SERVPRO of Foxborough

I had a loss at my house on Thanksgiving and they sent a crew of Emilio and Manuel. Although it was a holiday they stayed until the necessary work was completed. Nelson and Fernando came out a few days later and continued the necessary work. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and CLEAN. Couldn't ask for a better service for my home I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

Our experience with this ServPro franchise was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Our hot water heater burst overnight and we woke up to inches of water in our finished basement. Dave, the owner, responded to my outreach within minutes. Within an hour or so, ServPro arrived with multiple commercial grade fans, dehumidifiers, and personnel and the water was gone in no time. ServPro walked us through every step of the remediation process. They told us what we needed to do and what we did not need to do. They checked on the humidity levels in the basement continuously. We had such a great experience with the remediation that we hired them for the rebuild. Again, ServPro surpassed expectations in every respect. The quality of workmanship was excellent; they showed up every day exactly when they said they would; and the job was completed earlier than expected. Every single person with whom we interacted was courteous, professional, and seemed sincerely committed to making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The basement looks better than ever! If you ever find yourself dealing with a flood, do yourself a favor and hire these folks to handle it from start to finish. Highly highly recommend!

We had significant damage from a once in a lifetime hail storm which occurred on June 28, 2020. We needed a new roof, new siding, chimney work, and additional miscellaneous repairs. Dave Kurczontkowski worked with us extraordinarily quickly to handle all facets of our repairs. He worked with our insurance adjuster and we found that everything went as smoothly as possible. We were immensely impressed with the quality of his professionalism and by his fast reactions to every possible question we had. We have owned homes for 34 years and never had a situation like this so we had no idea what to expect. We are thoroughly satisfied with Servpro of Foxborough. Indeed, our home was one of many in our neighborhood with similar damage. We filed our claim later than other neighbors, and our work was fully completed within weeks! (Many months later, most of our other neighbors who are using different companies are still without complete results.) Thank you to Dave and Servpro!
