Don’t trust these guys. Work and business practices are shady. I left a 1 star review when the work was completed but was told by the owner Joe that I had to take it down as a condition of his company coming back and fix their mistakes. I later watched as another 1 star review from a different customer was removed - assuming they were told the same thing. Makes you wonder how many. Guess that’s why they have such a good Google rating - it’s fake.

The work they did for us was to re-side and install new flashing along 3 dormers. LEAKS at one of the corners. Called them back out and they did nothing. Had 3 other roofing companies come out and they all said it wasn’t done properly at that corner. Found out they just put a bunch of caulk in there.

Not to mention the whole experience while they were doing the work was a nightmare. Kept coming back because they didn’t have enough material, installed the wrong colored shingles, etc.

If I could do it over again I never would have hired these guys.

Loved working with Hector from Four Leaf roofing and windows! He was a great help making sure we were covered and got everything the way we wanted it! Joe, the owner, has a great crew working for him! Got it done fast, looks great, and cleaned up well! No mess to be found! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

We recently needed our flat rubber roof replaced, and after talking to a few local contractors found Four Leaf and were immediately impressed with how knowledgeable and approachable they were. Scheduling was quick and easy and they had a crew to our home quickly. The crew was fast and efficient, and we are pleased with the results. They even scheduled a final walk-through to ensure everything was installed properly and we were happy with the process. I recommend Four Leaf for any roofing needs you have.

Installers for 4 leaf and quality of the windows was top shelf. I could not be happier with product and service. I could go on and on but this was a great job. I'm a retired tool and die maker and jet specialist so details are important

My roof started leaking during a heavy downpour in the evening. In the morning, I posted on Facebook to find suggestions on who contact for help. Joe from Four Leaf answered me right away. He came over the next day and looked at the issue and and gave me options. I opted to have it patched for the time being but every time it rained after that I was nervous Joe told me that if I had a new roof put on within two weeks of the patch, he would refund me the money I spent on the patch. Anyway, today my new roof was installed! It’s beautiful and the guys did a great job. They were here on time. They completed the roof in one day! Totally cleaned up everything. I could not be happier!
I especially liked that he didn’t try and sell me anything extra. I even mentioned my gutters and he said all they need is some power washing and I really admired that! Not a hard sell at all. Highly recommend them.

Chuck came out and spent a lot of time looking at and preparing an estimate for my roof. He had knowledge and was very honest about everything. I could really tell he cared and wanted to make sure I understood the process. I was lucky cause one of the jobs got moved and I got right on the books! I left for work came back to an amazing roof! It did end up storming as the guys wrapped up so they came back in the morning to make sure there was no nails on the ground and go over the job with me to make sure I was happy! Eric the production manager was really easy to talk to and get along with, Kevin reached out as well from the office to make sure I was happy with everything if I had any further questions and even Joe the owner followed up with me on the job! I couldn’t be more happy and I feel so bad about the sudden weather change for the guys! Not one drop a water in my house clearly they are a cut above the rest. Chuck and Joe thank you again for getting out right away and the great estimate. Also note they were a little bit more for the bid but it was worth it. I see why and when it comes to your roof you don’t want to be cheap. Thank you thank you thank you!

Quality roofing company. They did a visit and spent plenty of time going over the issue. Even offered to do a quick band aid for free. Gave an estimate of good, better, best, and stuck to the estimate. They were on time for their timelines and got the work done and cleaned up well. Great experience and will work with them again as needed.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Four Leaf replaced the roof on our 1864 detached garage and 1878 house,. Joe is super nice, straightforward, honest, and is truly an expert in pretty much anything to do with building or remodeling a home. The initial sales visit/quote was super informative while also being very low-pressure. Communication from the Four Leaf production team was exceptional, and the workmanship was incredible. Our massive garage roof and semi-complicated house roof were completed in just a day and a half. The team even came back a few days later to check the job site for any remaining debris and to make sure all shingles had sealed properly. Replacing two roofs isn't cheap, but Four Leaf made the decision totally worth it. I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!

We had our ice dams taking care of today with Four Leaf the owner Joe and Todd came out great guys did excellent work I would recommend them.

When our house got an ice dam from the brutal snow storm, I wasn’t sure what to do, but knew we needed to act fast. After getting the runaround from many other roofing companies in the area, Four Leaf was extremely helpful and had the sense of urgency that we needed. Joe and Todd were amazing to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and so kind. They did an incredible job breaking up the ice dam and stopping the leak into our living room. I highly recommend these guys for any roofing or siding needs! 10/10!

We purchased new siding from Four Leaf and we are very pleased with the results! Joe(the owner) spent hours with us going over the options and the pro and cons of various siding choices. We ended up going with LP SmartSide with the Diamond Kote 30 year paint warranty. From there, Eric was our project manager and Herman(+crew) was the sub contractor. Both Eric and Herman were very responsive when we had questions/suggestions as the work progressed. At one point, I asked for 5in window trim vs 4in and they made the change the same day. The house looks better than I imagined, thanks again!

I hired four leaf to do some repair work on my roof. Not only did they fix problem they went above and beyond in finding me the exact right part that I needed. They were reasonably priced and on time! I can’t recommend them enough!

Call Joe on a project at our house we need help. Turns out it is not a fit with Four Leaf. Most company will just say no to us professionally and we will just move on. However, Joe was fantastic. We spoke over the phone for about an hour and he gave me a lot of good free advice and direction to look for the right company. I shared my past experience of renovations as I have done a few from small contractors to big almost whole house renovation with Design Build company from start to end. I can't speak for the qualify of work from Four Leaf but I can say the company cares for the end users. I did not remember when was the last time I got free professional advice when someone knows they are not doing the work for us.

They were really awesome! I really loved how they do walk throughs at the end of each installation. It really gives the homeowner the opportunity to ask questions and bring up an concerns. They truly listen to what you are telling them and are very knowledgeable! I felt that they were transparent with me the entire time. I will most definitely be telling everyone to chose them for the roof and window repairs. I LOVE our windows and can rest easy with the roof and windows being done.

It's tough to find reliable roofing contractors. 4 Leaf does a good job of staying ahead of issues, and if there are snags, they take accountability for issues and address them. There are a lot of "fly by night" roof and hail repair people, so I appreciate having a local resource to refer clients with roof and gutter issues.

I had an unexpected sickness that prevented me from keeping an appointment for an estimate. It was 2am when I realized I wasn't going to be able to keep it.

I had a phone number but I worried I wouldn't reach anyone or I'd wake someone up so I typed a text message to Kevin, the scheduler I had dealt with to make the appointment. I waited till 6am to send it. By 7 we had rescheduled and Kevin even took care of contacting other employees to inform them of the change. He made it so quick and painless for me. I apologized for any inconvenience. He said it was fine and that he hopes I feel better soon. So impressed with the team Four Leaf has assembled give them a call. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

We had a leak that we couldn’t figure out for the life of us as our roof is only less than 2 years old and the company that originally did it was no help at all. Made a call to Four Leaf and they were able to get out within a day, diagnosed the issue, and was able to even get it fixed only a week later. Wish I would have went with them 2 years ago when we did a full replacement because they follow through and actually care about their customers

Joe did an Amazing job from start to finish. Beginning with assessing the damage, then contacting my insurance company to arrange having them come out for approval, then showing me the different shingle options & colors. We picked the Atlas StormMaster Shake and he got everything ordered and delivered.
Our roof project was a day and a half and we are very happy with the finished product! If you or anyone you know is in need of roof repair or replacement, please do yourself a favor and call Joe over at Four Leaf!

Four Leaf did a fantastic job removing our chimney and repairing the roof in an extremely short timeframe for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them for any roofing work I have in the future.

I would recommend Four Leaf 100%. I had a few leaks on a very old roof and Joe came to take a look within hours of me inquiring. They were able to start the project a few days later and had the roof and gutters done in less than 2 days! They kept me updated along the way and answered any questions that I had. Completed repairs on my roof. I was home while the work was completed but contractors never approached me to go over what they did. They just left. They parked in my driveway in a pretty beaten up truck that dripped a pretty large oil stain. I emailed the sales person twice about the stain. I was promised on two occasions they would take care of but never did.

UPDATE. Company did reach out to me immediately after posting my dissatisfaction in this google review. They sent someone out the next day to address the stain and explain the work that was done on the roof. That person was not able to get the stain out after attempting to for about an hour. They sent some one else out the next day and they worked for over an hour on the stain. Everyone I dealt with seemed genuinely apologetic and energetic about resolving my issue. My biggest issue was the stain and delay in addressing it. Thats why I initially gave them two stars. Now I'm giving them five stars. Give them a shot. Customer service is everything.

Four Leaf was great through every part of the process. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. We are very happy with our new roof!

I paid my deposit on October 11, the work was completed on October 29. There were some communication issues. I had to call the office to verify an email was received and again to be put on their schedule. I also called twice to speak with the project manager but never heard back. I was told twice the work would be completed on a specific day, and both times no one showed up or contacted me. I understand that working with subcontractors can require schedule changes, it just would have been nice if someone followed up to see if the work had been done.

They answer the phone and very pleasant. Quick to get a quote and did a bang up job all around. I have referred them and they have said they have gotten the same service.

Four Leaf was a great company to use for our roof, siding, gutters, windows, and patio door replacement. The major Supply chain issues due to the pandemic were the only holds up on the project, they obviously had not control over that. Our home looks great upon completion.

We were in need of some material well after our house was completed. Joe was more than willing to help us out with obtaining what we needed. Great company to do business with!

Be very careful. Not BBB accredited. Refers sub-contracters for your home improvement requests who may or may not be licensed. Do not pay cash up-front.
Be diligent for a receipt of payment, as company does not stand behind the referrals they make for home improvement services. Make sure you check for a license from sub-contracted referral.

Joe was a great help in pinpointing the issues that may cause the a water leak, and great in making suggestions on how to fix them

I had gutters installed all the way around the house. I had to clean up the mess after install and every 10 feet there are black marks on the bottom of gutter. Tired numerous times to get it resolved over several months. The only good thing is the gutters actual work, so far.

****I am editing this review. I received a call from the owner today, and they promptly came and fixed my issue. The owner was apologetic and had thought my concern was already resolved. Considering their attention to detail after my issues, I would recommend their services.****

A few weeks ago, my husband Mark and I were interested in having a flat rubber roof resurfaced on a S. Milwaukee rental property we own. We contacted Joe at Four Leaf to get an estimate. We were told he could stop by in a few days to look at the roof and scheduled an appointment. Joe was very prompt and got to work immediately upon arrival. After a short time, he informed us that the roof only needed minor work and would show us how to do it ourselves, if we wanted to save money. It was very refreshing to get this honest assessment and to see a contractor looking out for a potential customer’s best interests. We were very impressed with Joe’s integrity and will definitely call Four Leaf for future projects.

It was an absolute joy dealing with the Four Leaf workers. They were very punctual, professional, conscientious, and friendly. They finished the job in the time they estimated, and their clean-up was impeccable.

Super responsive, friendly, and professional. When I called them about the damage on my roof and gutters, it didn't take them long for them to take a look at it and provide me with a very reasonable quote. The guys that worked on my roof were also very friendly and worked extremely fast. I highly recommend them.

I researched the internet for a roofing company in Milwaukee's south side and found Four Leaf. I contacted them and left an email and received a call a couple of hours later. My brother and his dog lived at the home I wanted roofed so at that point I had them contact my brother directly and he would then contact me back after he recieved an estimate. The initial contact by me and then by my brother was done on a Friday so an estimate was scheduled and done prompltly the following Monday. My brother was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the estimate and of course with the price. The company had a previously scheduled job that cancelled so the starting date could be that following Friday from the date of the estimate. Normally I'd NEVER just get one (1) estimate BUT my brother felt very comfortable with the owner (who came out) and I also felt comfortable with my choice and needless to say with the price and the quickness which the job could be done was a factor in the price, so we agreed to have them do it. I had to work but I knew that if there was a problem my brother would call. He never called. I worked till 2 pm that Friday and decided to take a ride by the house to see how the roofing was coming along, as I approached the house I was looking for trucks and or other equipment....NOTHING..... Then as I got closer I was amazed that the entire job was done .... from tear off to replacement..Not just the house but the garage and his shed.... 3 roofs....WOW !!! I parked and checked the work and talked with my brother who was extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the staff and also with the efficiency of the staff on site. Even the neighbors were took notice of the professionalism of the company's work ethics, as they later commented to us. The surrounding area was cleaned immaculately and the dumpster was picked up THAT night...That's impressive.

I had to wait about 3 weeks after the work was done to post this because it had'nt rained at all. For about 5 years my brother had to have buckets in his living room when ever it rained...The buckets are now GONE...

They were easy to work with, but when they did our roof, they removed the venting from the bathroom and never applied the venting back on.
We didn't find this until a couple of years later when we replaced our bathroom fan which caused mold in our attic. They came back to spray the mold, but disappointed that this happened.
