David just came to our campsite and fixed EVERYTHING on our list of RV problems! He fixed both inside and outside issues! Significant and minor issues are now all fixed. He replaced our water pump, and readjusted the brackets for the ladder to the loft so it could be used while the couch was pulled out into a bed. He asked, "What next?" after each issue. He didn't rush us. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He has affordable rates!

Called to see if parts were available and if he could test to confirm problem. After telling him my suspicions and steps I already took, he took the time to explain what I needed to do. Excellent service, professional, and courteous. Unfortuneately, he didn't carry the part I needed, but he still helped me. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book. Thanks for all the help.

After talking on the phone and scheduling a visit to assess work needed, I could not get ahold of him again. On the phone he seemed honest, polite, and knowledgable. A Day prior to my appointment I called to confirm next day appointment, I couldn't leave a voicemail as the inbox was full. The day of the appointment I got off work early and called to let him know I was available, no answer but ai was able to leave a voicemail. I called a couple more times throughout the afternoon and evening with no answer. I never received a call back and the service never happened. So waited 5 days and unltimately just dove in and did the work myself on a system i was very uncomfortable working on. These might be great folks with a quality operation but my experience is that they are unreliable, unresponsive, and they wasted my time.

We were stuck in the Rte 13 Toll Plaza CBBT Rest Stop just north of the entry to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Tunnel on the Delmarva side. The jacks were not operating properly on our Class A RV, thereby preventing us from traveling. We called Williams RV early am on a Saturday and they took the call and responded by 9 am. They showed up with a large service vehicle and quickly made temporary repairs, which allowed us to continue on. Thank you!

Cameron and Lynn came out and fixed a broken toilet valve and water leak, broken rv stairs and a damaged compartment door. They were professional, knowledgeable and made efficient use of their time here. Great value for great service. Will 100% recommend!

Williams RV provided quick and professional “on-site mobile” service when our RV slide broke. The owner, Lynn, and his wife repaired the motor without issue. Highly recommend this business when traveling through the Chesapeake, Virginia Beach or Norfolk area.

Lynn and Robbin arrived on time. Corrected a wiring issue that had been badly mishandled by 2 previous rv techs on our heat pumps and did an additional wiring of a gfi outlet. Worth every penny!! I can't say enough good things about Williams rv repair.

Did not have power in RV. The owner was able to fit us in his schedule and troubleshoot and fix the problem quickly. He found and removed a defective power cord reel. Excellent service! One of the Best!

They explained everything that they might run into, kept me up to speed on progress, were reasonably priced, all were curtious and professional. I definitely would use their services again.

They did a fantastic job replacing the fresh water tank drain on our class A, better than I expected. It never did drain very well. Drains quick now, no leaks - I can sanitize correctly again! The work was done fast, efficient, and they didn’t make me feel like I was an annoyance. Took about a month to get the appointment, but that’s not bad and to be expected - lots of campers nowadays. Busy place. 5 stars.

These people saved my 1999 RV. I needed a new roof on my 1999 36ft class A. They inspected the roof, took off the old rubber, fixed any damaged spots and put on the new roof. The roof looks beautiful and NO leaks. My whole RV looks great. Great and friendly service and the work took less time than I thought. Can’t say enough good things about this family business, they went above and beyond any expectations I had.

This man was awesome. We could not get our gas water heater working and he was out of town but allowed me to send him pics of the water heater and walked us through getting it on since it was a simple fix.

Excelent experience. On time, reasonable and had everything he needed to do the job. Would not hesitate to have them back should the need arise.

I had a wheel bearing go bad on my travel trailer..I called them Friday afternoon November 6th at about 2:15 and left a message about my issue with the trailer. I received a call back around 4:00. They said they would be at the campground i was staying at on Saturday morning between 10 and 11 a.m. They arrived at 9:15 a.m.,diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed by 10:30. Very professional and knowledgeable . Highly recommended them for service work.

Called the phone number on a Sunday around 5:30pm.
The owner practically yelled at me about it being "Sunday evening" and he only takes emergency calls. A completely reasonable position. His delivery, however, was utterly and completely disrespectful.
Unacceptable.

Give your money to somebody who respects their customers. Go somewhere else, I did.

Williams RV consistently provides great service! They are my "go to" shop anytime I need something repaired on my RV.

The owner of Williams RV saved our camping trip. After arriving at our campground and plugging in our camper to the water, our RV became flooded due to a broken valve. It was after hours, but I called and left a message. The owner called me back within minutes, I texted him pictures of the part needed and he checked to see if he had it in stock. He did, and he had the part already out on the counter for us when my husband arrived when the shop opened in the morning. He took time to also answer all of our questions and provide advice on other problem areas of our camper. Would use this family-owned business again for sure and definitely recommend it over any other RV service in the Chesapeake/Norfolk/Va Beach area.

We hàd a very good response during the July 4 week from Williams. Honest, fair and tells it like it is. During a very busy time they worked us in and it was so appreciated.

Since stumbling upon Williams RV a few years ago, we wouldn’t patronize another RV service center! This family owned and operated small business is phenomenal in every aspect! Integrity, superior knowledge of EVERYTHING RV, customer service, they own it ALL! The education we’ve received is invaluable. And they are friendly and genuine. On-site mobile repair or in-shop. Spoke to the owner when he was at our campground repairing someone else's RV. He said he charges $400 to repack my wheel bearings on site. I agreed and he said he'd try to fit me in on about ten days. I made plans tentatively. Two weeks and five calls later all I get is maybes and "let-me-get-back-to-you"s. Also, the first guy still hasn't gotten the repair HE already paid for! I would have preferred an honest "Sorry, we're booked solid".
Now, even though at a fraction of the cost, I'll have to hook up and drive the camper in to ANOTHER mechanic to have this done. Then back to the same campsite.
DON'T trust this man's word. These other reviews must have been written by this guy himself.

This is the guy to bring your RV to. After several visits to one of the newer dealers in Chesapeake either not fixing the problem are damaging my RV, I was referred to Williams. You will be hard pressed to find a better RV repair facility in Hampton Roads

We were having issues with our battery not keeping a charge, replaced them several times before we took it to Lynn, he knew exactly what the problem was.
Fixed the automatic levels, changed out 6 tires in an expedited amount of time.
You can't beat their professional, friendly and quality service.
He will be our go to man for future service.

I have used Williams RV Service twice. Once for an awning replacement and the second for new tires. He even helped me with my hot water heater. If in Hampton Roads call Williams Rv.

Williams RV Service is the most experienced and trustworthy service in the eastern Virginia area. Annual servicing, resealed RV Roof, no misleading, no hassle, great friendly people. I will not recommend any other over them.

Came back to my rv after work,saw that I had running water in the hallway and called Williams and they were already on the campground. They came by after a long day and helped me out , it was an unbelievable experience. Great people very knowledgeable. Thanks

Mr. And Mrs. Williams made our experience fast, easy and affordable. They were very friendly and assuring during a stressful time for us. I called this morning and told them one of the lift arms were broke on our pop up. We had it to them at 10:30 and they had it ready by 3:00. I recommend them to anyone with camper repair needs.

I bought a 2012 Skyline from Synder's RV in Virginia Beach VA in September. I took it out the second weekend I owned it. The hot water heater would not work properly. The pilot kept going out and the main flame sounded like fire crackers most of the time. I had taken it back to Snyder's 4 times over the next 3 months and left it with them weeks at a time. They were unable to fix the problem and I was unable to use my camper during this time.
I called Williams and spoke to Lynn. He seemed very knowledgeable and confident he could fix the problem. When I took the camper to him he was able to work with Atwood the manufacturer of the water heater and get it replaced.
I had my camper back within a week which included time for the replacement component to be delivered. It works great. I will only let Williams work on my camper from now on.
