Exceptional customer service and sound advice before anyone even came to look at our issue. We pulled into a resort in July and found out our AC in our RV wasn't working. It was close of business for most places so we were distressed. After calling a few places, we got Tidewater right away. He was so helpful on the phone and gave us advice to check on items after we texted him pictures. He was trying to help us troubleshoot before coming out to the resort to help us. We texted back and forth for a bit but then decided to get a portable unit until we could get ours back to MD, where we live. Lo and behold we got a text from him at 9pm asking us how we were fairing! What?! That kind of follow up seemed to be a thing of the past, but Tidewater went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Brice has been absolutely phenomenal with helping me during my first time owning an RV and living in it. He's been available and ready to help at any moment emergency or not. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable with his prices. 10/10 recommend!

Brice is an upstanding guy and if he has the time he will absolutely do all he can to help you out, and he will be honest and upfront with you to figure out his absolute earliest time to get your RV issues fixed...and if he can squeeze you in, he will! Not only that, but he will explain and show you what's going on with your RV camper so you as a customer understand what happened/the issue is. His communication is on point, and I can't recommend him enough.

We are relatively new to camping, had a problem...Brice came out, looked at everything...fixed a couple of things and gave us advice on how to maintain the camper. Very nice and knowledgeable will be using him for my camper from now on. Thank you Brice!

Finding a fair & competent RV technician in Virginia has been a challenge. Turns out Brice is just that - fair & competent. He did the reseal on our roof & installed AC drain gutters for us. He followed a principle I try to live by - underpromise & over-deliver. He charged us less than his original quote! He’s apt to earn a few more dollars from this satisfied customer.

Brice is friendly, efficient, & fair. The service he provides is beyond expectation. Don’t look any further. This is your guy!

I needed some roof work done on my 35ft Class C. First estimate was over $13k just for labor! Bryce came out and said he could beat that price but after walking the roof, he recommend sealing some of areas. I had paid another RV place last year to do just that! He did way more work than the other place and it appears to be working. He was professional and thorough for sure. I will use him again - I am certain! Great job - highly recommend him.

Brice is just the BEST! We could not move our automatic stabilizers on our RV and he arrived. promptly and had them fixed within minutes. Brice fixed my RV that the dealership could NOT in 3 attempts. He even made sure my portable generator was putting out the correct amps.

Squeezed me in to take care of a roof leak. Pointed out other things and told.me how to fix them myself to save money. Very personable. Highest possible recommendation.

Brice like most of the Motorhome repair shops we called were booked three weeks to two months but I explained the electrical/generator/power issues we were having and he squeezed us in on a Saturday at lunchtime. He diagnosed and troubleshot from the incoming electrical connection to the converter, inverter and generator to the Power panel inside the motorhome. It turned out to be a small switch that was a disconnect for the 12 V battery inside the coach. He was very professional, knew what he are doing and explained everything to a retired plumber so that I could understand it… I will be using him from now on and you should too!

Bryce is awesome, came out and was able to quickly knock out some axle maintenance prior to a long haul. He noticed some quick fixes and had some advice to increase the longevity of our RV. The fact that he comes to you and you don’t even need to be there is extremely convenient. Highly recommend

Outstanding service. Called back, showed up on time, tested our slide out system and found the problem in short order. Rather than upsell a bunch of unnecessary charges, he showed us how to replace the slide motor if we wanted. Gave us the choice to save $$$ or have the work done. Professional and customer oriented.

Requested a mobile appointment to check a leak on the roof and had an easy opportunity to oversell me on things I didn’t need, this is obviously not how they do business because he gave me a very honest answer and definitely made a customer in the future if I actually do have anything major that pops up

Tidewater RV & Trailer Services, Brice & Brian - craftsman, reliable and fairly priced. They have replaced a furnace and a slide-out topper for me. You will not find a better mobile service in Tidewater.

Brice was great. I called on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend and he was able to fit me in that day. Very professional and was able to diagnose my problem. He provided some feedback, did the work, and also gave me suggestions to do some other work myself to save me a few dollars. Although my issue could have easily been avoided he never made me feel bad about it. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Can't recommend any RV service provider more highly than Tidewater RV and Trailer Services. Owner/Operator Bryce was highly responsive to phone and text messages and prompt, professional, and courteous upon arrival. He quickly went to work and had a clear and obvious grasp of all of the systems on my 2016 MBS Forester and was able to resolve the AC issue I had and answer several other questions and concerns as well. As a bonus to his highly knowledgeable and affable service - he had more competitive pricing than the "Big Shop" local providers. All around great value and the only RV tech I will use from here on out. A trusted high integrity service provider is worth their weight in gold and hard to find these days. Highly recommend this company for your camper needs. They made it so easy! They came to us! No trouble at all and very accommodating.

It is ALWAYS tough finding a good RV Repair that doesn't over-charge for their services because they know it is something you need and you don't know anyone in the area. I shopped 6 different RV Repair shops and zeroed in on Tidewater because their website was up to date and their rates were fair. My research and intuition paid off.
Tidewater RV services was fantastic. Firstly, Mrs. Tidewater RV always answered the phone when I called and from the get-go was more than upfront about pricing and was always contacted me about scheduling. Mr. Tidewater RV was punctual and always kept in touch ( I never felt ghosted). His knowledge of RV's was excellent. When both of the A/C units were not working, he literally went out of his way to fix one of my A/C units before the miserable weekend with record high heat and humidity hit. He saved me from sleeping outside for several nights.
I am not saying the Tidewater RV is the cheapest but if you are looking for knowledgeable RV service that cares and charges a fair rate, Tidewater RV & Trailer Services is a No-Brainer.

Tidewater RV was outstanding. The customer service was superb and the communication by the team was really excellent. I always knew what the plan was, when the install date was, and during install I received updates. All the work was done at our house too. We had a second AC installed and it looks great! I highly recommend Tidewater RV.

Today Brice Freeman came out to repair broken wiring in my Dometic Weather Pro awning on our 2017 Newmar Motorhome.
Brice was very efficient, polite & professional.
My awning now functions as designed.

They corrected a water leak and installed the max air vent. Great prices and friendly. They worked me into their busy schedule and have earned a customer for life.

This young man was kind enough to come out and assess a trailer that we were thinking about buying. He checked everything, top to bottom. Had them install a new vent cover and look over my RV for any issues. Everytime I thought there might be an issue, he checked and advised what to do. He never sold me anything I didn't want. I'd have him back for any RV problem or upgrade, my very first call from now on.

I called all over town trying to find someone to take a look at my automatic step in my mobile home. Brice was able to accommodate me in a timely matter and was able to quickly diagnoses and fix the problem. He and his wife were personable as well as professional, and very efficient. They stayed in communication with me regarding my appointment schedule and he was there on time. I found the service to be reasonably priced and I will definitely use them again in the future.

This team was the most knowledgeable, friendly, expedient, quality service folks I have ever worked with. Not only were they able to do routine maintenance, they replaced trim, bladders, plumbing, rims, installed a new ladder, new solar panel/system and sealed our roof. All this from our driveway. They educated us in many things regarding our RV and its maintenance. These guys traveled from VB, Norfolk and to the Outer Banks to accommodate everyone in one day. Will avoid the black hole called RV service garages from now on!

Great service. Tech called first AND arrived when he said he would. Knowledge was superb. I had an ongoing brake issue and tech diagnosed and repaired quickly. Hourly fee was average, but service fee was much lower than others. Hope I never have to call again, but I will differently call Tidewater RV.

I called with the expectation of getting mediocre service from a mobile repair shop. I was mistaken. The response was fast and they worked me into their schedule without the hassle of me having to pull my rig all over the 757. I cannot recommend them enough. We are full time RVers.
Guys came on a Saturday in the rain to fix my furnace fan that had failed. I was able to sit nearby to watch. They had no problem with that. They both evaluated how to get the unit out the best way. During the process they made sure everything worked, even taking the cover off again to be sure. They made sure I heard it running as it is supposed to as well.
I’m very satisfied in the job done and will use Tidewater RV again in the near future!
