The "bomb cyclone" this fall caused the top half of a tree to fall our our house and car. Sapphire Gutter replaced the damaged portions of our gutters, leaving them looking as good as new. The job was completed quickly and cleanly. There were a lot of jobs available after the storm, but Sapphire Gutter did not engage in any price gouging. Indeed the cost was very low. We'll happily call on them again should the need arise.

I used Sapphire Gutter for a gutter repair, full cleaning, adding guards, and re-sealing 10 corners where the seals had failed and were leaking. Rick and Chance did a fantastic job with the quality of work, attention to detail, thorough cleaning, and professionalism throughout the whole process. They even identified a broken sofit where some bats were entering the attic and repaired that as well. When I look to replace my gutters down the road, I won't hesitate to use Sapphire Gutter. My experience with Sapphire Gutter was outstanding. Rick scheduled the estimate and installation very quickly, working around my schedule. I had three buildings done and Rick was willing to work with me in reusing some of my old gutter parts and giving me a credit for removing the old gutters.

I got several other estimates and Rick's price was the best. The installation was excellent and the clean up as well.

I have had many other companies install gutters in the past and none come close to the job that Sapphire did for me. Best in Snohomish County.

Worked with me as i wanted my gutters off first, then i worked on broads (rotten ones)some needed to be replaced, painted changed colors. When i was ready for the install and they did a great job, made improves in the design and flow points, made to so i probably won't get rotten broad again. I appreciate what they did would recommend them. Three bids, all were within 100 dollars, they were the highest bid, but with it being so close i took the higher rating family company that only does gutters, probably better than the guy that does everything.

I had two sections of gutters, replaced and leaf guards installed on them. Rick was very prompt, giving me a professional looking (typed, not handwritten like some bids) estimate for the work. Some may think that is being fussy, but I feel it shows a level of professionalism that I’m looking for in a company I deal with. The estimate was extremely reasonable. Within a few days of accepting his bid, the crew was here. I was very happy with the installation. I’ll see how well the leaf guards work since this is something new for me. I highly recommend you give them a call.

We hired Sapphire Gutters to replace our 23 year old, leaking gutters in January 2023. They came out with an estimate early the next week and scheduled the installation within 2 weeks. Quality work, thorough, on time, sought us out for recommendations for a rotten end board (and replaced for a minimal fee) and the best part was they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. This was a great experience for us. They came out on time and did excellent work. We needed a complete replacement for two buildings on our property. When they found problems with the fascia board they made sure we understood how and why it needed to be replaced, and, they had the final quote to us in minutes! No surprises, and best of all, no mess left when they were done. I referred them to a friend with rental properties and he was also very pleased with their services. I highly recommend calling them if you have gutter issues.

Nice looking gutters, much nicer than the plastic ones I had put up years earlier and will last much better. On time, professional, fast.
It also had them do a new sunroom gutter & had them come back a couple months later to finish those downspouts & went great.

Absolutely The Best! Quickly and interactively developed an estimate. Listened carefully to my requests and the whole house gutter installation was excellent. We agreed on a starting date to only remove the old gutters so I could paint the trim. They came back as planned a week later to quickly but properly install the new gutters and downspouts. He took the time to explain to me why the old gutters were failing and provided me a quote to just fix that section, which is something no other company would do, or replace the entire gutter system which he recommended.

Online reviews of different gutter replacement companies lead me to believe Rick of Sapphire gutters was the one to call first. I did not want a big sales pitch, just replace the gutters. Rick quickly got back to me and came out for look at the job and explained what he would do and sent a quote. I did not bother with other companies; Rick was honest and said I’m not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We scheduled an install date; Rick arrived when he said he would and completed the project even as the weather turned to pouring rain. I called several gutter installations companies in the Marysville area, and some never even responded. Sapphire took my call and came out quickly to give me an estimate on installing gutters on two shops and cleaning and treating my house roof and cleaning the gutters on the house. This husband-and-wife team was so professional and thorough! They did all the work quickly and professionally and cleaned up before they left! I chose Sapphire because I wanted to support a local business that was reasonably priced. Sapphire provided prompt, courteous service, and an expert installation that exceeded my expectations. I will use and/or recommend Sapphire in the future.

We hired Sapphire Gutters based on a family recommendation and their quote. We had them remove the moss from our roof, apply a zinc based preventative, clean 7 skylights, and install 5 valley diverters. Rick and his wife arrived on schedule, during one of the worst storms in the past decade. They promptly went to work and accomplished everything, including debris cleanup, in spite of the wind and rain. They used care while on the roof and the results look great. I will use them again, when needed.

I stated by filling out a form on the website after a google search lead me to sapphire. Rick was quick to email back, schedule a time to check out our needs, give a quote then schedule the service. He was timely, professional, and by far the best price. Over the course he always replied immediately even outside business hours and was polite and professional. Other companies said they could not reattach our gutters, they’d have to replace. He did what he promised he could which saved us so much. Cannot say enough positive things about the company and the cleanup was great too.
