The person who gave us the estimate right before Christmas left the company and this caused an annoying lack of communication in several different incidences. Not knowing when they would arrive, not being told we were supposed to get our own building permit, not telling us when they would pick up the roofing tools and materials left on the roof. In the end we were happy with the work and would hire them again.

Great lakes roofing has done a great job with assisting me with assessing and repairing several different building roofs for me. We called with roof leaks and within 2 hours they arrived and removed the ice dams on the roof, cleared the gutters and stopped our leak. Danielle followed up with a call to make sure everything was taken care of and they will be checking back in when all the snow and ice is off the roof to see if we need any repair work done. And their work is good. Seems simple. After going through multiple roofers who can't seem to call you back, be bothered to follow up or show up GLR passes the test.

We used Great Lakes Roofing to replace the roofs on two of our companies. Both times they were accommodating, thorough, professional and did a great job. The roofs were in bad shape, they worked with me to make sure they were done in a timely manner but also in a way we could manage payment. Jim and Charlene made the whole process painless. They communicated quickly, respond in timely manners to any questions or concerns. The crew was professional and left the area clean and tidy. We recently had an issue with leaks caused by an outside force, no fault of the work done by GLR, but they got to us quickly so our parts were not damaged. They showed us the damage, explained what they believed happened and fixed the area immediately. I highly recommend working with GLR, especially Jim and Charlene but I believe they are a reflection of the company at whole.

GLR has been servicing all of our Credit Union branches for years now. From roof reapirs to brand new flat top roof installation, I couldn't be happier with the service they provide and will continue using them for years to come.

Tyler met with me at our Church House. The roof needed to be replaced years ago. He was thorough and explained all my options. He also explained that there might be other issues once the 3 layers of shingles were removed. His crew arrived at the scheduled date and time 8:00 and the were finished by 8:30 that evening. We had two dumpsters full by the time the crew was done cleaning up. The gutter crew came in a few days later and they finished up in two days because of additional prep work that had to be done prior to installation. Tyler made me aware of that issue and we approved the extra expense but now that everything has been completed we as a congregation could not be happier with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Great Lakes Roofing without hesitation.
