Jonathan has been great to work with! I realized last minute that I had missing shingles and it was pouring rain outside. He responded to my plea for help so quickly and was able to get everything sorted out (in the freezing rain)!! Highly recommend The Townsend!!

The Townsend Company is amazing! I could not have asked for a better roofing company to replace my roof. Jonathan is very professional and personable. He makes sure that the job is done correctly, efficiently, and timely. He had less than a week to completely replace my roof before closing and made it happen. He even fought with the seller's insurance company to get the gutters replaced and window screens. Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully satisfied. As an Insurance agency being able to trust someone in the Roofing industry has been a tedious task with so many sharks taking advantage of those who wants to trust a company to do what they claim they will do. We'll our search is over, after witnessing first hand one of the toughest few months that I have seen in years in reference to Hail,winds, tornadoes. I through God's divine appointment met Jon, I knew right away the knowledge, integrity and honesty that so many street walking construction companies do not possess was found here. I met his lovely partner Jane and his family. I too was personally going through damage and my first roof replacement since 2019. Fantastic service! Jonathan is very kind and attentive. Made his way to our house ASAP after the very bad storm at the end of May within a couple hours since he knew we had a leak and were stressed out. Was easy to get a hold of and even went above and beyond to help out with the tree that broke even though it was unrelated to the roof. Work overall was great. Would highly recommend.

Bob Townsend Roofing recently completed a new roof for my home. I had significant damage from high wind, rain, and hail. Bob and Stacey Townsend met me at home for an estimate. They explained the entire process from beginning to end. Both made sure I had no questions before they left.
I know I chose the right company because Townsend Roofing could handle all needed work: replacing my roof, replacing shredded screens from the hail, uninstalling solar panels and reinstalling after roof was completed, replacing gutters, and repairing the ceiling in my master bath from leaks. His team worked quickly and delivered quality work. They completed everything in a matter of days.
Everyone was cordial and friendly, and each team member would seek me out to explain which job was being addressed. Everyone left my home cleaner than it was before--no trash or debris anywhere.
Townsend Roofing is well organized with excellent communication. They notified me every day as to what I should expect.
