Super diligent. Noticed the vent was empty but stuck around for 30 mins to ensure it was completely empty. There was a lot of wet lent that dislodged and it wouldn’t have been found if he were not a perfectionist.

Outstanding and quick service during a routine dryer maintenance call. The team identified an issue with the mesh covering on the exterior of the household, causing a massive lint build up, and rectified the issue. Would absolutely recommend their services and plan to do the using in the future.

Simo walked through the whole process and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his approach to what I needed, versus a salesman trying to get me to add different services. We bought a townhouse with a long dryer vent run and a stacked washer drier. Multiple companies would not clean the vent because of these factors. K&K would service it. Darvin and Cesar were efficient and polite. They found where the dryer vent outlet was and explained that we had a smart dryer that would quit running if there was a vent blockage. Service was expensive but the education I received on our set up was worth it.

Nick, Isaac and Bougain did a great job cleaning out my dryer duct and vent which was very clogged. They left the area clean after they were done. I was told they were running a special for $159 but that only covers 6 ft of duct hose. Cost an additional $139 for the extra 14 feet. Seems a bit steep to me, hence the 4 stars.

Simo did a wonderful job cleaning our dryer vent. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable- answered all of my questions and offered helpful advice.

K&K Personel (two individuals) came. They fit me in same day afternoon when I called and I appreciated that very much. They knew what to do, and it only took about ten minutes or so to clean out the lint clogging the dryer operation. My advice to those like me who do a lot of the care of house maintenance themselves is this. Although seemingly a simple process to clear out the duct leading out of a dryer, and ours was in the basement one level below ground, a person would not want to get something stuck in the duct pipe by doing the process oneself with improper tools. So this can be a very useful service if you make sure your cost is in the $ 80 - $ 130 dollar range. If you want immediate service requiring special arrangements, then you may pay 50 % or more over the base rate I saw advertised, which is $ 129. Obviously, for more involved duct work, cost may be higher. I strongly suggest a person negotiate the actual cost for any service originating from online searches, over the phone or online before a service person arrives.

They really care about the work they do, they went above and beyond and have completely earned our business in the future. Its crazy how much better our dryer works and recommend using K&K for any duct/dryer vent cleaning.
