasing. Turn around was very quick. Only problem I had was having to remind the dealership of the down payment amount at least three times, this did cause a lengthened stay at the location, as well as additional action even after I had the car in my possession. Luckily it was all worked out, and I love my new car!

Big shout out to Brad Bailey and the entire service department! They were great when I had to have my car towed in unexpectedly for a coolant bypass valve failure and noticed some other discrepancies under the hood.. great communication and very transparent throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

I came in originally to discuss lease end options and ended up leaving that day with plans to pick up my new Subaru Forester the following week. Everyone, especially David M, was so helpful. I was able to test drive multiple cars and make a well informed decision.

I couldn’t have had a better experience than I did at Steve Lewis Subaru. Rob Camarata was so unbelievably helpful, and truly advocated for me and my best interests beyond just being a customer. I never felt like I was being pushed on a purchase. Rob was also so patient and carefully explained every single thing which made the experience feel so much less stressful. The entire team, especially Rob, was incredibly accommodating and supported me through registering my car in NY and went the extra mile to expedite everything as fast as possible before I head back. If you are looking to buy a car, Steve Lewis should be your first and only stop!

Do not go to this dealership. After Balise bought it, it turned to garbage. Everything is worse. You can't get your headlights changed without them messing something up. I got an oil change, and suddenly, my side mirror knob is missing? And they want me to pay for it when they broke it. Nope. This is what happens when a corporate entity buys out competition: wages become stagnant, quality and service decreases, and the customer pays more for less.

My salesperson was Diego Dominguez and I give him 10 stars!! He was calm, cool, collected and helpful in every way!! A really nice guy and knew his business well!!

I recently bought a new 2025 Outback at Balise Subaru (formerly Steve Lewis Subaru) in Hadley, MA, and I was very pleased to work with David Maciorowski in the sales department. He was very helpful in getting me the model with all the features I wanted. I would recommend David to anyone looking for a new Subaru. In my family we have now had six Subarus from this dealership over the last 16 years and we have been very happy with all of them. We have always been very happy with the sales and the service departments at the dealership.

7/23/25 I had to replace my 2009 Impreza I knew what I was looking for and David helped me through the process. It had been over 10 years since I bought a car and this went way smoother than the last time I bought a car. When the time comes far down the road I'm definitely coming back here and if David is still there, I'm definitely going to want to buy my next car from him.
