Frustrated and disappointed. Went on 6/22 to find out about getting a few parts installed. Parts couldn’t be delivered until 7/2 so we set up an appointment there after. Went in for an early morning appointment because it was going to possibly be an all day process which I planned for. Got there and after a while they realized they never ordered the parts. Said it would be at least another week if they ordered them now.

She’s very professional easy to communicate with and a fun sense of humor. Updating this to be a negative review as I just found out (per Stellantis) that I was lied to about how the excise tax would work when I specifically asked about it right before I signed the lease. I just called and spoke to a sales rep (the one I used was out) and a sales manager and neither were able to explain why.
