My project started out a little rough, but once I voiced my concerns, it was taken care of. A team came out and completed the project with a smile and great attitude. The project was completed and the workmanship was top notch.

Cristhian was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He didn’t waste time. He explained the process and what he thought the problem was and the gave some advice to help in the future.

I had a full list of jobs that I needed support with. From the initial contact to the lists completion, Ace was friendly, professional, and respectful. Cristhian replaced the exhaust fan in my bathroom, and when we went in the attic, he pointed out the a/c duct had a gap. He fixed that and the loose step on my attic steps. He also did drywall repair, replaced a faucet and a light fixture, and put towel bars in the bathroom. He cleaned up after every job before he went to the next. He even had a portable vacuum to remove dust/debris. While he was working, a supervisor came by to see if he needed anything and checked in with me. At the end of the day, after completing my list, and a few things added on, Cristhian was telling me what a great company Ace was to work with. He said he liked the way everyone worked as a team and treated him like family. What a positive way to run a business and retain excellent employees. Was it cheap? No. Was it worth it? Absolutely.

Had a small drywall work repair done. Jeff was detailed and did a quality terrific job! Beware of a heft service charge and msrk-up on materials.

I had water leaking from beneath my door and was worried the fix would be much more involved but Jeff did a wonderful, fast job. Incredibly friendly and great service all around.

I want to give a shout out to Ace Handyman Services for living up to their name! From the time I made the initial call (Thank you Monea!) to the completion of the tasks, Ace went above & beyond the call of duty. Dylan Enke & Jeffery Young were very professional, prompt and thorough. They had a tough job to do in not-so-wonderful conditions (the temperatures outside were in the 90's), got my deck power washed and stained. Dylan even made sure there were extra coats for durability. I also had a fence that needed repair and staining. Cristhian Romero & Dominic Hildreth helped knock out the job along with Dylan Enke. The fence looks fantastic and I won't be hearing complaints from my HOA. Thanks guys, I will definitely call ACE for future jobs.
We additionally had many small tidy-ups (drywall repair, painting, painting, and more painting all over the house...thank you Cristhian Romero! Very professional...took his time and everything looks like new.

ACE Handyman Services is great to work with from initial contact to scheduling to a flawless execution by Ben. Ben did a great job with drilling a foundation hole for running electrical wires that needed to be hidden for a low voltage wiring job. Thanks ACE, great work!

2nd project with Ace recently completed. Once again Dylan did an outstanding job of painting roof vents, and a pergola along with needed exterior sealing. His work quality is excellent and exceeded my expectations.

We had such a hard time getting help to put our siding back onto our house. The people we called never came out charged us 3 times as much. Ben and Dylan came on time, did the job under where they said it should and charged us a very fair price. They were respectful and kind and did a great job.

Ben went above and beyond. One of our shudders came down from a previous repair and the pins were lost. Ben brought pins and even went to the store to match the paint so the new pins matched. Refused a tip as this was under warranty from a previous repair. Great guy

They were able to handle everything from toilet installation, fence repairs, wood rot, and replacing some shower heads. Ben has done fantastic work knocking out a long punch list of things that needed to be done, across the spectrum from minor repairs to removing columns. He also noticed things I hadn't and provided sound advice about how/what to fix. He was always right on time and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services.

This was my first time using Ace Handyman and it was exceptional. My technician Don was punctual, professional, and did excellent work repairing some drywall in one of my bathrooms.

Ben Stone came out and repaired the drawer on Childs dresser. While he was here he also fixed a door which wasn’t latching closed securely. He was skilled, courteous and friendly. I have been very happy with Ace Handyman services and will continue to use them in the future

Excellent first experience with Ace Handyman and Ben Stone. Arrived on-time with task list. Reviewed list and turned him loose. Ben was very good about checking before doing any work that had been specifically discussed and explaining what work was being done and why. Look forward to working with him in the future.

Update: I am updating my review to 5 stars. After posting my initial 2-star review, the owner promptly reached out to make things right. He sent one of his supervisors, Ben, to address the issues. Ben was exceptionally charismatic and professional. He quickly resolved the problems with the original work and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Thanks to their excellent customer service, I would happily choose ACE again in a heartbeat.

It has taken me some time to write this review because I’ve been debating whether to share my experience. I used ACE Handyman Services in October 2023. While communication via email and text was wonderful, the quality of the work left much to be desired.

My assigned handyman was nice, but looking back, the work was subpar, and I truly regret paying for it.

Project 1: I asked the handyman to hang three pictures in my office, centered on the wall. Instead, he centered them to the couch, leaving multiple unnecessary holes in my newly painted walls that needed to be patched and repainted. He did adjust them when I pointed it out, but the result was still disappointing: one picture isn’t at the same height as the others, and they don’t stay in place.

Project 2: In my guest room, I asked him to hang four lightweight canvas pictures. At first, they looked okay, but I later realized the screws weren’t properly secured. They’ve since come loose, and the pictures are uneven.

Project 3: A large canvas in the dining room was hung. While it’s still level, the right side looks like it’s coming off the wall and it is only hanging on by one screw.

Project 4: The handyman repaired the fan/vent in the guest bathroom, but the next day I discovered the light switch no longer worked. Thankfully, ACE sent a different handyman (Stephanos) to fix the issue, and he resolved it quickly.

While Stephanos demonstrated great skill and professionalism, my overall experience with ACE Handyman Services was disappointing. I now have to hire someone else to redo most of the work.

I hope ACE considers this feedback to ensure better service.

This was our second time using Ace Handyman and having Jeff help us out with installing some drapery rods for two windows and then helping to hang the drapes for each window. He also installed a towel rod in a bathroom, and installed hangers in our garage and laundry room to get all of the tools and cleaning items up off the floor. Jeff did an outstanding job in a two hour period. We are so pleased with how organized everything looks! Thank you Jeff and Ace Handyman! Wonderful job and we’ll be calling them again.

Jeff was great. Fixed an electrical outlet, installed a shower head, and adjusted a cabinet door. He also gave us sound advice about following up with our builder on a few structural issues.

had the team from Ace Handyman of Ashburn at my home today to repair a few small items and they were amazing. From the time I booked the appointment, the staff confirmed everything, reminded me what parts to purchase for our repair, called on their way that morning and did an excellent job repairing the items in my home. They were very respectful of our home, cleaned up around themselves and completed the work in the time allotted. I will have them back again for sure!
