I hired Home Hero’s for my pre-drywall inspection for my new home and I couldn’t be more pleased! He was hones, upfront, and knowledgeable which I greatly appreciated because I am naive to the process! His fees were honest, flat and upfront and never changing unlike some of the other inspectors I looked into hiring! We used Adam to perform the home inspection for our purchase of a 200+ year old home. We could not have been more pleased with his service. I originally reached out to Adam at Home Hero Inspections because I found his company on a list of others and then saw all of these five-star reviews, which is wild since people usually come here to complain (including me). Well here I am adding one more to his collection. First off, Adam was willing to accommodate a weird inspection window provided by the builder. Secondly, he got the report to me the same afternoon of his inspection. And lastly, the project manager told me to thank Adam for him because Adam found a broken truss that their inspector missed. All in all it was a great experience and we will definitely be reaching out to Adam for our 11-month warranty inspection!

I have worked in light construction for 15 years and Looked at a property twice before calling Adam with Home Hero Inspections. I wanted that house to be perfect but missed every issue Adam found half of which were the sort of thing I have experience dealing with. You need a trained eye. Adam is a fun guy to work with. In my inspections, he was always well into the inspection before I arrived. He will greet you and have you look around while he takes notes. Then before you leave he will go over the whole house and yard covering everything and sends you a report later. I was ready to lock in a deal when Adam saved me.
