I am a female working as a Florida Roofing contractor and it can be a hectic business and dealing with customers and suppliers it can sometimes be very tedious with orders and missing products and dealing with roofing inspectors who do not even carry a license is the darnedest part of project sometimes. Getting all the right supplies delivered and additional supplies and even the Florida product approval codes and Data sheets the inspector decides they want on the jobsite, despite listing them in our roofing worksheet, for every piece of material used on the job can be ridiculous and hard to locate at the last minute. But no matter what the issue is when I contact Curtis Barr at the St Augustine Branch he is pleasant and ready to assist and even if he doesn't have the information, at that moment, he will get it and actually follow thru on what he says. His customer service skills and patience after dealing with many different people and contractors is to be commended. He always handles things in a professional manner and never makes me feel like its an inconvenience even when I can tell its hectic inside the supply house. He resolves any issues that I bring to his attention and I wish there were more customer service oriented people in the business. So I wanted to Give A BIG SHOUT OUT to CURTIS BARR, much respect to him and how he handles what I think could be a very difficult job at times but he does a Great Job and has a Great personality. I have work with other Roofing Contractors too and other suppliers and I can honestly say Curtis Barr is the best representative I have met and dealt with over the years. Thank you for your assistance today and each day in the past and for the days to come.
