We've gone back several times for cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms. Their handmade "sink" cabinets are amazing: wood cabinets lined with plastic interior to protect your cabinets from leaks. I almost thought it was a mistake splurging on this, but when our plumber didn't properly tighten the dishwasher line, and the hose exploded inside the cabinet, we did not regret it!!! Their turn-around times are long, but worth it!

Got it all wrong and then didn't lift a finger to help fix it. Worst experience dealing with the entire staff at this Beltsville location. They actually had me work with the manufacturer when that's their job and then tried to say that THEY resolved the problem. Do not buy your kitchen cabinets here.

Toramos was helping me to exchange an item but he was not resourceful :( Not checking on an item with a coworker before telling me that they didn't have it. Did not double checking my company name on his computer. Showing me to do a run around for the exchange when his coworker brought it to me. Hope this review help you to be a better customer service.

Have used this company for years! It has a good selection of supplies for Contractors, and working with with Bob Sleptiza has always been pleasant and helpful!
