I experienced Mike as being open and honest regarding my roof repair options to save me money, as well as meet the immediate needs that I had. Once we settled on a solution, he got the work scheduled and done right away.

Mike did a great job walking me through the process of replacing my vent jacks and assuring my roof was buttoned up, prior to installing solar panels. It was a small job and Mike took great care and pride in his work. He also took the time to quote a metal roof, which we eventually will want to add at a later date. TRock for the win!

Mr.Mike was honest, other inspection guys told me that my roof is completely damaged, when I called mike for second opinion he came to me on a weekend did a thorough inspection and said there is no damage on my roof and explained each and every thing in detail, I highly Redmond Mr.Mike and his roofing company.

Mike Potocki was our contractor with T-Rock, and we couldn't have been happier with him. Most contractors will never reach out, and the customer has to do all the chasing. That was not the case with Mike. He gave regular updates, listened to and addressed all my concerns, arrived the morning of the storm that busted up our home, and personally put tarps on our roof and skylight until the work could begin. He delivered on every promise he made, and he was kind to us all along the way. The project took about a month to complete in total, and it included a complete new roof, siding and soffit repairs, flashing repairs, and skylight repairs. My guess is I could have gotten the job done for a little cheaper than I did, but honestly that little extra was worth having Mike there making sure things went well all along the way. I've had roofing work done before, and this experience was far better than those I've had in the past.

Mike P was awesome during this whole experience. He was always prompt to return calls and let me know the plan. His roofers and gutter crew were top notch and did a great job! They were efficient and cleaned up when they were done. I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them without a doubt!

I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my time but I’ve never met anyone as honest as Mike and this company in my life. Mike Potocki at T-Rock Roofing was very reliable and professional. I had a leak in my my brand new roof that needed to be looked at. He came to my house on time and did a very thorough inspection. He even took a drone out on the roof to inspect hard to reach areas where the pitch of the roof was too dangerous to climb. He could have just given me a quote and been on his way. Instead, he was honest and went above and beyond to explain to me to ask my builder to come out and take a look at the roof. Mike told me exactly what to tell my builder so that the roof can be fixed properly. Since the roof was brand new, Mike explained that the roof should be fixed for free by the builder. I did what he said, and sure enough, my roof now has no problems. Mikes an honest person and will not sell you on things you don’t need. I can’t recommend him enough!
