I highly recommend considering T Rock Roofing for your next home repair project. My roof needed to be replaced after the hail storms last spring. Senior Project Manager Mike Potocki did an outstanding job navigating the insurance claim and repair process. He handled pretty much everything after the initial claim was filed. The contractors he uses and the work they do are fantastic. Throughout the project I decided to do some extra upgrades to my home and Mike was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. Excellent customer service and he always responded promptly whenever I had questions. Very happy with the entire experience!

Let me start by saying Mike Potocki and his crew at T-Rock Roofing just did an awesome job replacing our roof yesterday 10/17/24. Mike Potocki with T-Rock Roofing was the only one out of the three I called explaining how I had a shingle on the ground and was looking for potential roof replacement was concerned enough to offer to send someone out to temporarily get the shingle back up ASAP, or do whatever to prevent any potential damage inside knowing rain was in the forecast for the following week. He explained all the steps in what T-Rock Roofing does. Mikes crew was awesome afterwards in cleaning up and leaving the grounds looking as before they started. We are very satisfied we chose T-Rock Roofing from the bid process to finish product. Awesome job guys!

Chad Stucki and his wife Gabi from T-Rock Roofing did an outstanding job handling my hail damage claim from our spring storm of 2023. They worked directly with my insurance company to work through all of the different issues in regards to initial estimates all the way through the final invoice. There were no surprises, no unexpected cost, only honest answers, and professional results. I would absolutely recommend them for your roofing needs.

The response was quick, the work happened when they said it would, and the roofing crew was absolutely incredible and efficient. I’ve never been through this process before, but the people from T Rock and their contractors were fantastic and helpful.

I could not be more impressed and thankful to T-Rock or to my contractor Chad Stucki. A true professional, he was timely, thorough and returned our hail damaged home to pre storm condition. As my claim proceeded he worked closely with my insurance company and the adjuster to ensure all required work was accomplished. I have to leave a review for this company. I recently had a tree fall on my roof and tried to contact my ( at the time ) roofer and got no answer or call back so my wife called T-Rock. The people here were kind and prompt. Came at the time that was promised and left my house as if it was never damaged. I will continue to use and recommend them to anyone who asks.

We were out town when the hail storm hit our home in Flower Mound. Taylor and Connor came to our house that evening. They surveyed the damage
and secured five windows on the house that were shattered. Forty Eight hours after that, they had removed the damaged windows, and installed new ones. It was pretty incredible how fast they got things done! A week later the insurance adjuster estimated the damage. Within days of receiving our estimate the new roof, and gutters, we’re installed. Following that, damaged trim was repaired and painted. The job
finished up shortly thereafter with the installation of new garage doors. Taylor and Connor did all of the leg work to get permits from Flower Mound, and approval from our HOA. My wife
was so impressed, she complimented their work on our neighborhood community FB page. From start to finish we never had to worry about anything! Taylor and Connor did a great job and we would highly recommend their work and their company T-Rock!!!

T Rock is an amazing service oriented company. As customers, we may have the option to choose between multiple providers but then, to have a company that is willing to listen, provides amazing and consistent quality of service/work, this becomes a full package from a consumer perspective. Aaron, Brandon and the entire staff at TRock are fantastic folks and they truly understand the needs of a customer!! I would highly recommend them for all your roofing and related needs.

There is certainly a lot to like about T Rock and I do not discount the feelings of people about them. However, it should be noted that T Rock hires sub-contractors that do not carry workers compensation for their people. The world can only become a better place when business's people place justice above the god of profits - not that profits are not important, but they are not the most important. Roofing is a dangerous vocation, and I am grateful for the people who provide this service (who are not T Rock employees). Accidents happen and that is why quality firms hire subcontractors who insure against this risk for the benefit of their people. If you are considering a roofing company my suggestion is to insist upon proof of coverage of the marketing company (T Rock in this instance) for both General Liability and workers compensation. Further, the actual roofer is a subcontractor in this instance "Ayala Roofing" who does not provide workers compensation for their people. In my opinion, a reputable marketing firm should demand in their due diligence proper insurance from their sub-contractors and be able to produce such evidence to prospects. There are other firms who can provide such evidence and privately I am more than happy to share their names but here publicly it is not appropriate. Once again, my personal interactions with the T Rock were just fine and they seem genuinely competent, but they are not doing what a good GC should do in my view. They hire good sub's, that is clear, what is also clear is that they hire sub's who do not insure against the risk of a hazardous vocation.

T-Rock is such a great company to work with. They are very reputable and dependable. Living in North Texas we have issues with our roof due to hail every couple of years. Our advisor has been Mark Strong and he always gets the job done properly. He answers the phone when you call and is punctual with appts. Couldn’t ask for a better roofing company and advisor to work with.

Adrian was professional, courteous, and went the extra mile for us. We saw some shingles on the driveway, and put a call into a few roofers for inspection. T Rock was the only one to call back, and came out with 24 hrs. We had more damage than I realized, so they tarped up the roof in the meantime. They worked entirely with insurance - I never had to get involved. And they helped replace our gutters even though insurance didn’t want to pay for it. Amazing service!

We contacted T Rock to do several projects around my mothers house. Brandon was very informative and kept us in the loop during the entire process while dealing with the insurance company, even when the insurance company was being less than cooperative. Brandon was able to get a substantial amount more for repairs to my mothers house than we had initially anticipated. The crew used to redo the siding on the house were very personable, professional, and efficient. They cleared their work area and kept the area around house clear from debris, daily. They finished the siding, taking the old siding off, prepping for the new siding, putting the new siding on, and painting the new siding in less than a week.
The roofers came and completely tore off the old roof and put the new one on in less than a day. We had gutters put on the house and are very pleased at the additional aesthetic upgrade at such a reasonable cost. We also had got new window screens, some of which had to be fabricated due to the age of the house and the installer was very courteous and personable towards me and my mom.
Brandon was a pleasure to deal with and every crew that came to do their share of the project showed respect towards the property and were efficient in their work. We’ve already referred T Rock to other people. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was performed and the communication between us and Brandon!

TROCK was the easiest and fastest company we have every used when having to replace a roof due to our seasonal storms. Mark was our contractor and from day 1 he dealt with all of insurance issues and made sure our schedule was not interrupted while contractors were working on our home. The work was started and completed and when promised. I would definitely use this local company again.

I ended up calling multiple locations and this company was the quickest to respond and show up at my property. I had damage from the Highwinds in Dallas recently and my shingles blew off. I had a 12 foot piece that came right off the roof. Luckily this company came out and were able to repair this super cheap and I am a really satisfied customer. I highly recommend using this company to repair your roof!!!

Our office had flooded during the snow storm and in under an hour Glen Posey and his team were on site moving stuff out and getting all of the water removed from our office. Their fast response time saved our company from even further damage. Glen has been with us every step of the way during our remodel process. BUYER BEWARE!!! Might be a good roofing company but steer clear if you are hiring them for house/building reconstruction and renovation. My office building was severely damaged in the winter storm in February 2021. I hired T-Rock who stated that they would take care of the entire process A-Z. After hiring them and then turning away other water mitigation companies, I was informed by the General Contractor (GC) that the owner of T-Rock was not williing to expose their company to the "liability" of performing the water mitigation for my tenant's side of the building since they conducted Covid testing. No one including my insurance agent, insurance adjuster and attorney could understand what "liability" T-Rock would be exposed to in this situation. I then had to scramble to hire a separate company to perform the water mitigation and to perform the initial 4 foot flood-cuts to the walls of my building. The initial flood cuts performed by the other company were done professionally with even cuts, making replaciement of the dry wall easy. During the entire process with T-Rock, there was always an excuse for the delays in the work that needed to be done. I never met any professional employees of their company.....The "professional" movers for the contents of my building consisted of the GC and his personal friend using a rented U-Haul trailer connected to the T-Rock truck. However, my insurance company was charged for professional movers. The additional demo of my building, beyond the initial demo performed by the water mitigation company, looked like my buidling was vandalized and was not performed professionally. Subsequent contractors from the insurance company as well as the contractor from my present construction company commented on how unprofessional the additional demo work had been performed. In my opinion, T-Rock's goal was to make more money from the project by performing more demolition than had been approved by the insurance company and coming up with other ways to pad their bill at the expense of not progressing with my project and getting me back into my building and back to my profession. In 8 weeks, I never met the owner or any other employee other than the GC until I fired the company and requested a meeting with the owner. Honestly, just too many red flags to note in this review about this company. Just an overall bad experience and would not recommend this company.

Update: In response to my negative review of their company above, one of the employees of T-Rock, Alex Kornikova, posted a negative, fraudulent and libelous review of my medical practice as retaliation for my negative review. Alex nor any member of his family have been patients of mine. I contacted Aaron Sadler, owner of the company, who was well aware of the fraudulent review and tried to use it as leverage for me to remove my negative review of their company. Asking me repeatedly to come to his office to discuss. Nothing to discuss since Alex’s review was an outright lie since he never was a patient, whereas my review was a truthful account of this company from my prospective as their customer. I contacted Google about T-Rock’s false review of my practice. In addition, because Mr. Sadler would not have his employee delete his false review, I responded to their review of my company by calling out T-Rock and their unethical practices. Miraculously, their review disappeared from Google. Just another example of the unethical behavior of this company and the owner Aaron Sadler.

I had leaky roof after all of these rainy days. I called T Rock Roofing Company and Doyle was super helpful and professional to work with. He came to my house the next day and everything was fixed in a timely manner.

Doyle inspected the roof and fixed it immediately. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. We are very pleased. I highly recommend T Rock for all the roofing needs.

If you are looking for a solid company who can actually get your roof fixed, T Rock is the company to call. I had an issue with the flashing of my roof that let’s water in, and they showed up the next day, fixed the issue with a warranty to repair any future leaks if it happens. I highly recommend this company, they are very solid, and is also a veteran owned business.

We had a ceiling drip during heavy rain. Doyle responded to my message in around 5 minutes and came out the next day. He showed up early, and had found the hole in a few minutes on the roof. He's pretty sure it's a bullet hole! They patched it up and will come back to replace shingle. Prompt service and a fair price, I will be calling T Rock next time I have a roof problem.

I would never use a company that allows its trucks to speed. College Street in Lewisville is 30 miles per hour, and T Rock Roofing must be doing at LEAST 40 mph. This has been addressed by our neighborhood before but their priority is to risk lives with their reckless driving. We have many school buses picking up children and it's shocking at their lack of care.

During one of the recent storms, I had a tab tear off of a shingle near the top of my roof. Bob with T Rock Roofing came out the day after I called and put a new shingle in place and did a check around the rest of the roof to make sure everything was in order. I fully expected to pay $200.00 but Bob told me after he was finished that it would be free of charge since it was a quick repair. Not only that, but he told me to contact him in the future if I needed any assistance with my roof so he could swing by and take a look. I felt like I was speaking to a good neighbor more than anything. He did a great job, was personable, timely and professional.

These guys clearly place an emphasis on building long-term relationships with their customers rather than trying to make a quick dollar.

Rest assured I will be recommending this team to anyone looking to have roof work done with a company that has integrity, and I will only contact them for my own roofing needs going forward.

We recently purchased a home which currently had a T Rock roof on it. Turns out after a hail storm our roof was totaled. I found the paperwork regarding the warranty and called Mark who did the roof. He was over here within 2 hours to inspect the entire roof. He was very professional, currently it is in the Insurance hands but will be using T Rock to redo the roof once it is completed.

From start to finish T Rock Roofing was OUTSTANDING!!!! Spoke with Aaron on my first phone call, very knowledgeable and friendly. He had Mark out to my home to walk my roof and provide an inspection and quote for replacement within hours of calling and speaking to him. Marc was so helpful and quick to respond to each and every question I had along the way. One week later, we have a BEAUTIFUL roof. No surprises, no debris what so ever left behind and the crew was AMAZING!!! Finished before the severe thunderstorm hit. My family will use T Rock again without hesitation!

We've had T Rock come work on some smaller repair projects at our house a few times. Their quotes consistently beat other competitors and they have done quality work in a timely manner! We'll use them when we need a new roof for sure! The wood work job done on the house was superb.

T Rock redid our chimney and did a good job on the repairs. Work was done professionally and it looks great. Doyle was good to work with.

During the winter storm, we had a pipe leaking from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom. They said they were general contractors and would come out. The first plumber was 6 hours later than we were told which we get, but then he says they can’t fix it and will return between 9-10am the next morning with some different equipment. Ok. Next morning, no one shows up. After multiple text exchanges, T Rock shows ups 4-5 hours late. He tells us the plumbers are on their way just getting supplies. He even “talks” to them in the phone in front of us. He gives an estimate and leaves. The plumbers again do not show up for 4+ hours. When they do, they obviously did not go get supplies because the “plumber” makes 3 trips to Home Depot and buys the same part that he took with him each time. Fast forward a week and I have a different plumbing company out for a different issue. I ask them to take a look and guess what. We were told that what was “fixed” wasn’t even the issue. And that what they did was a temporary fix. They cut our drywall in 2 places, used a temporary fix, and it wasn’t even necessary. So, we had to pay the new plumber to fix what we had already paid for. Now, the guy from T Rock won’t even respond to my complaint. And we still have drywall holes. They scammed us during a winter storm. DO NOT USE THEM! If they are willing to take advantage of someone during an emergency, I wouldn’t trust them to do it right under regular circumstances.

My issue is with the fact that whoever was driving the T Rick truck today that forced their way into traffic off a side road, and then forced their way through 2 more lanes of traffic to turn on 2499 is an idiot. They cut of the first person, then cut off more people just so they could make it through the yellow light. If other people weren’t observant to their idiocracy, I would have been stuck behind a pile up. The acceleration used to cut people off would have caused multiple injuries. Maybe they should care more about the people they are around. Maybe be a functional member f society. That was approximately 12:45 pm on 1/9/21.

Matthew Alva really took care of us! We had some pretty bad squirrel damage to our roof. Matthew came out, found some other wind damage and got us a really great quote. That was on a Thursday. Imagine how shocked I was when he called us on a Saturday to say he could have a crew out there in 30 minutes!

The two-man crew did an excellent job at repairs and cleaned up after themselves. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. We will definitely use T Rock Roofing for all of future roofing needs.

I did not dislike the quality of their solar screens. I am pleased with the solar screens, however, I had them installed in April of 2019 and just found out in July of 2020 that they had never received my payment!! I paid immediately in 2019 as soon as I was billed . They had a payment system called JOIST and it was not set up yet to receive payments from their customers. So a year and half later I get a phone call from Todd asking me when can you pay this outstanding bill ? I am like what are you talking about? I paid this in April of 2019 ! To make a long story short my payment was refunded to me in June of 2019 . I will take some of the blame because I should have paid more attention to my emails and the deposit that was put back into my special account. Why were they not following up in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days ?? A YEAR AND HALF LATER they are contacting me ? So on August 6th 2020 I mailed a certified cashier's check to their Lewisville office on 8/ 18th or 19th I found out they had not received it . The Post office looked up my tracking # and said it was sitting in the Lewisville PO waiting to be picked up ! That the PO had attempted to deliver it twice . I had to call TROCK and tell them their check was at the Post office. Not good business practice!! The gentleman I talked to on 8/17/20 was much more apologetic than Todd . He kinda laughed on the phone when we were going back and forth about this whole matter .

Mark Strong & crew did an excellent job repairing gutters and replacing shingles from satellite installation damage. We will be using him again!
