Springtree Restoration was quick to respond to my call. They assessed the damage we had to our building following a windstorm. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. The crew did an excellent job and were easy to work with.

Super honest and transparent. I had a small roof leak and called another company to look and give me an estimate. They gave me an estimate for $12,000. I wanted a second estimate so I called Springtree. Roy came out and did a thorough inspection and showed me photos of exactly where the issue is that caused the leak. He also told me that I should just call a carpenter because the fix was replacing some wood siding versus roof shingles or flashing and I didn't need a roofing company repair at this time. I was both pleased and surprised. It is so hard to find an expert who will represent your interest versus selling you something you don't need. I will definitely call Roy when I need a repair.

Spring tree came through for me after a natural disaster when no other company would call us back. They did an amazing job getting my house back in order and looking almost brand new even down to the paint which at first was barely noticeable the wrong color but the painters caught it and got the right. Springtree Restoration has completed 2 roof replacement jobs for me in the last 10 years. AJ and his team took great care of me. They restained my garage doors, fence, took care of window screens, etc. They also upgraded me to solar attic vents, redid my ventilation in my attic. They did everything they said they would do.

I really like this company. They were prompt, courteous, informative, and the bid for the job was reasonable. I like that they follow-up with having the job visibly reviewed after completion to ensure quality work.

They were hired to replace a damaged downspout and install a new one. We weren't home when the repairs we're done but just from a visual observation they look properly installed and attached. They also completed other work that we discussed to improve the performance of the rain gutters and again just from visual observation it looks to be installed just fine but we should be able to tell when the next hard rain storm happens. Overall we rate the work and communication good with the only negative being we wished they had contacted us to advise of their scheduled time for our service after the work order was approved by the HOA, we waited daily not knowing when they would show up.

We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and fence. Springtree helped us through the entire claims process. They were above and beyond on communicating with us throughout the process. Their workmanship is outstanding. The crews are extremely professional. They treated our house like it was their own. Jodi did an amazing job guiding us the entire way. She was the first on site, helped us with shingle and color choices and checked on us on a regular basis. Nate and his team communicated clearly all the steps and did an amazing job. Absolutely the best roofers around! The price is on target and their quote does not increase after the work is done! They installed my new roof 5 years ago and patched it after the big Texas blow of May 2024. They are also capable of fixing guttering. They are a quality act with a reasonable price!

On 1/17/24 I had a frozen pipe break and flooded my house. The Remediation Company came out to clean up the water and introduced me to Springtree Restoration. Because I know your company I have all the faith that roofing around the chimney is correct, I’m not going upon the house to check it

We have used Springtree Restoration for two major projects in the past three years. They took care of our months-long interior remediation and restoration following "Snowmageddon" in February 2021, then the results of the exterior hail damage suffered in April 2023, including roof replacement. Springtree's management and employees are professional, knowledgeable, organized and service-minded. The subcontractors they hire are thorough, efficient and reliable. Best of all, owner AJ is truly the "insurance whisperer," truly a gift during these stressful situations.

Springtree came in and put our house back together after water damage happened to our upstairs and downstairs. They also went above and beyond when having to work with our insurance company. I think my favorite part of the house ended up being the kitchen!!

Springtree came in and did restoration following a flood in our house. Other companies said it would be 6 months -
Springtree was 4 weeks; and that was only because the flooring we wanted matched had to be ordered. They did an excellent job! The crew was wonderful! They did great work, they were careful with our belongings, cleaned up behind themselves (better than I would have). I would recommend them without reservation! Mike was responsive and made sure everything went exactly as we wanted. They were done in two days!!!

Mike worked closely with us to get us back into our house after a broken water line flooded our home overnight. We were back in six weeks to the day from the flooding. Everything looks perfect. VERY pleased. Others said it would take at least 6 month’s minimum to make repairs. Mike said two weeks from insurance and sample approval and he was spot on. Impressive !!!

Our family was beyond impressed with Springtree Restoration from the first time we met with Jase, all the way until the last detail of the work on our home was completed. Honestly, they are incredible! Got the privilege of working with Jase during our roof repairs. There was a bit of miscommunication but they were quick to jump on a call and address any questions we had. We are a student housing property and we had not one complaint from our residents. Springtree Restoration recently replaced our roof, installed new gutters, and painted the exterior of our home. Our Restoration Consultant, Marty, was very helpful from being on-site when our insurance rep was here to inspect the roof to being available for any phone call, text, or request to come back out to the property to address any questions or concerns I had. He was super-responsive and put me at ease about the entire project. We'd never had anything done on our home or ever made an insurance claim. AJ in finance kept me advised of the costs and made adjustments when we wanted to add items we discovered were needed during the project. Nate in production scheduled the work and from the time they started, they were here every day - weather permitting - until the job was complete. Everyone including Bryan, the lead guy on-site, to Jaime the Quality Assurance inspector, to Tyler who intermittently stopped by to take pictures of all the work being done, and Juan the lead on the gutter installation were all super-responsive, patient, and attentive to all my questions and wanted to ensure that I was happy with the job as it was being done and when it was completed. We could not have had a better experience! We will be using Springtree Restoration for any future home improvement projects. We won't even consider using anyone else. Springtree Restoration did a great job of replacing our floors and repairing damaged walls following a water leak. We will definately call them for future work. They were quick to answer our questions, very helpful and responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with every inch of the work. Jase Adams and Al Babkoff as well as AJ and all of the other Springtree employees and contractors were excellent. We are very happy with the experience of working with Springtree...and our floors look great!

It was a great experience doing business with Springtree Restoration for my roofing. Their professionalism was excellent. They dealt with the insurance company for me. They also get done with my roofing on time.

The work that was done done on my roof was nice and they did help me with the insurance claim. Just was too long to get this done. We started the claim in April/May. Just finished the whole process a month ago. The claim was a large claim due to the fact that they got the house siding covered as well. My big problem was that they back out on an agreement that was signed by the both of due to the cost being to high for the company to get the siding part of it done. Allstate gave out $12460 for the home siding I was Made to believe that if the cost was higher that they could just go back to the insurance and ask for the difference. After all they are the pros right? Anyway I had to go find a company myself and the difference was only $540 which I had to pay out of pocket. No biggie the siding that was done looks great. I also had to send all the info to on the siding to the insurance after it was done just to get the remainder of my money. Anyways roof was done looks nice just was a big headache. Too many people to deal with also. Had a few misunderstandings which didn’t help the process go faster.

Thanks so much to Roy for making the long drive to Arlington to help with what we thought was a roof leak! We will definitely be using Springtree in the future with our needs!

I dreaded finding a contractor to do this work and I never trust any of the companies that come knocking on my door after every storm. Springtree is a local company with their office right here in Allen.
Roy, Steven and Jaime were the people I interacted with and they are all awesome! All were professional, courteous and honest. Any concerns I had were promptly addressed and I am very happy with the work done.

In my humble opinion when considering a Roofing/Remodeling company, the most important things are honestly, reliability, and fair pricing. Springtree hits all of those points. AJ and his team were great to work with during our hail damage claim. The first appraisal claim/check and report was missing a lot of items. AJ worked with the second adjuster to make sure everything was paid for. I would not have know to do that and I don't think some of the "fly by night" roofing companies would have looked at everything so closely.
The new roof looks great. Clean up and communication was great. I highly recommend this LOCAL company.

Springtree Roofing and Restoration does fantastic work. They show up when they say they will be there and work quickly and efficiently to get the job done right the first time. AJ, the Company President is a person of great integrity. It is so nice to do business with a Company you can trust to work on your most valuable asset. They replaced our roof and other repairs after extensive hail damage in 2016 and most recently did some brick and wood trim work. In my book you can't go wrong with Springtree Roofing and Restoration.

February 16, 2024 - update. While putting new duding on my home, I contacted Springtree to come remove the gutters and reinstall post project. Mike was quick, professional and most importantly affordable. I even got the team to install some gutter guards before they reinstalled. Definitely satisfied with their service once more.

Springtree Restoration did an excellent job at replacing my roof! We were hit by the hail storm in April 2019 and I could not believe the amount of hail on the ground. The roof was hit extremely hard. Once my insurance company verified the need for a new roof, Roy and his crew started the replacement. In 1 day, they completed the job. After it was installed, they checked for any loose nails and cleaned up everything. I hope we will never get hit by hail again, but if we do, I will call Springtree.

Fantastic people. Steven checked my roof after I was concerned about hail damage. He gave me an honest opinion and didn’t make me feel like I was pressured into a purchase. I didn’t need a new roof yet, but I’ll call Springtree back when I do.

I had an awesome experience with Springtree Restoration. After the big hailstorm in Allen, I was worried if the roof,gutters etc could be restored back to its original condition. Jason was very professional he guaranteed that it will be better than what it was. Jason was present when the insurance adjuster came by and pointed out few things that was missed. The crew that worked on the roof was outstanding, they paid attention to detail, they replaced boards that showed signs of wear and tear and put top tier shingles. The crew cleaned up really well - no nails left behind. Jason was right, the roof looked better than it was. I’ll always recommend Springtree Restoration for all your restoring needs.

Jason and his crew were great and the outside roof work was perfect.
Unfortunately, we were not happy with the ceiling touchup paint job and will have to hire someone else. We were told upfront that the white would not match exactly, however the color turned out gray, not white. We have had ceiling touchups done by two other contractors in the past and they were able to match the white. The first time Springtree painted, they used a yellow color which had to be repainted. I asked them to come back and we now have gray. Again...great contractors but the painting was a disappointment.

If you want a great Roofing company no one coming close to Springtree and Bryan Prince.
