Expert, efficient, responsive and timely service provided by Max Gruene of T-Rock Roofing, DallasRoofer.com, who coordinated with the insurance company after hail damage, kept me in the loop, was easily accessible, and oversaw the replacement of my roof with a keen eye for detail, even replacing a shingle after installation that didn't look quite right. Max handled all the pesky details, including dealing with the city permit process. Kudos!

I've used T-Rock 2 times now to replace our roof due to hail. Both times I've used Mark Strong and Nick McClelland. Mark and Nick are both very trustworthy and responsive. They were very patient with our insurance provider as the process took over 1 yr in length. They fought to make sure items that should be included in the payout were even though our insurance provider did not initially include them. I strongly recommend T-Rock along with Mark and Nick.

Nick from T Rock roofing was fantastic. He showed up on time and was full of knowledge. I had a roof leak which is sometimes hard to find but Nick took the time to locate the leak. Nick and his guys are at my house now fixing the issue. I would use T Rock roofing again in a heartbeat.

We've had a 'returning' leak in our home for YEARS now. Every time it rains we sit with towels ready and mop up what we can. We've had maybe 4 companies come out and make repairs and seals. Sometimes they work for a few months but the leak inevitably returned.
We were at the end of our rope. I called a few other places and was ghosted by all of them. Then I found T-Rock based on some positive recommendations on social media. I texted Mark and he responded within ten minutes. He sent two of his crew - Nick and Alex - out the next day to come take a look. They inspected the roof and the general area, and then did an exhaustive leak test. They were the first crew to be able to positively identify the leaks. Yep. TWO leaks, not just one... both coming in at the exact same place.
Most people would have found the first leak and then quit looking. These guys kept looking and found multiple places where water was coming into our house. Imagine if they'd only located the first leak, and fixed that? Only to have the second leak continue...
Nick and Alex were professional, smart, friendly, and worked their butts of in sweltering heat to find the problem. They took their shoes off when they came into the house, scoring MAJOR points with my wife as well... and you know that's the most important part of the equation.

If you have a leak and you need it taking care of, just save yourself a bunch of pain and call these guys! If you're hesitant about calling a roofing company because you don't know if it's the roof or not, call these guys anyway. They got this!

Had a water leak during a heavy thunderstorm on the backside of my house. Water was coming in through the walls and the French door. I called Sam from T Rock Roofing as per recommendation from my neighborhood.
Within minutes, he identified the issue—not the roof, but failed caulking around the windows. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. His quote though was bit higher than the other guys which prompted me to go with them. I would recommend him for sure.

During the April wind & rain storms I discovered three roof leaks at my home around lunchtime, and by early evening Rachelle Lapino at T Rock Roofing had helped temporily cap my roof to stop further damage (it was a great relief that they could respond so quickly during emergencies). Rachelle later sent a drone to inspect my roof thoroughly and all subsequent roof plus interior repairs were done by polite and professional crew. I would definitely recommend Rachelle and her team at T Rock Roofing!

I recently received a roof inspection report from T-Rock, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that Nicholas McClelland provided. The entire process was seamless, from scheduling the inspection to receiving the detail report.

Awesome prompt and local service! We had a small leak during the downpour today. I called at 11am. Ray Holtzclaw got back to me within 20 minutes and we discussed the leak and suggested some steps to avoid any interior damage. The weather had a break and by 1pm he was at my house. He found the issue in minutes and fixed it on the spot. With a note he would come back when it was dry and make sure it sealed properly. He also noticed the area where water funneled down to a tiny Downspout and suggested I switch it to a 6” diameter and direct it away from the foundation as something I could do myself. We had a similar (exposed nail head)issue a year ago in a different spot and Ray handled that back then too with the same professional excellence.

Had some wind damage to my roof, some of the shingles had been knocked off. I Contacted T-rock roofing and Max was very professional from start to finish. Along with replacing the shingles he threw in a complimentary service of resealing exposed Nail heads. Will definitely keep them on file for future inspections/repairs!!

Spoiler alert: Nick M, my contact and sales rep made all the difference in the world, a young, energetic, honest and very responsive individual - I an sure we'll be seeing him on the cover of a business magazine.

I had interviewed about 6 conpanies to het my roof replaced, but their responses were lacking.

Enter Nick M, who called back within 10 minutes of me reaching out to the company. He set an appointment for the same day. He was running 30min late and call me before to let me know.

He was extremely knowledgeable and also patient duly answering my extensive questions. We discussed options, and details.

I received a quote the next day. Upon signing the contract Nick was willing to help me secure approval with the HOA, so we can take advantage of the current pricing before tarrifs set in.

He scheduled delivery of materials and promptly verified to ensure everything was copacetic.

The work was completed in one day - per estimate - payment options were plenty and convenient.

I had a couple of follow-up questions and he responded promptly.

I like that this is an established company, that they have great materials and options and do quality work - but I was just blown away by the professionalism of Nick M.

Nicholas McClelland it was a tremendous help in getting my roof repaired after some storms recently. I thought I would have to get a full roof replacement but he was super honest and up front and said it is not needed and gave me a simple repair quote and then came back and repaired it correctly. He didn't waste my time and was super upfront and honest about the repairs that were needed. He came back a few days later on time and was able to do my quick roof maintenance for me and sent me before and after pictures for full transparency it was amazing customer service and more important great quality work

Mark Strong did our roof a couple of years ago and did a great job. With all the rain recently, I noticed a leak. Thinking it was a roof issue, I called Mark out to do a roof inspection for me. Turns out, it wasn’t a roof issue, but a problem with one of the windows. It was still raining but Mark went ahead and got on the roof and caulked the window for me to prevent any further leaking.

I called Sam Roger's with T Rock Roofing just out of the blue to see if he could schedule a time to meet with me about a gutter problem I was having. To my surprise, he was here in a very short time and was able to view the problem and come up with a very good solution to the gutter problem. He was very professional and caring.

A solicitor came and knocked on my door. When i answered, they told me that my roof is missing some shingles. I told them that I have warranty with T Rock from their repair a long time ago. I called T-Rock and they had scheduled for Sam to come out and take a look. Sam did a great job, provided high quality photos of my roof from multiple angles and informed me that my roof is in good condition and doesn't require any repairs. Don't trust solicitors, instead contact T-Rock to take a look.

I had great experience with Max Gruene from T-Rock Roofing and Contracting. He responded to my phone call, and he showed up on time and gave me a thorough inspection. He said he would email me an estimate, and he did (which was incredibly detailed with many photos of the problems with my roof). All I had to do was accept it with one click of my mouse and my roof repair was initiated. He texted me and said that the crew would be here to repair my roof the very next morning. (I texted him with questions that he answered promptly.)

I am happy to report he again showed up on time as well as his crew. He stayed for the entire repair, which was done in an ultra professional manner. They took no shortcuts, and the work was top notch.

After the work was completed, the yard was thoroughly cleaned up. He even scanned my lawn with a huge magnet to pick up any nails that might have fallen off the roof.

When the work was completed, I asked for my invoice which he emailed to me right then and there.
