I have used State Roofing for three jobs over the years, upstairs windows replacement, back deck replacement and front deck decking replacement. All of the work was done professionally with zero mess. Like they say, “You get what you pay for.”. This company may not be the cheapest one to do the work BUT their work is always excellent.

I am 10/10 happy with my State Roofing experience. I attempted a couple other companies for bids (with no call backs and others would not come to my area) but State was very easy, quick and within a couple weeks i had a great roof. The quality of product used was top of the line and it was completed in 2 days! AND..im extremely happy with the warranty. I like to know my purchase is guaranteed by a company that will be around for years.
The gentlemen that performed the Work were very proficient and friendly. If i had a question the were happy to answer. Everything was cleaned up with no damage to surrounding plants. I will definitely schedule State Roofing again.

We had State Roofing come and do an estimate for us. He went into our attic, on the roof, and took pictures. He said I'll get the estimate in a few days. I have not heard back. Huge red flag from the start so we will not be doing business with them. It also took a while just to book an appointment. Overall, a huge waste of time...

Jeffery L. knows his products and listened to my needs, even when I changed my mind, the new bid came back to me quickly. Ray P. did an excellent job of coordinating our schedule and getting the crew set up to succeed. Johnathan and his crew did a top notch job with craftmanship and love for quality work. Jessica kept us well informed regarding the billing and finance. Upon personal inspection, you could see the love ❤️ for the work. I found one tiny handful of debris after they finished, and no damage. I would, and did, reccomend State roofing to my family and friends. Thank you for the professional and personal attention.

This is a very professional company to work with, from Will the Field Rep to Ray the Project Manager and everyone we interacted with, the customer service level was phenomenal. The installation team was highly skilled and professional, and we appreciated the finish grade touches such as the little cut pieces of roofing material to cover the exposed outside edges of the rafters and custom cut flashing designed to protect and preserve areas where rain can flow, and look great as well. I found one small fix needed and the head crewman showed up on Saturday to handle it. Very impressed!

Made my initial call and talked to someone who was the scheduler for the scheduler? After a week waiting for a person to call me back, I then had to wait again more than a week for a person to come make the estimate. That person was also a day late, and I was told I would hear back that day or next day. That was a week ago, never heard from them again. Guess they are just too busy for $20k in business.

I urge anyone seeking roofing services to prioritize finding a company committed to standing by their work and upholding warranties without hesitation. Despite numerous positive reviews, my experience with State Roofing revealed a distressing lack of professionalism and accountability.

Two decades ago, State Roofing installed a roof on my property, which has since deteriorated due to subpar installation practices. Critical elements like flashing were neglected, leading to extensive water damage and structural decay. Despite clear evidence that this falls within their warranty for craftsmanship, State Roofing has attempted to evade responsibility. They first cited discontinued materials as an excuse, then shifted blame onto the original owner for a purported delay in warranty transfer, a detail not documented in any of the provided paperwork.

What's truly disheartening is the original owner's unwavering belief in State Roofing's integrity and commitment to their services. Their attempt to deflect responsibility onto him, especially during a time of transition, is both callous and unscrupulous.

While I acknowledge that individual experiences may vary depending on the personnel involved, State Roofing's actions in my case highlight a troubling prioritization of profit over integrity and customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope others do not encounter similar challenges requiring State Roofing to fulfill their obligations, as their conduct underscores a troubling disregard for honor and customer well-being.

We had State Roofing come to our house in Monroe to install roof vents in our garage. While doing so, they noticed the sunroom roof and skylights were done improperly, so they gave us a bid and fixed the previous contractor's shoddy work. State Roofing also replaced the skylights - State Roofing has my vote of confidence!

Very fair and reliable. Great to work with, hope we don't have wind damage again but would use State Roofing for sure!

Trying to get in touch with State Roofing is like trying to find your long lost twin from a dream that doesn't actually exist.

we've been calling and calling to try to get our roof finished and left numerous voicemails, but they've completely ghosted us and now we just have boards sitting on our lawn for a couple weeks, I'm sure HOA has nothing but love for our yard full of boards.

We are actually regretting not going somewhere else and we will never recommend State Roofing to anyone asking us who they should get a roof from. Unless they specifically want an unfinished product then I'll send them to a company that doesn't leave work unfinished for weeks and ghosts you entirely.

I'm extremely unhappy with our experience and just want our roof finished and your advertisement sign removed from our yard so no one else considers this company and gets stuck with boards in your yard for weeks, an unfinished roof, and an unhappy HOA.

Communication was great. They let me know every step of the way what was happening. The actual cost ended up being what was estimated, there were no surprises or issues with the money side of things at all.

With the issues going on with supply chain, they did have a problem getting the shingles that we agreed on, and upgraded me for free to a higher tier of shingles at no extra cost. I do not know if the cost difference was minimal or not, but was happily surprised that they did this for me without changing the estimate. Taking care of the issues and keeping me informed was very nice.

The team that came out and did the work was great! Bunch of really nice guys. They kept the work area clean, and made sure no random garbage blew into the yard or the neighbors yard.

The attention to details when the team was doing the work was fantastic. They asked me questions on what I would like done when there were options dealing with the looks of the roof (specifically vent placements).

Overall I had a great experience.

Will came by yesterday to give us an estimate on multiple types of work. He was friendly, professional, and helped us understand all of our options. It was a pleasant experience.

Wow ! Aaron Cleveland and his crew at State Roofing did an amazing job replacing the roof and gutters on my rental house. Aaron was able to show me all the product choices right over my phone so I didn't have to take time out of busy schedule. The Gentleman who rents my house watched the entire process from start to finish and told me after spending most of his life in the construction industry Aaron and his crew were one of the most organized and professional crews he had ever seen.. One night in November, I heard a clicking sound behind my TV. I thought it was an issue with my sound bar but it turned out that my ceiling was dripping. The next morning I noticed that a neighbor was having shingles delivered to her roof. She said that they had looked around and decided to go with State Roofing. I asked her to give them my number and within an hour Aaron had called me. He arranged to come by that afternoon, climbed up on my roof, did a quick inspection, walking the whole roof and said that if I would sign with them that afternoon, he could have a crew temporarily seal where the water was getting in, that afternoon. He gave me a basic estimate and discussed different lines of shingles that they used. I chose the Northgate series and a financing option. A crew of several guys were up on my roof patching it that evening. Financing paperwork was completed quickly online and a date for work was set for about 2 weeks later. Weather caused a 1 week delay but after a little more than 2 days, the roof was redone, including some unexpected water damage repair. Cost was a little more due to the water damage but it was within reason. Aaron was in touch throughout and readily accessible whenever I had questions. The job wasn't cheap but service was exceptional, including both work crews, Aaron and the office people, and the finance people. I am confident that my roof work was well handled and that I shouldn't be having any issues with it for decades to come.

State Roofing did a wonderful job. Everything came off just the way I wanted with very little scope creep.
They were fast, polite, and cleaned up after themselves every day. They even blew the leaves off the deck!
I highly recommend them to all my neighbors and friends. Truly worth every penny.

this is the second roof i have done thru state roofing. their roofers are professional do a great job and when they are done you would never know they were there. the clean up is superb. the person who did my quote took the time to look at the roof and find that he could save me alot of money because my roof was already sheeted. other companies just assumed it was not and quoted over 10,000 higher. i was very greatful

They brought in a professional team, quick, and efficient. They kept everything very clean and organized. They even touched up items with paint that were not their responsibility. So that everything on roof looked consistent new and great. The metal trim they kept straight and it wasn’t wavy. Excellent work and value!!

I had a great experience using State Roofing, I highly recommend them. The only part of the process that wasn't great was the clean up, they didn't do a good job cleaning up, I picked up lots of nails from the ground to the gutters. Overall I'd absolutely use them again.

Our experience with State Roofing was fantastic. They were super clean, organized and the roof looks great! We went through the experience of hiring the wrong (available) roofing company the first time and can say that you save money by waiting for the best.

State roofing replaced a broken gutter and installed new decking on the full length of our home. We had an excellent experience with all the people we worked with. Paul Nelson organized the work and gave us a drawing for the deck plan as well as a detailed estimate. The deck workers, Nicolai and Mike, showed up promptly each morning and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were were very clear on what they were going to do and courteous to both me and my husband. The deck was beautiful.
The gutter workers had no trouble replacing the broken gutter and even fixed an existing drainage problem.
I would definitely recommend state roofing.

Last year, State Roofing installed a new roof for us. Most recently Nikolai and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our backyard deck from the ground up. The quality for both are second to none.

I had a metal roof installed 6 years ago and had a leak during recent high winds and heavy rains. I called State Roofing since the roof came with a lifetime warranty. I learned that the company is under new ownership, but they were able to find my warranty information and did honor it. It took a little time to work out the problem (no doubt with the winds and rain they were busy) but eventually it appears the issue is resolved, and I'm confident that should there be future issues with the roof State Roofing will take care or them.

The team (Greg, Ignacio, Guillermo, Juveno and Gustavo) that performed the tear-off and install were on time, professional, friendly and, most importantly, patient as they answered every question I had during the process. At the end of each day, they cleared my yard as well as any debris that may have blown into my neighbors yard (it was windy the first two days of the job). I've received compliments from my neighbors on how good the roofing looks as well as comments about how quickly the job was completed. State Roofing was Awesome! From the Sales Rep to the finish! Very professional and polite. The crew cleaned up after each day like they hadn't even been at our home. They had a crew of four and they worked tirelessly! One of the gentlemens name was Jesus. When we had a question he explained everything to us. He was great! The end results was a Beautiful roof from State Roofing!

It was the busy season, so we waited a while for the install, but once they got us scheduled, they were here, on time and got right to work. Could not have asked for a better experience. Raul and his team were professional, courteous and efficient throughout our roof replacement project. Over five days they experienced all forms of weather (including wind and hail) and worked feverishly to protect our property. Called State Roofing and Dave was out same day to give me a VERY detailed quote on my roof. Actually, three quotes with different price points and Dave explained the pros and cons of each quote. State Roofing wasn't the cheapest of the quotes we got but they were the most detail oriented with the best warranty.

Once the work started, they did everything as promised and were very clean and respectful of my property. They worked with me on financing and once the job was done they ensured everything was completed to my liking.

If you are looking to have any work done on your house make sure you at least get Dave out for a quote and you won't regret it.

I am a contractors daughter and looked at several bids before I picked State Roofing. I picked the 50year product in part for the warrantee. State Roofing will come out and repair or replace for the next 50 years. In theory I will not have to worry about a new roof again. They did a great job at installing no overruns or surprises. Once your house is being worked on the process is swift. A crew will come out and do tear off. A different one will put on the roof tiles. Overall a good experience.

Your crew was excellent in their courtesy, hard work and attention to detail. They arrived early and put in a very hard day's work and accomplished so very much that was truly magnificent in scope. State Roofing replaced the roof on our house in spring 2015. This year (2019) just 4 years later, we had some leaks and called them for warranty coverage. We called several times and talked to several different people, all of whom said the warranty person was busy and would call me back. We never heard back from them.

All work was top notch! Very professional crews (tear-off& prep, as well as install crew). Always clean job site and very courteous. Would never hesitate to provide the highest recommendation!

We had the worst experience with State! We contracted with them to get our siding replaced. Our sales experience was great, but once the contract was signed we never heard from them! Our install was delayed but no one ever called to keep us up to date or returned our many calls- except Mary in Payroll! They finally came to complete the work, 90 days past schedule! The company they subcontract with, Alside, was fabulous. Skip right over State and head straight to them.

Highly Recommended! I decided to go with State Roofing to replace my asphalt roof with a metal standing-seam roof. It was clear after doing a bit of research, State Roofing is a top-notch company. State Roofing is safety driven, efficient, courteous, and professional.
Within one day the roof was off and the underlayment on. There was a lot of care given to protecting the siding, hot tub, and plants during the tear down. I was also very impressed with the crew’s diligence on a thorough clean-up after every work day! If you didn’t look at the partially finished roof you wouldn’t have been able to tell they were there!
When the sheet metal crew showed up to cut and lay the roof, they were courteous, informative and professional. The foreman, Jon, made it a point to chat with me about the process and address any concerns I may have. He answered all my questions and identified a potential problem area on a section of facia. He offered to put up a custom section of metal. Jon’s experience and expertise prevented me a headache down the line!
Anyone can claim to be the best roofing company out there, but State Roofing can back it up with 50-years and counting. That speaks to their quality! We had state roofing do our house with euroshake roofing March 2019. Their team from sales, scheduling, install, etc was extremely professional and did a great job. Arriving on time daily and cleaning up everything every day they worked. Highly recommended.

I asked for a bid from State Roofing, along with 2 other companies, to replace my roof. State Roofing was the only one that scheduled to come by without me having to take time off of work. Daryl inspected the roof and sat in my home with me for quite some time going over all the options we had. State was the only company that was honest about being able to do a layover (I had very little damage on my plywood) and Daryl was very up front about all the financing options available. I chose State Roofing but ended up not being able to do it because of some other financial issues that came up, but State Roofing went out of their way to make sure I didn't have to pay the restocking fees for the material when I told them. Compassion is rare today. State Roofing is a good company run by great human beings. You have won my business and once I am more stable financially I'll come back! Thank you!

From the very beginning of this roofing project, we were extremely impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of this company!!! They are a truly well run company and the communication on every level was outstanding. It was refreshing to have people be so attentive to our concerns and such excellent workmanship during the installation of our new roof. The foreman, John, was exceptional in every way. From the get go he gave us assurances that if there was anything we needed or had questions about, he'd be available. Not only that, he was extremely friendly and personable not to mention a very, very hard worker. He and his associate Jimmy, worked long hours to ensure that our roof project was completed in a timely manner and our property was pristine upon completion. A very rewarding experience overall.
