I had a leak spring on my top floor that I didn't discover until morning. PuroClean came out within a few hours and started working on getting everything dried out.
They were very professional and consulted with me each chance they had on what they were doing. They worked efficiently with my insurance company to ensure that each step would be covered.

Adam and his crew were wonderful at handling everything, from start to finish, on our home. We had extensive water damage and black mold in our crawl space. The remediation, demo and rebuild took three months. Adam was always there to answer our questions and give reassurance. Adam, Milinda and the crew are the best at listening to concerns and accommodating requests. We were devastated finding out that joists, insulation, all of our flooring, the primary bathroom, a few walls and more needed to be completely redone. Everyone at PuroClean of Marysville worked hard to put our home back together. There were times we thought this house would never be our home again. The crew exceeded our expectations! PuroClean owner, Adam Runyun, responded to my URGENT call for help. I'd awakened to an extremely wet kitchen floor. H2O had also soaked deeply into the adjacent carpeted dining area;.wster even leaked through to the floor below, thoroghly soaking a large area.This leak was then found to have spread to tbe floor below.
PuroClean's mitigation efforts went well beyond what I had expected. Elderly AND disabled; my fear was that I'd be unable to use the kitchen their professional until the mitigation was completed.

PuroClean was timely and efficient setting up for dehumidifying our kitchen leak for water damage. Construction is never pleasant but they were able to make the process acceptable. Thank you to all the young men who were involved .

First Team members arrived with equipment only 1 hour later, and others daily over next week, until job was finished, limited only by access to affected walls. The Puroclean team of Sab as evaluater, and Trevor and Matthew as technicians were great to work with!
We had an under counter Instahot in our kitchen spring a leak while we were out of town for 3 weeks. It saturated the particle board builder grade cabinets, lower wallboard and a section of hardwood flooring which warped. I cut the cabinet floor open thinking I could fix it, but saw mold so got 3 estimates to clean the mess up. Sab had a meter to check the water saturation and a meter for airborne mold. Next working day I got an 8 page itemized list of initial cost in pdf format, with the note that run time for machinery would be added as it accrued.

Trevor and Matthew isolated our kitchen with our input, and TAPED SEALED up a heavy plastic barrier at each of 2. entrances. One had a floor to ceiling zipper for access, the other a giant fan exhausting the kitchen air to the house thru a HEPA FILTER . The zipper wall was bowed in from the negative pressure from the HEPA exhaust fan. It was noisy, but effectively dried out the area in a week and I was comfortable since all the air coming out was HEPA FILTERED. The black mold is gone!
We had 3 giant fans and a dehydrator in the kitchen, and more fans where they had removed the wet insulation under the house.

I wish I could give 10 stars. PuroClean of Marysville has exceeded our expectations. They were in and out of our home for about a month doing clean-up. Our fridge leaked and flooded under our floor causing a needed demo and dry-out of our kitchen.
Every single employee I encountered along the way went above and beyond. Milinda, Trevor, Jeremiah, Sab and the owner, Adam are some of the names I remember. Best customer service ever. Truly.

Outstanding and caring staff, in a time when quite frankly I was in shock, and had to rely on strangers to take care of the removal of the contents, and cleaning of my home after a fire. The customer service was top notch, they were patient with me and took care of getting everything out that needed to be removed. My only concern was I hope they ask the home owners in the future if they expect to repurpose anything like the cabinets, instead of just breaking the boxes into pieces to remove them. Thats why I gave them 4 out of 5 stars.

ProClean did a great job of taking care of our water issue. They took out of the wet carpet and wall area. Set up heaters and checked them daily until it was dry. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

PuroClean did an awesome job for me when a pipe burst in the wall under my kitchen sink. Tanner, Jess, and Roberto were knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived on time, didn’t take but a few hours and they were done. That included setting up fans and a dehydrator to further dry out the wood floor and wall. Hoping I don’t have to but will definitely call puroclean again if need be.

We had a super great team who saved our basement from a very nasty sewer overflow! Trevor, Jess, Tanner, Cameron & Roberto worked cohesively and quickly to get the job done. If I could give a sixth star I would, Puro Clean helped quickly and professionally mitigate water damage from an improper dishwasher install. They were at my house pulling cabinets and insulation just a few hours after my insurance contacted them, on a Friday afternoon at that. Trevor and Cameron were very professional and answered all of my questions. They also did a sizeable demo of my kitchen in under two hours, amazingly leaving zero dust or debris behind. If you have water damage this is the company you want to work with.

Great experience. I needed help with some clean up outside of my business. Each PuroClean employee I spoke with was professional, clear in their communication, respectful, and arrived when they said they would. An employee came out same day to assess the issue and, fortunately for me, they were able to coordinate and take care of the issue right away. Puroclean did a good job. They showed up the next day after the water damage happened. Got my kitchen all dried out. Removed all the lower cabinets. Cut out the mold. Now i get a new kitchen. I would recommend them for the job.

A washing machine hose in our second floor laundry room blew out in the middle of the night the week before New Years 2023, while we were not at home. We estimate it dumped about 2000 gallons or more of water onto the floors and into the walls all the way down to the basement. Our house started molding up within a couple of days. A gigantic mess.

Adam and his crew ended up having to remove about 80% of the sheet rock in the house, walls and ceilings, all the flooring on first and second floors, the kitchen and other cabinets, etc., and then dehumidified and dried the house.

They also arranged for our furniture and belongings to be packed out and stored prior to the demolition and mitigations.

Adam was often on site personally, and kept us up to date on progress. His crew was very professional and thorough.

Adam worked directly with our insurance company for reimbursement, and they approved our using PuroClean of Marysville without any questions.

I had a roof leak. I tarped it off but my drywall was damaged. PuroClean came out fairly quickly. They immediately got to work removing the sheetrock and drying out the affected area. Customer service and integrity are deeply ingrained here. They made a special effort to go to a rather remote location in order to give me an estimate for cleaning services for my father, who has early stages of dementia, and is living rough in his motorhome (by choice). I was at a loss where to go or what to do, trying to find a way to give my father (a hoarder) a clean and safe place to sleep. It was wonderful to be greeted over the phone by someone who deeply understood and sympathized with my situation. The level of tact and care, as well as knowing how to best approach a hoarding situation was unexpected. I was so grateful that they would actually travel to his location, it totally surprised me when they said the estimate was free!
We were able to schedule a date and they were right on time, even called a few minutes early to let me know they were on the way. They bravely inspected the motorhome and then called me.

Here's where they earned my future business and referrals for life - they told me that after inspection, they found nothing to indicate a hazardous environment. No evidence of mold, rodent feces, or other danger. I was told it definitely needed cleaning, but it was safe. They told me to hire a regular cleaning company instead and save money. **WAIT, WHAT??** Yep, they refused to take advantage of the situation and charge me for labor, chemicals, and equipment for cleaning that weren't necessary and gave me the relief of knowing that my father wasn't in as dangerous a situation as I thought. (Side note -Making the appointment motivated my father to do some serious clearing out based on what Adam told me they found.)

Finding a company that actively practices compassion and has a heart for their customer is an enormous blessing for anyone. If you need someone to help, these are the people to call.

My sump pump failed, and there was 3-5ft of water in basement/crawlspace. 2 other companies came out. 1 gave a very high estimate. Another gave a reasonable estimate, but on day of service rasied the price. Thanks to Adam of PuroClean who was very responsive, gave a better price, and did the work. Very pleased with Adam and his work. Will hire again if work needs to be done in future.

Adam was notified of my water leak problem on a holiday, and had a crew on the inspection and removal of the laminate flooring in kitchen, carpet & pad in the living room. Removed the wet material and had dryers in place that afternoon. They are fast & considerate of the surrounding areas, and answered any questions I had. After my home suffered a sewer back-up that flooded and ruined the flooring and carpeting, I chose two companies to perform the mitigation.

The first was a company I'd used before and figured I'd use again. The second was PuroClean, a company owned by Adam Runyan.
The difference was great. Adam was on time, every time. His crew was on time. Adam was clean and professional. So was his crew. EVERY time I called Adam with a Q., he got back to me immediately. Every time! Incredibly responsive!
His crew, two young men, were efficient and thorough, except for one portion of carpet they didn't know to remove. I called Adam to report it. My husband Mike and I had water damage in the kitchen, dining area, and basement. We called PuroClean and spoke to Adam who is the owner. He came right out assessed the damage and gave us a bid. My first experience with needing to call insurance agent for help. Anxiety set in quickly since it involved a broken (frozen) water pipe and water damage under the flooring. PurOClean was sent out to determine the damage and clean up need. The owner, Adam, scheduled a time to return with drying mats and equipment which had to run several days to make sure no moisture was left behind. Luckily I had a place to stay as jet engine level noise is not conducive to sleep…nor nerve settling.
