I contacted Top Tier Roofing to get the metal flashing replaced on my garage. The wind had torn part of it off. Jason came to my home to give me an estimate. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know the date and time he would arrive. He did a great job with the replacement. Thank you Jason!

Neighbor got his roof replaced 2 weeks ago. Went out to my backyard yesterday and discovered when they were tearing up the old roofing, they decided to let it rain roofing material into my yard and allowed trash and material to just chill in my backyard without cleaning it up.

Blade was an honest professional. Called them because we had gutters installed and they told us we had a few issues with the roof (roofing isn't my steong suit). Blade came out, talked to me, and went up to take a look. He took pictures, pointed out any issues he saw, and gave me his honest recommendation and a quick, estimated of what he would expect it to costfor the work. While nothing "needs" to be done now, I will certainly be calling Top Tier Roofing if and when we decide to fix or replace anything. Thanks for the integrity and for your time.

I called top tier because of some recommendations. They were responsive and quick with being able to send somebody out that fit my schedule. I had the pleasure of having Blade over to the house to provide me an estimate. In all honesty I got about five estimates that day, and I just wanted to point out that blade was much appreciated in his approach and in his knowledge! Most everybody hates the sales process, and but he was very comfortable and his estimate was extremely competitive without the pressure pitch. It was a pleasure, Blade. Thank you for your time!

Kyle was so quick to respond when I had a leak in my roof and more rain was expected that afternoon. My home and roof were built in 2017, and I have a slight leak.
I had the pleasure of working with Top Tier Roofing to help with a repair. I had received two prior quotes, both to replace the vent that was causing the small leak, with estimates ranging from $580 -$1500.
I started by reading many excellent reviews and reached out via their website. Within a day I received an email back and was able to make an appointment for an estimate to repair a leak within a day - two days from contacting them!
Top Tier sent Blade and he communicated with me on his arrival time and was on time. He was professional and polite from the moment we met, he took his time and showed me pictures of the issue and that I only needed a caulk repair. I preferred not to go on the roof so he went to pick up the caulk, came back and repaired for a much more reasonable price!!

Top Tier WILL be my roofing contact moving forward.

My husband and I had a great experience with Top Tier. Jason helped us through the process of getting a new roof and was very quick to respond with answers to all of our questions. The team on site worked so fast and we had a new roof in just two days.

Full roof replacement with ridge vent. Workmanship and materials were good. Definitely seems like a larger company that does a lot of volume. Whole process went smoothly, from the initial contact with Jason, to Mike and crew who did the actual work 30 feet up on a 50 degree day with freakin 30 mph gusts.

They sent Jason out to me the day after I called and he was incredible to work with. He is the company's repair guy and I asked if my roof was repairable or if we needed a new one. He suggested a new one (even though he made less money in the process). An honest guy and answered all my questions even after normal business hours.
I highly recommend Top Tier for your next repair or new roof.

From my initial phone call with Kyle to my meeting with Jason at my home I was always put at ease in the emotional time after a storm when my roof started leaking. Jason was kind and reassuring and showed me pictures of the necessary repairs which were quickly completed on the same day. He showed me pictures of the repair and did not try to upsell me. Wonderful job on my roof! I needed a new roof because of wind damage and Jeff stopped by and did a free estimate on my roof. After he did the inspection and deemed that my house needed a roof replacement, he very professionally called my insurance with me and helped me start a claim with them. Within a couple of weeks, my insurance only approved half of the roof replacement but Jeff told me that he was going to prove to the insurance that I was in need of a completely new roof. From there, Jeff did some more tests and sent pictures to the insurance company. At this point, he contacted them himself and got it done for me. Shortly after, my new roof was installed and it turned out great! The workers who did the job were all very pleasant. I will easily go back to Jeff for any future roofing needs. We were in need of a new roof due to damages incurred from weather/wind. We contacted Top Tier Roofing and along came Ryan Shelton. We were filing the damage through our insurance company and Ryan worked with us from start to finish; and believe me, it was no easy task, as our insurance company sent us through hoops and bounds! Ryan took the necessary pictures and videos, as requested by our insurance company and even sent them directly to our claims agent as well as Cc'd: us on every correspondence. His knowledge and professionalism in dealing with this matter were to be highly commended! Once the full repair was approved, a team of roofers came out, covered and protected all surrounding areas then went to work removing and replacing our roof. The new roof was completed in ONE day and it looks AMAZING!

I first want to compliment Ryan, very professional and pleasant. I cannot say same for Kyle, as I asked to a delay to start my job by 1-2 days and Kyle would not accommodate me or even reach out to me. But the job they couldn’t delay that was to be completed within 2 days took 2 weeks. So I wasn’t very happy. Maybe Ryan should be promoted in Kyle’s position.
