Blue Angel Roofing is wonderful to work with. We had to have our roof and gutters replaced after a bad hailstorm. Andy was friendly, courteous, and professional from the beginning of the project to the end. His crew was on time, did the work and cleaned up afterwards. Andy came by several times to check on their progress. When the insurance company was delaying payment, Blue Angel stepped up and handled the issues and kept us updated constantly. Although it took several months to get paid, Andy was more than patient and never complained to us. We would recommend Blue Angel Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

I used Blue Angel Roofing for wind/hail damage to my home in the summer of 2024. They were recommended via my neighborhood Facebook page. My assigned project manager kept in touch with me throughout the project. I never had issues reaching him. The work was completed timely. We had our roof, gutters and garage door replaced. Our fence was stained. We also had work completed inside the house to repair water damage, fix a crack in the wall and fix a door that would not close properly. When we had an issue with the garage door after replacement, they sent someone the same day to address it. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

Andy, and his team did a great job! From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the team was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the process.

I really liked the people I worked with at Blue Angel Roofing. They showed me my choices in shingles and guided me with that and all the things that had to be replaced. The only issue I had was the workers left unpainted surfaces where old guttering was removed, but when I called their attention to it, they sent someone back to paint it. A lot of roofing companies canvas neighborhoods after big storms, but Sergio was the gateway to a new standard for us. After he provided the free assessment, showed the pics where all the damage was documented, followed up consistently yet not as a nag, and was then followed with a phone call from the VP (Andy) to further review the entire process from claim to completion, we had a better understanding of both process and product (and we have insurance industry experience as well as past claims). We were sold. We were happy with the roofer from our last roof 6 years ago, but Blue Angel was a better experience. Best of all, we had piece of mind we were going with the right team.
Over the couple of weeks after the storm we had other roofers drop by, and the approaches were from strong-arm to downright offers of probable insurance fraud. It was great to know we were already taken care of with a top-notch outfit.
The crew worked hard to accommodate us as needed, including working with us on drainage solutions including gutter upgrade guidance. Sergio and Andy have been with us on site, by text, or by phone every step - with quick turnaround. Even the president of the company (Phillip) came by to make sure everything was going smoothly the day of the job. Now using them was a no-brainer for a rental property project that began today as well.
Getting a new roof and eating that deductible is not fun or welcome, so it pays to have the right company protecting your interests. We highly recommend Blue Angel.

Blue Angel did a great job with roof replacement and communicated well before and during the roofing work. Communication dropped off when we needed paperwork corrected as Blue Angel had specified the wrong roof in documentation sent to our insurance.

The quality of the fence painting was mostly good but hardware was painted over without taping and spots were missed (see photos).

Phil is unprofessional, a scammer, and a liar. He changed the date of the replacement and never notified me. He has no idea the amount of money he was to collect for the job performed. Contacted my insurance to add on items they denied just to gain additional monies and lied about telling me. Did I mention he’s my neighbor and did me dirty? Which means he definitely doesn’t care about you!

Blue Angel Roofing was great to work with, replacing my roof with stronger materials, replacing screens, and restaining my fence. They kept me informed of what to expect, showed up on time, negotiated with the insurance company. You can rely on them to do a great job.

I’m really impressed with the efficiency and quality of work by Philip’s team. They replaced the whole gutter systems of my house smoothly and professionally, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Blue Angel took the hassle away from working with insurance company. Fast quote and scheduling. They showed up early on install day, made sure they protected the home, beds, bird bath etc. completed on one day cleaned up. You wouldn’t have know they were there except for new shingles, gutters.

In need of a roof replacement ,I had no idea of who to call until a friend recommended Blue Angel Roofing . She had said that they had been in her subdivision and had replaced numerous roofs there and all of the people she had talked to spoke very highly of them. Not knowing if they would come out to the Greenville area in the first place seeing that they were out of Allen I gave it a try and spoke with Philip Gano , the owner of the company, he told me that my location was not a problem at all and that he would be out tomorrow to give me an assessment of the needed repairs and the process if I elected to use them . Not only was Philip there when he said he would be but actually a little early, so far so good. The roof did have extensive damage and Philip showed us numerous photos of it . After setting up a claim with my insurance they scheduled an adjuster to be out 2 days later and Philip said he would be happy to meet with him and discuss the needed repairs to make sure everyone would be working on the same page. Again, he was there when the adjuster showed up and and both agreed on the needed repairs and at this point I gave Philip the ok to do the repairs. It was a Thursday and he said the material would be delivered the next day and that they would be out Monday morning to start the repairs and that they would be done with it that afternoon and I have about 4000 sq. feet under roof and a 7/12 pitch ! Well Monday morning came and before the sun was up there was a crew on the roof stripping off the old shingles, by 9:00 am they were putting down new felt and by 4:00pm they were cleaning up. Philip did everything he said he would and then some . It has been a few weeks since these repairs were done and and have had a couple of Texas spring downpours and not a problem to report . All I can say is if your looking for a PROFESSIONAL roofing company that does what it says and with no hidden fees , look no further. I HIGHLY recommend calling Philip Gano.
