I must say my salesman Mr. Todd Bowers (EZ-T) was nothing but professional and great. He took good care of my son who was making his first purchase of his own vehicle. I've been trying to get in contact with the service department for a while this morning and no ones answering. Which is weird being that they open at 8am and its 945am. I called sales to get in contact with someone and a man named Dan answers and before I could explain to him that service wasn't answering for me when I called 4 different times he immediately transferred me. I called back to speak to him and he cuts me off and transfers me again! Very poor customer service skills, please seek a better receptionist. He's a bad vibe!

Lester and Amanda have been really good during our purchasing process. Moreover, the services received after purchasing have also exceeded expectations so far. It is always comforting to know that after purchasing a vehicle, a company doesn't abandon the customer and that is definitely not the case. A very pleasant experiencing purchasing my new Mitsubishi Outlander from Priority Mitsubishi. A special thank you to Naor (my sales representative) for his expeditious handling of my purchase by getting me in and out in under two hours! I drove over 30 miles from Virginia Beach to Suffolk for the only Mitsubishi dealer on the south side and would do it again. Mitsubishi would move a lot more vehicles if they had a dealer in the VB metro area since Fairway closed earlier this year.

I don't understand making an appointment like my experience a 7:30 am and don't get service until an hour later.If the establishment open at 7:30 am don't schedule until 8 because customers don't have that extra time to give they have other things to do. But I will say all the employees there are very courteous and friendly and I'll be back for my next service but, you all need to do better with scheduling being more productive with the service

The entire staff was so helpful. Anthony is an excellent salesman, he answered all my questions, his personality was easy go, positive and kind. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here.

We live on the peninsula and had been going to a Mitsubishi Dealer on this side. We were unhappy with that experience. We tried Priority Mitsubishi yesterday and were beyond pleased with the dealership, employees, wait area and the bathrooms. The service was fast professional and reasonably priced (lower prices than the competition).
We also saw some nice inventory on the lot while we were waiting. We now have a trusted Mitsubishi dealer to service our car and we will be going there when we get our son his first car in about a year or less. Five stars ⭐️!

My sales person was Spencer Newsome. This is the second time I bought a vehicle from. About 4 years ago I bought a Chrysler 300s from here. I have never had any problems with the car. I was treated like family I had a very pleasant experience. Which is the reason I came back to you and use the same sales person. This time I bought a Cadillac CT6. The car is beautiful and my experience was awesome.

Truly appreciative of the service as I saw an alert light warning me abour a potential issue. Not only did you transport me to work ,
but you repaired my vehicle and took care of some additional tasks ( inspection and oil change). I left confident as I drove off. Thank u to Andrew for keeping me in the loop and a special thank you to the young lady who answered the phone throughout the day and answered all my questions assuring me, I had a ride back to dealership in time to pick up my car. Sure enough, she was there!!

I went with a friend, Tessa Wharton to this dealership who declared she was "getting a car today"!!!! She was set on getting a Mitsubishi Outlander. We stepped in and Mr Spencer Newsome stepped up and from there, it was a done deal. Spencer took us around to look at some cars in her price range and led my friend to a Cadillac SUV. She ended up loving it! A few hours later, she was riding out! Spencer gave us excellent customer service and he was very personable. I'm sending some people your way!

I purchased my second vehicle from salesman Mervis Knight. This time around it was for my son who is away at college out of state. Mervis was professional, customer service was A-1 from day one. Purchased a vehicle 3 years back, asked for recalls and everything on the vehicle before putting 8k down on this basic Silverado 1500, that they proceeded to lie about saying It had these fancy bells and whistles, sales guys just trying to rip people off, truck didn't have on-star none of that crap they said it had, its not a good place to get a vehicle they rip you off, pocket half of what you put on a vehicle like no my 8k should of went to the vehicle not to the dude pushing paperwork, there shop guys get paid less and those dealer guys don't know anything besides what they read off the brochure in that place,

I brought my Outlander into Priority Mitsubishi for a software update. I had a scheduled appointment and was taken in right on time and the update was completed within the 30 minutes they said it would be.
