Last November, we visited Affordable Windows to purchase two new windows for our kitchen. On the way out, I stopped to ask Bonnie a couple of curiosity questions about new counters to replace our 30-year-old tile counters. Bonnie was very friendly, very informative, and very helpful. We ultimately decided to use Bonnie and Affordable Windows for our new granite counters. I can't say enough good things about Bonnie. She guided us through the process efficiently and always answered my emails and phone calls promptly. It did take us a few months to get the job done but that was due to our schedule, no one else's. We are totally delighted with our new counters. They make the kitchen look like a kitchen.

Just recently completed a kitchen and Dining room renovation working with Bonnie. Received great advice, new countertops & cabinets and backsplash and Bonnie provided guidance with a broad selection of suppliers for cabinets and counter tops and Bonnie did the computer layout of the Kitchen and dining room which came out great. Lastly, Bonnie followed up with the suppliers to ensure delivery and quality of product. When ever I had a question during the process Bonnie all ways returned my phone calls or email. I highly recommend working with Bonnie to manage this type of project.

Bonnie was amazing to work with redesigning our kitchen. She is so knowledgeable, detailed and full of integrity. She made a very complicated project fun. Bonnie is incredibly resourceful and maximized our budget, which other competitors estimated double the price or more for lesser quality product. Also, Ramco made us beautiful custom glass cabinet doors for far less than standard glass costs. A huge thank you to Bonnie, Andrea, Mike, Todd and Katie for their hard work! We really appreciate it.

Just recently completed a kitchen and 1/2 bath renovation renovation working with Bonnie. Received great advice, and decided to go with a door replacement, new countertops & fixtures, backsplash and floor. Bonnie provided guidance with a broad selection of doors and identified other suppliers for granite tops and flooring. By doing most of the work myself, with Bonnie's guidance we estimated we saved $15K on the install with a total cost around $12K. Lastly, Bonnie followed up with the other suppliers to ensure delivery and quality of product. We met all our deadlines. I highly recommend working with Bonnie to manage this type of project and save some money for a DIY.

My contractor suggested Affordable Windows and Doors for my kitchen remodel and I am extremely glad he did! Andrea (owner) and Bonnie (kitchen sales, however kitchen guru is more appropriate!) were such a great pleasure to work with! I had in mind what I thought would work for a layout in my small kitchen. Thankfully, Bonnie asked if it was okay if she could design another mock-up of the kitchen. I am so glad she did. We planned to add a bathroom to our home and were fortunate to find Affordable Windows and Doors close to our home. We were immediately taken care of by Bonnie Farrel whose expertise helped in choosing our cabinets and recommending the store Discover for our vanity tops. Our project went smoothly with her help and we could not be more pleased with the final results. There is a large showroom with a wide variety of assorted products to choose from.

After checking out several other places for our unplanned kitchen reno (burst pipe), we decided on Affordable Windows and Doors. They could not have been more wonderful! Bonnie guided us through what could have been a very stressful process and worked within our budget and old house layout challenges to design a fantastic new kitchen - we love it, and could not be happier! Although our choices weren't as high end as some, they never made us feel bad or tried to push something more. As new homeowners and looking to start a kitchen renovation, Affordable Windows and Doors made the process stress free and simple. Bonnie is by far the best to work with, she makes sure that we know exactly what we need to with the products and does not act a sales person for the product but works with you for your needs and your budget and does not beat around the bush with quality of the product you are getting. From day one she is with you every step of the way. This is the only company that takes the time open up each package in the warehouse to make sure it is up to the standards it should be and has no problem ordering a replacement, whether it be a new door, hinge, bracket, etc. From start to finish we were in the know of when the cabinets were going to be delivered and which ones may take longer to ship. Bonnie is always available for whatever question you need and is always prompt is answering emails or phone calls. This company deserves all five stars without a question.

We wanted to renovate our kitchen and had looked at cabinets at Lowe's and Home Depot. Thankfully, our carpenter, Rico, recommended we go to Affordable Doors and Windows and consult with Bonnie. Best decision! Bonnie worked closely with our carpenter, worked within our budget, was very informative and was proactive in making sure she thought of any potential problems before installation! We are extremely happy with our new kitchen!

I purchased Marvin French Doors about 3 years ago. I had a problem with the latch recently. I called and they made the arrangements for a warranty repair for me. The last time I bought a door from a lumber yard and had a problem, the lumber yard could not even tell me who to call for a part.

We bought all our replacement windows form AW&D. Great value and top notch customer service. Very informative and knowledgeable about their products, very happy with the experience. We also designed and purchased a complete new kitchen cabinet set with AW&D. Bonnie helped us design it and it came out perfect. She is extremely smart about kitchen design and pointed out some very important considerations to us, which is why it came out so good. The cabinets and all the parts came in with numbers on the boxes that match the numbers on the blueprints. That was nice. They have good choices on price points for the kitchen sets as well so we have an awesome kitchen within our budget. You cannot get this kind of personalized service at Home Depot or Lowes ect. I would highly recommend AW&D for any project you have. A+

Bonnie at Affordable Windows in Leicester, MA is FABULOUS to work with when creating a new look for your home. Recently updated our kitchen with new floors, cabinets and counters. Bonnie helped us to coordinate all aspects of our kitchen design. She offered logical insights and gently steered us back to course if our design ideas were not matching our vision. Bonnie was responsive to emails, phone calls, drop ins to the store..you name it. She sent us multiple views of our kitchen as we checked and rechecked our dimensions. Our new Navy cabinets look fantastic and our quartz counter matches perfectly. My husband and I did all of the labor but we could not have pulled it all off without Bonnie's help. WE HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH DETAIL AN ISLAND ENTAILS. AFTER TAKING MEASUREMENTS OF OUR KITCHEN, SHE PRINTED OUT SEVERAL OPTIONS OF WHERE TO PLACE THE ISLAND. SHE ALSO DESIGNED THE COUNTER TOP FOR THE SECOND TIER OF THE ISLAND. SHE IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A KITCHEN DESIGNER.THEY HAVE QUITE A DISPLAY OF CABINETS AND COUNTER-TOPS, VERY IMPRESSED. WE BROWSED THROUGH THE STORE NOTICING THE VARIETY OF WINDOWS AND DOORS WHILE ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DESIGN OF THE DOORS. WE WILL BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!
